Before you go to Saint Alphonsus South Nampa Emergency, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Nampa emergency room think.
A Roberts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve never had an issue with this ER or their staff. They have always been kind, actively listen and explain everything. I see a pattern with the people who put 1 stars….they are all seeking pain management which is a issue handled by a Primary Doctor or Specialist. Not the ER. The facility, is cooled or heated to comfort. Is clean and has a nice waiting area. The rooms are a good size and have sinks for adults and kids. All of the staff are competent, kind and well knowledgeable. I will return again if needed for Emergency care 🙂 ***** I have been here a few times now and still find the same 5 star quality care.***** Thank you for your service.Alexis Keene⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was taken back into the ER almost immediately after arriving with kidney stones. My nurse, Stacey did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible. Their efficiency and kindness was very much appreciated and made for a hospital experience that was as pleasant as it could have been given the circumstances.Lisa Loy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedUnfortunately I needed to visit this ER this past weekend & was truly amazed & grateful for the wonderful care I received on my visit! All the staff were kind, compassionate & professional. The new facility is wonderful and for the amount of diagnostics I needed, my stay was not long. The nurses techs & doctor were all top notch!ANDREA LAURITZEN⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff and Drs do there best to quickly and efficiently help you. Most of the people are very caring! Best hospital that me and my family know of.noneyobiznezz blyI went in for severe abdominal pain. The nurse stuck me a total of eight times to start a IV I have never had that many issues at the most 3 times to start a IV. Then she injected me with a drug that she didn’t even tell me what it would do. I went into shock and couldn’t talk or move the first few minutes. I vomited all night and itched leaving the hospital. The Doctor on call was EXCELLENT!! The RN Nurse was horrible. My arm’s are black and blue and the top of both my hands.Carol Martin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas great to go somewhere that everyone was so friendly. The care my mother received was very good.Heather Seely⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Fast friendly staff. Very attentive. I was in and being seen within minutes of my arrival.Michael McGuireI was one of the worst visits to any hospital I’ve ever had!!!! They didn’t help me with any pain management nor where they helpful in helping me diagnose the problem and all after I was referred there by another physician. I will be seeking legal advice at the point because I feel as if I was refused treatment.Brittney Rich⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOur daughter had just had a tonsillectomy and a vessel burst. She was throwing up large amounts of blood and we ran into this ER. We were SO amazed at how quick everyone moved, how patient and calm they were and made sure our little girl was taken care of. I cannot say enough about everyone who helped us last night. From the doctor to all the nurses. We are SO beyond grateful for their help. I’ve never felt so well cared for in an ER. Ever! Thank you SO so much.Esly SanchezTerrible service they don’t attend you well I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone GO TO ST LUKES!! The nurse that was there was so rude and disrespectful if I could give them a zero I would!!Micah SulikIf I could give negative stars I would. I’m a pretty reasonable person and think patience and understanding is one of my strong traits but this place is beyond me. Took my fiancé in with kidney pain and was there for hours. The wait wasn’t the issue, but the response time and the way they treated her and myself was beyond me. The front desk ladies were awesome and the doctors are cool but the RNs took there sweet time to care for her. She was in severe pain and had to get up and out of bed in order to get help because there was at least an hour between check ins. Would never recommend this place.Laurie Zoerner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSo grateful for the kind ER Doc and nursing staff, who helped me in a very painful situation.Patrick Cook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedReally good excellent care and follow up thank youJennifer MorrowI would rate them negative stars if I could. I’m incredibly patient and understanding person and remained calm and polite the entire time even with this horrible care I went to the ER with a ruptured ovarian Cyst I sat in the waiting room for over 45 min with no other people waiting. This was at 11pm St Als emergency took two hours to give me any pain meds when I was rating my pain level a 10 and was in a ball crying and they only ended up doing a CT SCAN which they were unable to see my cyst or told me I didn’t have any which was completely incorrect. They told me they couldn’t do an ultrasound Because the person got in a car accident. They did not do an pelvic exam or anything in my lower region and sent me home telling me I was dehydrated because I hadn’t gone to the bathroom while I was there. This will be my second ovarian cyst and I Kept telling them of felt the same which they completely ignored. I could have had serious issues like my previous ovarian cyst that almost required surgery and they just sent me home. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They do not care or listenDustin Millar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was seen quickly and diagnosedShon BrunelliDr. Morris made me a cripple in Boise. The most untrained uneducated D.O.around. And a liar also. Along with the lawyers. You should be ashamed to work there.Kj Hanz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFriendly caring and attentiveLisa MicheleThis was the most horrific experience I have had in my life. I was suffering from severe chronic pain and had no where else to turn. I checked myself in to this ” so called ” emergency center to first have my weight made fun of by the nursing attendant then was told after a quick run down of asking about my symptoms that my condition was not an emergency and therefore I needed to contact my doctor. I was sent home in tears with NO resolve. What a waste of money. The staff acted like I was a complete inconvenience and when I asked for a wheel chair I almost cringed at the response. In a nut shell I will never go to this place again. I later learned from my actual doctors office the “neighborhood hospital” is not at all apart of St. Al’s and they simply rent the space and ride the coat tails of the St. Al’s name and reputation here in the valley. I will be going to St. Luke’s from now on. Also I would rate zero stars but in order to post this I had to select SOMETHING or it would not take my post.Debbie DellyTHIS IS NOT ACTUALLY SAINT ALPHONSUS!!! This is in a building with their name but it is actually a hospital out of Texas. The employees are not St. Alphonse’s employees. They do not have the same access to your information. The medical offices above are a rented space by St. Alphonsus and they are St.Alphonsus staff. If you go there they cannot run any equipment with out bringing people in, which you will pay for. They do not have access to specialists. You will spend hours and hours there to be told you will have to go to a specialist for an actual diagnosis. So if you want a guess or an assumption as treatment then that is the place to go. You are better off going to Primary Health across the street; you will pay a 10th of the price and may actually get better care. So they told me the special price if I pay today was $1200, that was only good for 48 hours. Not including doctor or tech, by the way. The doctor actually used the words, “I don’t know,” and that is what they want me to pay for. I left being told, he did not have knowledge in that area and I had to see a specialist. The nurse made me uncomfortable, although I think he was trying to “comfort me” which his stories; it was not working. I will not advise anyone to go there.Brandi Keefe⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe took my 4-yr old son to the Emergency Room after he fell and hit his head. He has a medical condition that has cause him to spend a significant time in hospitals so they really frighten him. He was scared when we arrived but within a few minutes the amazing staff had him laughing. This continued the entire time we were there. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our little one had the best possible experience. He didn’t even cry when they were cleaning his laceration or inserting staples into his head…they are just that good at what they do. This will absolutely be our go to hospital should we have another accident in the future!michael winklerI went to the ER with Excruciating back pain. I looked and walked like I had no control of my body. The spasms in my back nearly send me to my knees. So i check in and it is obvious my pain is killing me. I finally meet the doctor dressed in cheap scrubs, tennis shoes, no socks. He looked more like a CA beach bum than a doctor. To make a long story story short, I fired him and drove four hours to Idaho Falls and got some top quality care at EIRMC. I went to the EIRMC ER on Sunday. Did my xrays and the next day on Monday I did my MRI right there at EIRMC. On Tuesday EIRMC called me and gave me the results of my MRI. On Thursday I went to my doctor in Boise and talked about my MRI and options. I then went back to work that evening. The four hour drive to Idaho Falls to go to EIRMC was well worth it.John Schaefer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! Treated me like a human and really helped me when I couldn’t get answers or help anywhere else. Wonderful people from start to finish!Ryan Goodwin⭐️⭐️Just got back from this place. Nursing staff was great. The doctor was worthless. Iv had back pain for two weeks and I’ve kept myself from going to a walk in clinic cause they just want to give you pills well that’s exactly what happened here. Doc didn’t even check my back he sat in a fricking chair and told me I have a pulled muscle. And prescription for it very dissatisfied. Never again will I step foot in that place. Only reason it’s getting two stars is because the nursing staffBradley CedergrenI can see other people have the same issue as I did. THIS IS NOT ST. ALPHONSUS. They will most likely bill as an “out-of-network” provider and cost thousands of dollars like they did for my wife and I. I called their billing department (which is a third party call center out of Texas) weekly for over 3 months to get this information, some representatives told they would be in network soon, others told me to pay nothing, and yet others told me that’s the way it is. Most recently, I was told that ALL my bills were paid (I had paid about $400 so far), but today I got a bill for $5,300. It’s been 4 months since we went there.Kary RichardsTake my husband to doctor they took him to saint al south he was having chest pains sat in waiting rooms for 1 hour then they moved him to room we was in there 7 hours waiting to be moved to main hospital then was told it would be two more hours before they transport him the worst patient care everValerieThe first night I went in, the way the doctor treated me was disgusting and still stresses me out.Lyndsey BrownTo call themselves a hospital let alone a Emergency hospital is a joke. Not really st alphonsus. Microhospital that uses st alphonsus name. Nothing more then a upscale urgent care. If you have any kind of real emergency (appendicitis) go to real hospital on garrity you end of there anyways with an extra charge for the ambulance ride there, because the neighborhood hospital does not have ability to care for you. Dr was less then Par considering made mistakes in a routine assessment of patient. Nurse staff was less then caring and standoffish.Kelly BraceVer unprofessional and way overpriced go to DOC save yourself some money …..The so called Dr spent less than 2 minutes in three trips in patient room he said you have a fracture we will refere you to Orthopedic Dr .Then the X Ray tech came in put a splint on it was so tight in about 4 hours I thought my toes were go I g to fall off I went back to have them check and they ask if I needed to be seen again would have been another $ 600.00 The Nurse gave me a return to work note for six days later when I can’t put any weight on my foot for six to eight weeks.Paid $375.00 for facility charge now Radiology and Dr Bill to come Approx total $1000.00 …. Went to D.O.C. got same XRays better care, boot, very fast and professional care.Dr explained everything spent enough time to answer everything made clear recommendations St Als is overpriced feel like I was robed for a refural ……. .Total charge at DOC was $400.00 for everything they have upfront pricing …..Robert GarciaEverything here is time consuming I came after a car wreck and it was apparently “in between shifts” after 2 hours and 2 separate nurses checking my vitals I was finally x rayed. I returned for a doctor’s note because I was out of work for a week and it took them 40 minutes for one nurse to come up and explain the policy that they could not retroactively be given a note once discharged. If I was losing a fatal amount of blood I’m sure they’d make me wait until I died to gI’ve me postmortem CPR.Don Haakinson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my G-ma here. Doctors and nurses were very helpful.Misty McCormickCame here with my 10 year old son who has an injury to his eye. Been waiting 2 hours and haven’t seen the doctor yet. Obviously they don’t know what they are doing. I will never come here again.Daniela PerezProbably the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. Waited for 30 minuets being the only one in the waiting room WITH shortness of breath. When I finally got up to ask how much longer it would take the lady responded with the worst attitude “I don’t know.”Tiffany Plott⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAwesome staff
