Y FosterHad surgery on the 18th. In addition to the RNs, I was also assigned a male CNA who other than coming in and writing his name on the board, wanted to be any where but there. He took my pressure and was in such a rush, he left the cuff on and was headed out the door. I stopped him and he snatched it off threw it on the counter and ran back to whatever he was doing. I wanted water so I waited for the nurse and she got me some, tthn he rushes in 10 minutes later grabbing for my cup and I was like just put it down. Didn’t see him anymore and that was fine with me. I hate going to Rush.J L⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone at this place is SUPER nice and easy to talk to. I’ve come here three times now, and the experience is always quick and pleasant. They are attentive to my state … reassuring when I’m anxious, caring when I’m dizzy or in pain… when I came in for a thunderclap migraine, they even made sure to immediately get me into a dark exam room.Jamie RussellOne star is too many. We had the worst care. I carried my 13 year old due to severe abdominal pain, throwing up and a low grade fever. The doctor majorly misdiagnosed her and the medicines that he gave didn’t even treat what he claimed she had. He had the nurse to swab her down below and then we found out later that it was never sent to the lab. He said he was going to refer us to another doctor to check on what he claimed she had and he didn’t do it. This doctor had absolutely no bedside manner. He was rude and intimidating. He scared my daughter to death. I suggest that you go elsewhere if you want to be treated medically or treated like a person.Jewel BrownCame in emergency room with labor pains n the labor and delivery made me wait over 2 more hours to be seen .Mr DadeSlow only one doctor available just dumbEbonie Johnson⭐️⭐️Ok Dr sent me to emergency room because of horrible gallstone pains. Brought in a paper that told my condition had two ctscans and one x-ray all saying same thing. Rude nurse comes in i try to explain my symptoms to her she keeps cutting me off. Then comes back in bursting in door asking why am I there ,what’s this paper for ,who gave it to me? Finally Dr W comes in observes me tells me I don’t think you have gallstones he thinks I have “infection on my female parts” heard him in the hall say I probably had PID a STD. Ok finally comes back in and says your blood work was fine I’ll call surgeon down to look at you. So after waiting like 4 in half hours after he finally called surgeon.Dr Mackey came in very nice surgeon checked me, asked family history of gallstones, sat down and looked at my paperwork, then told me he would do my surgery the next morning. Thanks Dr Mackey. He and the other lady who was working with him were very nice and professional. Ok back to rude nurse she finally took me up to my room, I couldn’t move as fast as she liked so she hit the top of my foot with the part of wheelchair you put your feet on, I told her about it she didn’t even say sorry. I think the Nurse and Dr W either don’t like Black patients or secretly don’t like their jobs. Upstairs they had wonderful nurses especially Brittany. As it turned out I was full of gallstones not disease like Dr W said I had just by looking at me.If it wasn’t for those two would have gave this hospital 5 stars. Also thanks to Nurse Molly and all the other caring and friendly nurses.Nina ParkerSorry service from the staff that answers phones!! Had me on hold for over 15 min asking about a PT.Elizabeth HoustonWorst experience ever , not from here and was treated like dirt , no meds follow ups nothing just sent us away
