Janie Mattson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDuring my mothers decline in health I have visited many hospitals in the state of Florida. In that time I have met many wonderful staff members and some not so good. last week while I was in Raulerson hospital again with mother I met a security officer named Scott. The moment I walked in he was smiling, greeted me, and even offered a warm blanket because I was wet from the Rain. After that every time I returned to the hospital he would greet me by name and ask about my mother sincerely. This man left such a heartwarming impression on me that I had to write something. I hope he is doing well and wish him the best. Thank you Scott you have touched our family more than you know.Tanya Heffernan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHaving to go to a hospital out of country is very daunting and i debated going for a few hours before i finally decided to just do it. The Staff were kind, caring and patient. i was outta there in an hour and although i hope that i never have to go to Emerg again, i won’t be hesitant about using this hospital. Thanks again!!Vanessa Miranda⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedJust want to thank ANA, JESUS AND DR.HEATH DeHart for being friendly and Supper Nice to my child she felt really comfortable making her Laugh and Smile Thank You.Yall are the best and amazing.Ashley Goulette⭐️⭐️If you plan om spending your whole life waiting to see a dr then this place is yours.Rebecca Duffield⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGot lab work and X-ray done outpatient. They answered all of my questions and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their compassion was apparent and their bedside humor was most appreciated.Linda MoralesPoor service has no consideration for their patients i came in and they triage me and then put me with blood pressure cuff and etc back in waiting room and left me there to be seen by Dr in the waiting room n just decided a pill wld solve my problems!! Worst hospital everAmber HairMy daughter and I came in last night 01/06/19 and was running a fever. 101.7 degrees, We waited and waited and they did tests to see if we had the flu, my daughter did. After 2 hours of waiting they checked her fever and it was 103!! They waited another 30 minutes to finally bring medicine. Poor service, Nurses are unprofessional and gossip way too much. Would not recommend this hospital. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.Stephanie RomansZERO STARS!!!! Takes the cake for the worst hospital I’ve EVER been to. First of all the staff is rude and very limited. I felt like I was in an asylum when I walked through the front door, dingy, dirty, terrible lighting, it was creepy. There wasn’t a soul around. After wandering around for awhile I found a janitor who didn’t speak a lick of English. She eventually found a receptionist, who didn’t say a word to me that wasn’t rude beyond belief. She escorted me to my husband who was there for tremendous stomach pains. After all but telling him he was full of BEEP, a woman came in and said the doctor could not see him until he paid. (PAID FOR WHAT????) I then swiped my debit card for $50. What seemed like an eternity later the “doctor” came in, rude and full of himself he told my husband “it’s just gas”. He then left, no questions, no advice, no time to talk, just walked off joking with the nurse. We were then given a prescription for gas x & asked to leave the room the way we found it. We never received a bill from Raulerson Hospital, I have to admit I was relieved. I thought they weren’t charging us more than the $50 upfront payment. A few months later I received a bill from a collection agency for almost three hundred dollars. I was at the least flabbergasted. I tried to settle the account for a more reasonable amount considering the fact that nothing was done for us. It gets better, shortly after our visit to Raulerson, my husband had an emergency appendectomy. The negligence of that hospital could have caused my family a lot more grief than a terrible experience and an outrageous bill. Luckily we were fortunate enough to find a caring doctor that didn’t chalk a grown man’s stomach pain up to just gas. The staff at Raulerson Hospital are the last people you want to come in contact with if you are seeking medical professionalism or even medical care for that fact. Words can not express how much I warn anyone thinking of visiting this horrible place.Cherie Jackson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis has to have been the most incredible hospital experience I have EVER had. The head nurse of the emergency room, Kathy, went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my daughter was cared for. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would rate 100!!!! THAMK YOU KATHY AND RAULERSON HOSPITAL!!!!!!! shannon serranoI went there about four years ago and the doctor was really rude and told me over and over no I just sprained my ankle and I told him I can’t walk on it it’s not sprained and he repeatedly said it’s sprained so I mediately left there and went to St. Mary’s it was broken I guess anybody can be a doctor these daysAdam SDoctors are rude, unprofessional and worthless.JennyRaulerson Hospital may quite possibly be the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. The Doctors are all extremely rude and unhelpful. They treat everyone as if they are there looking for a way to get high and do NOT even attempt to find out the root of the problem. I’m sick of being sick and getting nowhere with the Doctors around here! Don’t waste your time going here. Drive the extra 45 minutes to go to a real hospital.Ron BagnatoAlmost killed me Dr Slutski leading the charge save your life don’t go thereJoAnn Crudup⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFast serviceAnnette BatesHorrible emergency service plus billing never billed my insurance
