Kinda scary too many sick kids and getting my kid sick even worse from whatever he got from other kids even though he’s not even near the kids! 3 stars for nurses and doctor.Holly Searcy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSitting in my daughter’s room right now and can’t get over how amazing this hospital has been compared to a past experience at another children’s hospital ER. At PCH, we were checked in, seen by a triage nurse and in a room in less than 30 mins. The doctor, nurses and even housekeeping have been so friendly, kind and attentive. They truly are a pediatric hospital … I’ve never been so impressed!Juliana LopezI know it’s a big and busy hospital but someone should do hourly checks on the restroom it’s a freaking hospital for god sake…. the women’s restroom is a complete mess, it smells, toilet seats are disgusting stained with blood, pee and feeses (my daughter is 6 and refused to sit on toilet even after I wiped and covered it) no seat covers. I was in the waiting room for at least two hours and no one bothered checking the restrooms. The staff that brings you back for your vitals are not friendly at all my daughter was scared not welcoming at all. Sadly next time I have an emergency I would probably drive to a regular ER.Jaya Simha Reddy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful place I was been here with my 3 days old kid who was suffering with jaundice. The kind of treatment and support from the doctor was amazing. Keep up the good work.XxRose xX⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHey guys! This place is great and all but,Who likes hospitals?I went there a few months ago with a level 10 migrane. Now the IV didnt hurt at all. They kept me distracted so I didnt know the IV was going into my veins.Their migrane/Extreme headache protocal is very effective.I had to get an MRI.I dont like closed spaced and they kept me distracted with headphones and music playing. It was scary still but it wasnt as scary as I imagined. To sum it up,This is a great hospital, very friendly!!Guadalupe MartinezAfter 3 hours of being here no pain medicine has been given to my screaming child . They checked his vitals 2 times but has not seen a doctor if I would have known I would have just gone to Estrella Hospital insteadRachel Brady⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAlways have a great experience, staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love it here.Shanna Robertson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedQuick, very kind, kid friendly, & intelligible staff. Had to take my 3 yr old tonight & was seen, xray, & diagnosed within 2 hours. Thought she broke her arm/elbow thank goodness it was just a sprain.Jesse JeanUnfortunately my family and I had a very unpleasant experience in the emergency room. My daughter was being evaluated by Dr. Julie Augenstein who was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She failed to provide an explanation for testing choices not supported by clinical indications and proceeded to ask our education level when questioned. I am hopeful that this one inexperienced physician is not indicative of the patient care standards for all Phoenix Children’s ER providers.Kaylin Marker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have been to many children’s hospitals with my son but out of every single one we have ever endured , phoenix children’s hospital ER was by far the most impressive . the staff are up to date on new techniques on how to care for your child . they went out if their way to take extra steps to make sure he was comfortable . I truly believe my son wouldn’t be so terrified of Drs if he wouldve had the same care phoenix children’s hospital provided today ,throughout his past encounters . the wait time was quick , the staff was incredible , the student nurse who sat in was extremely knoladgible and helpful. I’m glad to know I’ve found someplace where I can take my child and put my full trust into a facility knowing they truly know what they are doing !!!!Halloween 235⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Long wait. But they do care and get to you. Wish there was more seating when I when there were so many people standing.
