Rose Medical Center Reviews

Before you go to Rose Medical Center, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Denver emergency room think.

Claire Barnes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOnce again , our experience with the hospital, staff doctors nurses was again outstanding. They surely go out of there way to make your stay memorable, A very attentive staff and caring. I would recommend this hospital to my family and closest friends. Often you go to these other hospitals and count on them to care for you and family and get no response no one going out there way to even acknowledge you. So once again I recommend this outstanding hospital.Jennifer Price Went into the Rose Medical Center ER yesrerday. Really felt uncomfortable there, I felt like I was getting care by a bunch of kids. Should have drove a few extra miles to be seen at Denver Health. They didn’t adress all my symptoms and it really bothered me. They told one thing and did not follow through. Did not feel like a hospital setting. The personalities in that ER belong on a soap opera. Kept my door open, so I could hear everything they would say. Its just a job to them and they could care less if I was comfortable. Sarcastic attitudes all around, don’t care about the people that are sick and I’m never going back to that hospital again.Stephanie Ackermann Wound up at Rose’s ER late one Sunday night/early Monday morning with a UTI. I’m 45 and had never had one before, so when I saw blood in my urine, I didn’t hesitate to go as I was afraid the infection had spread. I saw the unpleasant Dr. for all of 10 minutes. She ordered a urinalysis, diagnosed me with a UTI and gave me a script for an antibiotic. I paid $300 to Rose when I was there and just received an $800 bill for the Doctor’s services. So, all in $1,100 for a UTI. Which, If I’d ever had one before, I would’ve known that I could’ve purchased a UTI test over the counter and then had my doc call in antibiotics when his office opened. It would’ve cost me all in probably no more than $50. This is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with healthcare in America. And I will drop dead before I ever step foot in that hospital again. Thanks for literally NOTHING Rose Medical. I did call and request my account to be reviewed but not expecting anything good to come from that. You get one star because your nurses were very pleasant and attentive.Jenny Klich⭐️⭐️The staff was very nice, but they ended up just asking me questions and not giving me any treatment. For that quick visit and no medical treatment my bill was over $2,500. I went to a different ER for a separate incident where I needed stitches, shots and to be checked for a concussion and my bill was $270. I think Rose has great doctors and their other departments are fantastic! I would not suggest using their ER.Vii DonMega I went to the er only to get in a argument with the Dr. Funny thing is I can not find the Dr in the list of Dr that work there. Long story short pass this er up if you really have a emergency the Dr was very disrespectful and I suspect prejudice! Her name was Dr Cho or Chau something like that. I have a intense ring in my ear and I just told her what I was going through what I did and she got upset because I had some test done and I showed her the paper work! This Dr was so arrogant and disrespectful I don’t understand how someone so unprofessional is a Dr and suppose to help people out. I can admit I did not have the best attitude but I am in pain and trying to find out what’s going on with me. This has totally swayed me away from western medicine completely I would rather die than let someone so disrespectful touch my body! I completely lost for words at this point and don’t know what to do. But go back to that or any emergency room or Dr is out of the question for me at this point. What a dirty terrible place. I will say for the most part the nurses I encountered where cool. But that Doctor was unprofessional and lacks compassion. This is just a warning for others because I’m sure nothing will happen and none of this in the end matters. Just hope my situation is not life threatening because she just left me to die if that was the case. I am totally against western medicine for good now. Thanks Dr Cho or chau!Aubrey Storm⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital took action immediately after they found out what was going on. Everyone acted very caring and thoughtful. Even though they did a lot of tests, that just showed they were very concerned. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a very clean facility. I would recommend this to anyone who is seeking emergency helpLandon Mills⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis emergency room was super fast and thorough. At others ones, I’ve waited hours to be seen but at Rose, I got right to a room and to a doctor. Couldn’t have been happierAnn Lane⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat experience given the circumstances Dr Levy and nurse Pauline were kind, efficient and made me feel comfortable, as did the rest of the team that helped me.Susan McKeon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was seen at Rose ER on a Wednesday morning CERTAIN that I was having a heart attack. At registration for no more than 60 seconds, I was slapped in a wheelchair and taken to an exam room where no fewer than 6 staff members went to work; inserting IV line, EKG monitors, vitals, drawing blood, etc. Fortunately I did not have a heart attack but was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and given medication along with follow up care instructions. The nurses and staff were AMAZING, especially Nurses Erin and Simone, who were the epitome of of kindness, caring and professionalism. They explained every step of what was happening and checked on me constantly. Simone was my primary nurse and went out of her way to make me comfortable and was friendly and compassionate to not only me but also my husband and son. Dr Don Lefkowits was professional yet warm and very down to earth. He explained my condition clearly and it was very easy to communicate with him. The next day I received a phone call from the discharge coordinator to make sure I had scheduled a follow up appointment (I had) and the day after that a call from Julie, a cardiac nurse navigator to answer any questions and to expedite my follow up appointment with a cardiologist. That’s two phone calls to check on me in 48 hours! The entire staff made me feel safe and the level of care I received was outstanding. BTW, I work in the medical field so I tend to have high expectations but the staff at Rose ER surpassed them all. My first child was born at Rose hospital and I had another child as an inpatient when he was barely 8 weeks old and both times I was equally impressed with their facilities and especially their staff. The nurses at Rose are second to none!shanysa holgerson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve been here a few times over the last several years and each time the staff are polite, helpful, and quick. I especially like that it’s so clean compared to other ERs I’ve visited.Nancy A ER wait time is time before Rose starts charging you. I waited in an ER bed for 90 minutes and was given two pills. $2,000. Yes. $2,000. It was late and I was tired so I left. The wait time number is DECEPTIVE. I thought once I had a bed I would be treated in a reasonable amount of time. Instead I listened to nurses laughing in the other room and saw doctors wandering around. Now I am stuck with a huge bill after I sought treatment elsewhere.Chris Lamb⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery friendly staff. Very helpful and calming in a painful and stressful situatuin.. Thank you guys.. I was admitted within 5 mins and out in under an hour. Dr. Morrison was great very calming and patient. Christina my nurse was great as well. Overall 5 stars all around.Dave Goffredo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff wonderful, very clean my doctor actually had empathy. Best hospital I’ve been in. You guys shame Connecticut -N.Y. hospitals.Josh Putnam⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedQuick, easy, and overall one of the best emergency rooms I’ve ever been to.
