Ann Alexander⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAmazing, attentive care by Dr. Brovont, MD, and nurse Shelly, EDRN, and their crew. They listened, identified and treated my medical problem in short order. Very, very grateful for their good care. Beautiful, spotless, new facility.Mia Hocott⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was helpful and very nice! They took care of my brother wonderfully and treated me great. He was then transferred to the Heart Institute for further treatment but they started the treatment that is saving his life! Many Thanks! 🙂Rebecca Breeden⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe only urgent care I ever come to, doctors and staff are always amazing and very fast and very good at the job that they do! Will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone. The only urgent care i trust.Taylor Renfro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI showed up at the clinic on Friday around midnight and the staff made me feel so comfortable. My house is only about 5 minutes away from the clinic, so it was a convenient location. I had a very big gash in my leg and needed 22 stitches. The doctor and nurses were extremely kind to me and my friend during a scary situation. Not to mention how extremely clean it was! Will certainly recommend the emergency services here to friends and family. Thank you for the tremendous care!Ana Fernandez⭐️⭐️There was maybe a couple people being seen when we got there. We were seen immediately and diagnosed immediately, but had to wait over an hour to receive the necessary scripts for our visit. Got the distinct impression that the attending physician, ( Jacobsen), wasn’t sure of her diagnosis, and was relying on an ENT, who was on call but not there, to confirm her diagnosis. Not medically sound. Wouldn’t go there againShauna Lawrence⭐️⭐️⭐️While there was no wait and I got in very quickly, I felt like the attention to detail was less than stellar. I left with no real answers and a “potential” reason for my extreme pain. I was very disappointed in the lack of attention from the ER doctor who clearly had no other patients.Jennie Altstadt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest urgent care experience ever. The facility is spotless; the staff is professional and friendly; the service was excellent. We are very glad to have this St. Luke’s facility in the neighborhood! You never want to have to visit, but if the need arises again, I won’t hesitate to come here.corey kunkel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was here last Late Wednesday night to early Thursday morning with severe Abdominal turns out I had appendicitis all the nurses and Drs all treated me very well I was transferred to st. Luke’s South hospital in Overland Park Ks to have emergency appendix surgery I would Recommend this Community hospitalMary Mullin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe entire staff was AWESOME! I was met at the truck with a gurney, since it was difficult for me to walk/sit, straight into a beautiful exam room.( with tv!). The nurse was promptly in my room taking vitals, back shortly with a shot of pain medication. Dr. Waldo appeared minutes later to examine me, ordered a CT imaging test. I was waiting in my room about 30 minutes before he came back with results and my summary sheets and prescriptions. St. Luke’s Emergency Center in Roeland Park is an EXCELLENT facility. I will be back, in the case of an emergency.Amie Logan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe went to the community hospital on early Wednesday morning. My daughter had hurt her arm. The entire staff was awesome. They made our brief stay pleasurable and helped my daughter with her anxiety. I am so happy they are in the neighborhood.A’MIA McGheePerson That just Answered the Phone was Extremely RUDE!!!!!! 10-18-19 (5:51a.m.Megan DumaOn a Sunday morning, my son had pink eye, and his doctor didn’t open until 9:00 a.m. It was 8:30, so I googled “Urgent Care Near Me” and this place came up as a paid for advertisement, calling it “Convenient Care.” So, I went in and told the front desk that my son has pink eye – no big deal, I just need an Rx. They didn’t mention ANYTHING about it being “Emergency Care.” And a Pink Eye Rx is NOT an emergency. 10 minutes later, we are getting “discharged” and they hand me a $1000 BILL!! I was like, WTH! This is Urgent Care!?!?! And they said, “No, we are emergency. So here’s your bill.” I contacted management, and showed them the screen shots of the internet advertisement that linked directly to their “Hospital” as a “Convenient Care Center” for things like Asthma…. And they didn’t budge on the bill. I offered to pay Urgent Care prices – $200 – because that’s what I thought I was getting… but no give. Now, I am stuck with this bill!! I just wanted to warn you: THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO GO!! Avoid!!Mike Judd⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent last to have my elbow checked out after previously falling on it a few weeks ago it was still sore just wanted to seeif it was broke thankfully it wasnt got in and out this is the second time this year ive been there great place staffed with caring staff that actually lusten to what you have to say and fast in getting you on your way thanks to all the staffNancy Miller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI brought a terrible calamity on myself by falling hard on my face on the sidewalk and knocking out several teeth. I went to the Community Hospital the afternoon of the blizzard. I was seen right away by the doctor and nurses. They were kind and friendly, gentle and thorough and even swept the snow off my car! The doctor knew exactly what to do, got a brain scan since I am on blood thinners and gave me good advice on what to do immediately about my broken and missing teeth. She stitched my lip quickly and painlessly. I am so glad I went there!Teresa Walters⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame in to get stitches for my daughter after a basketball game. No wait! Excellent care and service.Jeannette OrtegaDo not go there even though there is never a wait. My husband went there for chest pains because he didn’t want to wait in the ER. They did 2 EKGs and blood work. His blood pressure was 220/190. They told him it was heart burn. They gave him pain pills and sent him home. Within an hour of leaving there he was in an ambulance and had had a massive heart attack. They had to do emergency surgery at ku and put 2 stents in. If he would have listened to them at st lukes and went home and took a pain pill then he would have fallen asleep and died in his sleep. Even if his EKG didn’t show anything at that very second then his blood pressure alone should been enough to admit him. I contacted their corporate office. But he could have died and for them to say of its acid reflux.Stephanie Bentz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI came into the emergency room Wednesday of last week in pain. I had an infection in a tooth and it spread from the back of my mouth to the front. My insurance has not started at my new job so I didn’t know what to do, they said they couldn’t refuse anyone. They took me back within a few minutes and the doctor was in to see me fast. I was treated and out of there just over an hour. I recommend them to anyone who needs emergency services, not only because they’re fast but because they are friendly and thorough. Whether you have insurance or not I would send anyone I know there.John Quinn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSunday afternoon skin cut 5 minute drive o waiting bing bang done very professional from front door to the moment left the building g like all stlykes top drawer management Dr Nelson good bedsidemanner reassuringMelissa Booker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey took very good care of my health and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable prior to surgery for appendicitis.ggomen08⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNo waiting, super fast and great doctors and staff. ***** 5 Stars *****Jenny Egan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAll of the staff members were very attentive and took great care of my daughter.
