Stephen Ditomasso⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, my G.I. issues flared up while here. This place was one of the best care experiences I’ve ever had. Exceptional care and understanding from all the staff there. I was treated with such care and respect. Excellent communication there as well. Wasnt left in the dark for a second. I would reccomend this facility to anyone. 1 out of 10, I give it a 12!Beenish Qamar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff are so good friendly and nice ..thanks all of you (beenish junaid )Katie Jeffers I came here twice and the nurses and doctors do not wear scrubs, they twist your words, and disregard previous medical conditions. They then tell you to “calm down” if you attempt to clear something up and they ESPECIALLY take advantage of college students – the nurses and staff constantly gossip about patients and give out false information. An awful place to come.Dan Pitts Horrible 2 patients…2 hour wait before being seen…2 hours gor xrays..2hours for results ..no interactiom in betweem…just sitting in bed in pain waitingNia Rod Want horrible care? Go heremummysmonkey was here the other night with a couple of things going on. Saw the Dr, dont recall his last name. First name was Mike. He was a joke. He was hanging out at the nurses station, and I could hear every word from my room. (Its a small ER). The nurses were talking to Mike about how he burps and blows it in their faces. They were watching youtube videos and laughing hysterically. At one point, Mike bad-mouthed a patient that was in earlier in the evening. How she said she was bleeding from her mouth, he spoke with her mother and her mother was “crazy”. all these details that should have been kept private. It was obvious that he was making fun of her. The nurses were saying “mike why do you burp and blow it in our faces?” WHAT?!? He must have said, 10 times how exhausted he is. (why do I need to know that?) I asked him about an ear issue and he got very defensive, saying “why would I need to about THAT? im an ER doctor. I handle emergencies”. VERY defensive. Extremely unprofessional. Go get some sleep, Mike. Come back and do your job with SOME professionalism. Horrible.Alexander Rhynd⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAmazing! I went in with something with my heart I immediately had six people completely dedicated to me until the problem was resolved. They made me feel safe and comfortable even though my heart was beating at 244 beats per minute. They where very competent .bedside manner was amazing the doctor even called my wife to explain to her what was going on.JT Titus⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe experience I had here was very good! I was brought by ambulance due to having low blood sugar while at a social work appointment and the social worker having called 911 because I was unresponsive eventually leading to passing out in her office! I was treated immediately and the staff was helpful and friendly, making sure my blood sugar was high enough, by testing it several times , before discharging me from their care hours later!kati Bh⭐️⭐️⭐️Very nice all employers there doctor nurse secretary paperwork I feel very sick care not enough.Michael David Caprarella⭐️⭐️Worst hospital ever. Worst staff ever. Check the other reviews. Its ridiculous QMC closed and only ER is open which I certainly wouldn’t want my life in their hands. It’s like the Doctors and nurses are like some servers at restaurants I have worked with over the years and just seem to hate their jobs and are not as professional as every other hospital I’ve ever gone to. Doctor Barry Fisher is the only one I have ever liked here, he is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Another doctor assumed I had HIV just because i was gay and go to Fenway Heath in Boston for my primary care doctor Leah Dewitt So I was here for kidney pain, they pretty much dismissed me as if i was lying once my urine test came back negative. Went to Boston medical a few days later as I had clearly not improved. Turns out I had a serious infection, swollen kidney and stones, i almost had to have surgery! If they had tried just a little harder and given me an ultrasound and ct scan they could have saved me the extra pain I’m enduring. I knew something was wrong and they dismissed me with back pain. They were nice doctors and nurses but not good care.Diane Trang Pham My friend enter the hospital yesterday afternoon after clap. The wife had requested to bring the husband to Boston Medical the ambulance didn’t want to do that and brought him to Quincy hospital. End up dead and we realize that they have not trying to give him breathing tube to help him breath. Also this same friend four year ago daughter brought to this hospital and not able to treat her and they call other hospital or Drs for advice. Her daughter end up dead too. So my friends have 2 death from this hospital. Use your judgement.Zero⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice local Hospital for the local community. While I was only there for a night their ER Staff was very friendly. I was not impressed with the Doctor though; it seems they are in short supply of good Doctors. Other than that it’s a great place, cute Nurses, and timely service.Leon Cao A whole professional crew spent a whole night trying to persuade a drunk to stay in the hospital and left my friend untreated for hours. Yes, I mean, the WHOLE crew. My friend went to the ER because he got a very bad pain in his chest, on a scale of 0-10, he said his pain was more than 9. Then it took the doctors 2 hours before taking his blood samples for lab test and another 2 hours to give him some pain killers, another 2 hours to do an ultrasound test. After 6 hours, they came back and said nothing looks wrong. They explained why everything took so slow was because they have other patients to treat. But actually there’s only one drunk old lady and ALL the doctors and nurses were trying to persuade her to stay in the hospital instead of going home. I just don’t understand why. (Updated) The medical bill came! 4000 dollars for ultra sound and IV!!! This is ridiculous!J Alva⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMe and my wife have visited here and the staff is great, Great Doctors and fast service. They treat you with respect and promptlyawe mauser The staff is very ill-mannered. They have no idea about patient privacy. Everybody starting from the gate keeper to the nurse asks you about private questions over and over again that you only want to discuss with the doctor. The staff shouts, laughs loudly which makes you feel as if you are standing in a poultry farm.Jeanie Doherty⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedin pain, was seen right away. friendly and skilled doctors. Thank You so much. I feel much much better.g child no stars I went in with a broken spine by ambulance, and was put over to the side for hours. When I complained (the, obviously high on opiates) dr, threatened to shut me up, waving a syringe at me if I wouldn’t stop crying out in pain. I forced them to send me to another hospital, where the educated and sober drs there told me of the over 90% chance of me ending up paralyzed by the actions of Quincy hospital drs almost caused after my accident. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! If I didn’t demand to be moved into Boston, I may be stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.Ted Zlatanov⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to the Rehab Center (physical and occupational therapy). Friendly competent staff and no wait.Jude Lyons-McBrine⭐️⭐️Worst hospital experience I ever had. I went to the ER following a car accident. there was no triage nurse because they were changing shifts. after waiting close to an hour, a triage nurse appeared and I was sent to fast track. After explaining my injuries I was sent to the other side because they said I needed CAT Scans for head and spine. The nurse assigned to me was a nasty, rude and unprofessional person. she walked into the room, looked at her watch and said” You were in an accident at 12:30 and it is 7:oo oclock. what took you so long to get here. And then she walked out. My husband died in that ER. I was suffering from severe head aches and I asked three times to see the nurse again. She never returned. I started to have a panic attack and I felt like my head was going to blow off. I got up and walked out. I went outside and put my head between my legs and called my daughter to pick me up. I will never return to that place again. It is a poor excuse for a hospital. Never again.Hannah Odaa Dr Alexander Dogon did not show care, professionalism, or compassion for his patient and refused to answer patient’s question about the prescription given. Specifically, after patient asked if the doctor could return to ask a question about the prescription, Dr Gogon walked into the room, slammed his pointer finger down 3 times on the prescription paper and said “this is what you need!” and quickly left the room. The patient had already told him he had taken this exact drug (an over-the-counter drug) that morning. It made me extremely sad to see a sick loved one be treated with such insensitivity.Mike Carter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest medical experience of my life. Dislocated my shoulder and bruised ribs on 03/28/13 dirt biking in Mattawa. I had an option to go to Ellensburg or Quincy. I asked the ER at the event which was better to reset my shoulder and he told me Quincy. I had my wife call ahead (it was Sunday) to make sure they had someone on staff that could handle it and they reassured it was no problem. When i walked to the reception desk and told them my problem they said “o there you are, we’ve been waiting for you” Within 2 minutes i was on my back getting prepped for an IV. I was checked in within 5 minutes and the doctor came in within 6. At that point i told them they were the best. They said that they strive for that and please write a letter, so i am. The whole deal took 3 hours but i had to get xrays and be completely sedated for the reset. That includes the chill time mandated after being sedated to make sure i didnt kick the bucket. ( I’m 52 YO, can go at anytime.) Everybody was awesome to chat with and looked like they truly enjoy their work. I might stop by this summer with some Starbucks for the staff on my way to Dave at the Gorge.Julie Bentley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was born at this hospital 38 year agoBilly Heanue⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPeople forget the doctors dont work for the hospital….move your one star review to that Doctor’s office review page…not the hospital’sKatie Jacobsen Terrible experienceDanny Bruno I just left there and had the worse experience of my life very rude doctor who took it upon herself to lie to me about a service they provideDario Sambriu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedthanks
