Mariann GrasakWent to hospital in Tuesday was dismissed and sent home. by Tuesday pneumonia was so bad I got septicemia in my lungs and heart blood pressure was up 181/125 pulse ox 84. I was almost in stroke mode. Went to health first was admitted and was taken care of amazing. Screw you parrish never againIris Mendez 24 Fit MomFirst time here. I’m originally used to the amazing Orlando Children Hospitals. The front desk lady was dry and rude. She made my kids give her their own weights and heights because she was too lazy to get off the chair, including my 8 yr old.Rusty BriggsIt is terrible when you go to the ER and trying to get your kid Help and they cannot do anything for her except gove her X-ray and don’t do anything else and just says follow up in 2 days if it still bad or follow up with your primary doctor just ridiculous and by the way so let you know parish ER will not do supposedly MR I’s at all through the ER. No meds or anything 5 hours for nothing.Daniel FlanaganMy grandfather who is 90 years old fell on Saturday February 23, he was brought to the ER at Parrish Medical he spent 7 hours in ER and was discharged with no tests or assessments. It took 4 people to put him in a wheelchair, if that’s not a sign I’m not sure what is. He was taken home and unable to stand. He never complains but was in pain and we followed up by taking him to Cape Canveral hospital. He was admitted and told he had to stay for a few days immediately apon being seen by the ER Doctor. Just as a precautionary for an unsafe fall assessment alone. Within 1.5 hours they took a CAT scan and found that he had broken his hip. He is now back from surgery where he had 2 pins placed in his femur. I highly recommend you take yourself or a loved one elsewhere for care. Not sure how these people are practicing medicine but an investigation is needed. I know not everything is perfect in the medical world but if they cannot even find a broken bone would you want to be assessed by this place?Paul_Melvin _⭐️⭐️12:55 AM arrived With Heavy heart palpitations x about 4 hours. Thought was intergestation at first two hours. Pain was up too high 1:10 Vitals 2: 2:35 am – Brought into back room to be see by Dr. Note: Woostoff Hospital, Rockledge, policy that Doctor will see you within 10 minutes, guaranteed! Parrish, I’ve never been seen by a Dr. within 2 hours. Well, 3:00 am, got to see the Dr. For 3.5 minutes! Wonderful nurse tool blood and hooked me up to monitors… 3:10 AM 3:30 am waiting for the results. Will update later. UPDATE: Waited and waited for results. About 5:00 am the wonderful nurse provide me with the results. Didn’t see the doctor again only the nurse, who is very nice and knowledgeable. The nearest explain to me the test results and everything and was finally released about 5:30 a.m. The nurses at Parrish are 5-star; while I give the doctors two Star same with overall Parrish.PIII BuszuinskiThe people here who answers the phone are very rude!!! I hate to call this place because all the time that’s the treatment I’m getting from them. They don’t have sympathy for patients or family members, just terrible, awful service in here. Even the nurses, (most of all that nurse named Neidy) and doctors are not very nice or caring in my opinion and I’m talking about the Emergency Room in here! I don’t even want to give one star , should be just no star! They won’t even apologize when you tell them that you feel they are not being nice talking to you on the phone, hence they will be more rude to you. Worst customer service ever!. Don’t ever come here, just don’t! Try hard if you can to look for another hospital that would treat you like a human being who has better health providers that would show you and make you feel that they care.Chris GI was diagnosed with the flu at parrish medfast two days ago. Last night during coughing bouts I was passing out unconscious, 6x in about an hour. Was driven to the ER where the triag nurse with an attitude asked me what was my more important complaint, passing our or coughing? I told her whichever she thinks is worse. Well after sitting in the ER for over two hours I came to the conclusion that passing out unconscious was not serious and got a ride home.Me AndyouThe building is functional obsolete with inadequate signage making it difficult for emergency walk in patients to even find the right door to enter the ER. Once in the ER, you will find a very long wait and staff with a lot of attitude, none of it good, and very few skills. Good luck.Karen StinsonNot safe. You need to have someone with you at all times.Mary Newby-FlemingI went to the ER at 12 noon today. I waited 7 hrs and never got seen. I finally came home. This type of treatment is NOT acceptable.Sandon ClarkThe Er here needs work.
