Heather Heffley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband and I have both had emergency situations in the past few years. They got us in quickly. The staff was great and very caring. The building was clean and very nice. Everything happened fast. The observation area is beautiful. No complaints.E. Joan Witte⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband was taken from the radiology department at the St. Joe’s Brighton facility to this ER after blood clots in his lungs and leg were discovered. He received swift and excellent care by the ER nurses and doctors…and they worked diligently to have him transferred to one of the St. Joe’s hospitals since it was determined he needed to be admitted. I don’t think anyone should hesitate to go to this ER. They were awesome!Kelly McCradyLess than impressed. My daughter unfortunately ingested a protein bar with Cashew and is highly allergic to nuts. I gave her Benadryl and had her Epi pen and raced to emergency. I ran in with my daughter, who’s throat was closing mind you and had thrown up everywhere and was asked all the questions, even for my drivers license… then stood there waiting to be seen. There is absolutely NO sense of urgency. The doctor just looked at her and said you have to be careful of things with nuts. Well of course! The nurse gave her a steroid and sent us on our way… 2 hours later. Very disappointed! Our nurse was very sweet though.Robert McCurdy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have used the Brighton Emergency room multiple times. Staff are always friendly, caring and communicate well. Service is quick and thorough. My first stop shop for emergency care!Tom Biernacki⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent place to be, ER doctors will take great care of you!Chris VanCampHad to take my wife into the ER for back pain and they just gave her drugs and sent her home. When we came back the next morning after calling 911 and coming in with EMS they just let her cry in pain, no reassurance that a Dr was on the way, no offers of help and let her sit there in pain for over an hour before “being able” to administer anything. I understand the new regulations but that was ridiculous. Then again implied that the only answer was stronger drug and go home. With a “of course you’re going to miss some work.”Alexia TaylorTHE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Went to the emergency room for shoulder pain. They did an x-ray then told me “this is not the place to get an MRI, your bones look fine” then discharged me with no further information. This was after my boyfriend constantly visited the hospital and emergency room for a year for leg pain. They gave him ibuprofen and a leg brace. U of M hospital then diagnosed him with metastatic bone cancer after a year of constant visits to the hospital. He has since lost his leg. Please save yourself and your family the heartache and go to a real hospital with good doctors.Chris Kyle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery caring doctors and nurses. I was misdiagnosed at another hospital and the doctor here figured it out pretty quickly.Patrick NelsonDo not take your child to this ER. If at all possible take them directly to UofM Children’s in Ann Arbor. They cannot do anything for children and will send you there anyway after wasting time with CYA stuff on their end. And they will not be shy about billing you the full amount for the visit, no matter how brief. It’s $1400 just to walk in the door, plus an additional $1500 for whichever doctor sees you.David KunstGave me a shot for tooth pain which inflamed my face, which was stated might happen, and after being instructed to come back in. Was told “they maxed out the help they could give me” with a baseball size abscess now on my face. I’m home in extreme pain.
