Saint Agnes Medical Center Reviews

Before you go to Saint Agnes Medical Center, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Fresno emergency room think.

Tracy Thomas Horrible services!! Didnt even care for my child who w Had high fever and took too long stayed there for 8 hours!!! It is not the same.Anna Soto⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a good experience at this ER . My mother had just been at another hospital a couple weeks prior to this visit , and the ER there was worse than terrible . When I decided to bring her to ST Agnes , I didn’t know what to expect , yes she waited in the ER about 3 hrs , but let me just say I would take 3 hrs over 16 !! She was admitted Shortly after and although one Dr. came off a little rude there was 5 other DRs that made up for that guy. This Hospital saved my mothers life ! If I would have returned to the other place , she would have died Waiting . I am sorry to read all the other bad reviews , but after the previous place my mother was at , ST Agnes was a Godsend . Thank you for all you did for us , thank you for saving my mothers life and thanks to all the Great DRs and Nurses that cared for her.Merida Suastegui⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIt was quick for register it didn’t took to long even for labsNolmes Holmes I took my sister for extreme lower abdominal pain. We there from 9pm to 8am in the morning. No she was not being seen she was waiting, naked in a room for hours. All blood test, and urine samples ready to be read no doctor in sight. The rudest nurses. It was not until 7am that an actual nurse with actual care and compassion came to speak to us and she was shocked that we were there so long and was the sweetest. All i remember was that her name was Alexandria , and i bet the other nurses and staff take advantage of the actual hard work i witnessed from her. I am disgusted in the work ethics of this team. Thank you Alexandria for actually getting help for my sister.Sangam Pokharel Holy cow, they are bad. Understaffed, cramped, horrible service and overall miserable place to come when you have an emergency. My wife had to wait for more than 7 hrs to get a simple procedure as the urgent Care refused to treat her. We have a 6 month old who is sleeping in the car till 1.19 am in the morning as I am typing it right now. She waited for six hours until they got her dressed in a gown and now she has waited for her Dr to make a round for more than hour. Here is a suggestion: If the patient wants to leave after waiting for 5 hours, let them. Don’t give em scary insurance lingoes to make them stay. Forego the charges: all she did was get her blood pressure checked and occupied a tiny lil space for 5 hours.hgramis A nightmare of waiting, unless you have been shot or you have overdosed. Other than that it is a — 24 hours plus — of possibly getting a doctor to treat you. After you have sat in a CHAIR, WAITING for 8 hours, then in a emergency bed with the drapes around where you are ignored even if your blood pressure machine goes off and rings and rings and rings. IGNORED even though you are in a miserable condition. Even though you have cancer and complications… Even though you have suppressed immune system and you shouldn’t be around people who are sick. YOU WILL BE IGNORED. LEFT ALONE. WITHOUT ANY ONE TAKING THE URGENT CARE THAT YOU DO NEED. Unacceptable “third world” accessibility, absence of efficiency and organization. Go to another hospital, please!!!Allie Weeks If you want to wait in the emergency room for over six hours in pain just to be diagnosed with anxiety and given a prescription for Xanax and prayer (yes, really) then this is your place!Megan Flores As a health care provider, I was appalled at the level of care at St. Agnes ED. For routine lab work, I waited for seven hours in a tiny forgotten room deep in the back of the ED. Now, I understand wait times, and sometimes there’s nothing anyone can do. But during that time, no nurse ever came to check on anyone, despite several patients health declining as we sat there for hours. I found myself fixing IVs and consoling scared patients. Several hours in, one patient began breathing shallow and I ran out to grab someone to call a code. The nurse brushed me off and basically ignored me. I was in shock how nonchalantly he looked at me. Finally he entered the room and what do you know, the patient coded. So basically you need to start actively dying before anyone checks on you.lucy lopez Ridiculous time wait been here for almost 9hrs and nothing !!!!Jennifer Montoya-Vega Terrible just terrible all the way around.Christina B DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE and go somewhere else!!!!! This place is the worst hospital… they make you wait 9 hours to even get a room then tell you they cant help and they dont know what’s wrong…. why the heck are they even doctors here? Did they go to medical school online, I could do better on web MD myself…. very disappointed Brittany Adame No one should have to spend half a day in a emergency room only to receive some kind of help in the last hour.Michael P Every time I’ve had to take my girlfriend here it’s been straight garbage. They dont take care of her well or quickly and I get treated like trash. They take forever and the staff is largely unhelpful. Wound give 0 stars if I could.marisol oros Staff were really mean and rude. I totally don’t recommend it.Bere Nice Went there like 4 times because I had sharp pain in my stomach and constipation. They kept doing ct scans and just sent me home every single time told me to take miralax. But would mention that i had gallstones and that I needed to talk to my doctor, ….but at that time i had no insurance ….and no doctor. they wouldn’t help me. I decided to go to kaiser and they admitted me in less than 2 hours. My liver enzymes were too high, I needed to have my gallbladder taken out. Will never return to st agnes, will never recommend to anyone. Their doctors are garbage. They don’t care for your wellbeing. Trust me. GO ANYWHERE, just don’t go here.Jonathan Altamirano If I could I would give 0 stars. From 11am to 9:00 pm…. very long waiting time. The main room was practically empty. Somehow I waited for over three hrs to be put in the back of ion for check up, then another few hrs to get my vitals. Then to the ultrasound room for another good hr. Then once I had my room to be seen. I get 7 mins of talk talk talk… about how they can’t do anything to help me. Then I was gonna get discharge SOON!!! I had to go walk and talk to once of the many staff members sitting looking at fb and Snapchat!!!!! I have kids at home that need my attention. I needed to leave. After that. A nurse came and discharge me and told me herself. (Wow u been here too long!) this place is a joke!timmea flores I had an head injury that cause 2 black eyes and they did not test or scans. They gave me 2 shots in my butt check and I got there at 8pm and didnt see a doctor until 5am because there were none on site.Yanett Maravilla Horrible experience!!! I took my dad in at 1230am and was put in a ER room and was seen by a doctor untill 8am. My dad was experiencing a level 10 pain. Very unacceptable. He was waiting to get treated while the nurses laughed and talked about a coworkers birthday and what they were going to eat! I truly regret taking him there! Never again! Worst experience ever!Eric Louw A family member is here now for severe pain and tingling and they took more than two hours since around 3am to move her to a bed! It could be a blood clot for all they know, but no rush!nunya business People spilling out of the windows. The place was so completely overcrowded that it took an hour and ten minutes to have vital signs taken and to be triaged. After two and a half hours of sitting in the waiting room with my wife having severe abdominal pain with nausea & vomiting I took her to Kaiser where she was in a bed in 15 minutes. I have ZERO intention of taking anyone I love or care about to St Agnes Emergency Room. I suppose I cannot comment on their “standard of care” since my wife received no “treatment” of any kind. As we left, we were given a pretty cursory/lame “you’re risking yourself “ comment (presumably so he could check check off a box somewhere that “I said it”) and immediately went back to his desk. Completely unacceptable treatment in my opinion. For what it’s worth, I retired after 26 years of military medicine as an Independent Duty Corpsman (google it) and managed clinics staffed with up to 100 military AND civilian personnel. I can accept differences in techniques, processes, or procedures here and there but this place was either overwhelmed by absolutely unpredictable/unprecedented holiday volume, blatantly unprepared; or quite simply ill managed by people who think medicine is a money making business. It is most definitely, not. They Call Me Mama⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThank u who helped my daughter when she was sick recently. They moved fast and did everything possible so she could get better. Thank GodMelissa Lockhart I’m only giving 1 star because it won’t allow ZERO. This place is awful! It’s filthy. I was diagnosed w flu & respiratory infection at Saint Agnes Urgent Care & they sent me here to the ER. I had to sit in a chair in the hallway, hooked to an IV for 3 hours. No one told me what was happening. When I was asked to get up and move from one area to another (twice) they didn’t even offer to help me out of the chair or offer to move the IV for me.! This is the WORST ER I’ve ever been to!Tee Jay⭐️⭐️I have mixed feelings about this emergency room. The security here is overzealous. Some of the staff are sarcastic and unprofessional. There are few good doctors who know what they’re doing or at least try to do the right thing. They have a lot to improve upon, though.Stephanie Gordon I am from Denver and I guess I have been spoiled by basic service like care and concern from doctors because at this ER they dont give a damn. I went in for my knee. It took them 4 hours to even call me back. Once they did i was told to give a urine sample…um ok for my knee but whatever I gave one. The bathroom was gross it had blood on the floor pee all over the toliet and it smelled so bad and no one around cleaning. Then they have you sit in a hall way for another hour before youre seen for a xray. When tou think youre getting somewhere they put you in another room to sit with sick patients coughing everywhere. After waiting a total of 8 hours and still not being seen I just left. I am baffled that a hospital can operate this way. Find another ER if you dont feel good or are in pain.Valerie’s Cuddly Cat Crochet Horrible. Don’t go here. I went there for an x-ray and waited over an hour and still hadn’t been checked in. Left in tears. The place was filthy and the staff was mechanical and detatched.Wdn’tulik2know Let’s just say next time, I’m going the extra distance to a different ER.carlin Power Staff over worked, triage process tedious, and nurses low on any type of niceties. Would avoid at all costsJose Hernandez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended(Translated by Google) Very good service (Original) Muy buen servicio
