Before you go to Saint Francis Hospital – Memphis, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Memphis emergency room think.
Frances RHow do you have 1 doctor in an “ER?” Nothing seems to be handled as an emergency. Smh. And they wonder why people don’t seek medical treatment a lot of times. I get better treatment and respect at a pharmacydawn seibertI wrote a review about a week ago regarding my mother-in-law’s past experience at this hospital and the loss of her dentures. The day after I posted an update to my original review the patient advocate finally called us. Of course her answer was full of excuses and explanations as to why St Francis isn’t responsible for the loss of her dentures. Let me ask this: How does a 70 something yr old woman who is on oxygen, can’t walk herself to the bathroom, or get out of bed lose her dentures? She has essential tremors and can barely feed herself…..she hid her dentures? St Francis is covering themselves by the fact that she signed a waiver that they are not responsible for personal items. Like I said in a previous review, if your loved one doesn’t have all their personal belongings at discharge. Do Not leave the hospital until someone takes responsibility. Call and file a police report or find a lawyer.Tracy McKinneySt. Francis is horrible when it comes to service. Everytime we come here the service gets worse. One couple left while we were on the waiting room. They have to service skills when it comes to seeing and taking care of patients. And it doesn’t matter what time of day you come you get the same substandard service. When you do get a room in the ER they forget about you. I hope it gets better when Methodist Lebonheur takes over.Kelly Torrico⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery clean, quick, and professional. I am so appreciative of Dr. Kelly and the other staff who helped me last night.KATHI SIMS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Washington and Matt theRN are so great. The whole staff took great care of me. Thank youFaiza JohnsonIt was bad. I don’t even want to recall the horrific memories. I can say it started out with rude and non compassionate staff members at the front desk.David IvyHorrific!!! this place should fire everybody and start over!!!! Please I’m begging you not to go there… They really shouldn’t get any stars!Akrizia JenningsDo not go to this hospital!David LuchinThey didn’t kill the patient I was there for, but not from lack of trying. In four days, every meal had at least one strictly prohibited item, and neither the kitchen nor the nurses cared to correct this. They repeatedly tried to give medicine for high blood pressure, despite being told repeatedly that it hadn’t been needed since an earlier surgery, and their having seen BP dip as low as 90/57. ER takes hours to examine acute abdominal pain and provide initial pain relief, but they’ll try to get a credit card nice and fast, and are quick to take offense when reminded that they have not yet done anything at all for the patient in the room who is in reasonable and immediate fear for their life. Took two full days for them to order the obvious tests for the presenting symptoms.Raymond Kunkel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great hospital very friendly staffMs. EWorst service I have ever experienced. You sit at the hospital all day and they still have not done what they are suppose to do.Mishanda CorneliusTerrible hospital they don’t care about the patients….One patient door was open he was naked nobody bothered to close his door or cover him then my mom came in at 3am they did feed her till 4pm gave her plenty pills wit no food … Haven’t done any test …. Haven’t done anything in about 19 hrs….I hate this hospital…They only want to eat up our insurance…That all… Terrible hospital…I wish I could give no stars … Because they don’t deserve that oneKevin Martin⭐️⭐️third worldKim Downs⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everyone went above and beyond, nice hospital
