Before you go to Regions Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this St Paul emergency room think.

Abdiladif Hassan⭐️⭐️⭐️Well, 2 ER visits 5 months apart and totally 2 different Encounters. 1st one was superb around 5 am, checked in and all lab tests done under 1 hour as IV fluids flowed in. Out in under 2 hours. All system checked. Super nurse and Dr on duty dis great job save for the pharmacy. 2ND TRIP AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING AT THE WAITING BAY, A STUDENT INTERN DECIDED THAT NO TESTING WAS NECESSARY. BOTH ER visits were similar conditions. 6 hours later we were told come back if it last 5 more days!Tamra Haselman Don’t bring any cash with you because you will leave with none… Whoever was in charge of counting my money upon admission, conveniently forgot to count my money before it went in there pocket!!!!! Do not bring cash with you here!!! I’m out 4 crisp 20s!!!!Craig Livingston Emergency room nursing staff are rude. Treat you like a low grade human. I tried relating my symptoms are medical history and was given the hand. Completely disrespectful.grandmahugzarebestforhearts Idrizow⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent care. I had come at 11:30 at night with a severe headache but the triage nurse took me back to a room immediately after I had checked in and gave her a summary of why I was there. This nurse was extremely polite and she listened to me throughout the whole time there. When I got to my room the doctor had me lay down on the bed and he gave me all of his information including the tests he had ordered. I will definitely be going here againABDILADIF HASSAN We got a small cup of cold apple juice and a cracker after 6 hours of waiting with a flu patientMike Luciano Worst experience I dealt with when its comes to hospitals. Had to wait 4 plus hours just for them to them to say take aleve. What a jokeJuanita Warmack 0 stars I went to get help with pain in my side and back and pelvic pain .the doctor did a poor job so did her nurse’s instead of giving me something for my pain while I was there she gives me some ibuprofen something I’m allergic to how unprofessional I left there in pain still and itchy.. they treated me like I was a danger to someone asking me do I have anything on me that may harm them also like I was filthy..I felt like a criminal for being black at that point . Never ever will I return here you should not either Worst place ever…BK 182⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent service. Dr. Janelle and Tiffany Gear. Very good staff.E walk Worst hospital EVER!!! The security keeps no one safe. The blonde haired older lady only smiles when she’s mocking mentally ill people but all 4 joined in. 3 plus hours wait as a 50 year old with symptoms of a heart attack. They all sit there playing on their cell phones and computers while joking and laughing and telling secrets to one another about the patients in the waiting room. They HAVE NO SENSITIVITY TRAINING FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people make healthcare a joke. Rejoins you have really really gone all the way down hill.Gina Del Signore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSaved my life!!Ralph Rawhide We’ve been sitting in the ER at Regions for 2 hours. My husband has two shattered bones in his leg and two breaks in his back, L1 and T12. It would be nice if they’d call his name…Dan Pastusek⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas in and out within 3 hours. Easiest ER visit I’ve ever had. Everyone was amazingly friendly and very helpful.Tiffany H I went in recently with muscles spasms in my shoulder and some pains in my chest. Unfortunately all I can say is the paramedics whom transported me to this hospital expressed more empathy and concern for my well being than the staff at regions. When I arrived the paramedics briefed the nurses and doctors of my symptoms and medications. However very the same nurses and doctors kept asking me to repeat the same information, by this time the pains were spreading and it was becoming harder to breath. They did x rays of my heart and whatever else they were looking for to conclude whatever uneducated guesses they had to make a bigger hospital bill for my insurance. Long story short I waited over an hour and for them to give me word on my condition and some pain pills to numb my pain at the very least. I expressed to the staff had it been more critical I could’ve died in that room which yet again no empathy expressed on their end. Even though they’re numerous staff standing around lolly gagging doing nothing to assist they chose not to. The End result I was just advised to take Tylenol which I could’ve did from the beginning on my own regions suck I will never visit here again. You have more than enough staff on duty make them do their damned jobs others you’ll lose more patients due to malpractice suits…Hay Soe⭐️⭐️⭐️How to get in ER room quick. SCREEM your lungs out and cry. Or else you’ll have to wait for your death. It’s way better that St. John where nobody give a F even if you’re dead.Amy Knudson My boyfriend went to get some psych help and they released him even though he told the doctors and nurses that he was feeling suicidal and homicidal and was paranoid and hearing voices telling him to hurt people. We waited for hours to get back to a room and when there was a room finally available there was no bed. They had to hunt down a bed. The floor obviously wasn’t swept either. This was July 17th, 2018.Backpacker 711⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreatest Healthpartner Hospital in the Twincities. Easy access from Highway. Locate by Jackson Street and University Avenue West.Michael Vang⭐️⭐️Doctors and nurses barely come check on the patients. I know that they are only human, but be more professional. My sister was waiting for the doctors to prep for her surgery and she couldn’t drink any water. We had to ask multiple timeS for I.V. fluids to keep her hydrated and she’s running a fever at the same time. A CT scan never happened as they said it would only a surgeon came and was like “well you’re going to need a surgery, because of I think your apendix is enlarged due a stone”. At the same time I can hear the doctors and nurses talking to other patients around us in the ER. In my opinion don’t bother coming to Regions ER, just go to other hospitals.Gabe Eichberger Terrible wait times, took 4 hours in the waiting room before we were even seen by a doctor.
