D C⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedQuick Action for respiratory distress. I walked in the doors to the ER with my son in full-blown croup with stridor. A lady came out from behind the counter and escorted me strait back (despite there being a line), stopping only for his name and weight. We were back with him being treated in less than 5 minutes. He ended up having to be admitted to the hospital and we were in the ER for probably 4 hours once he was stable before they moved him. Once he was stable, he was low priority! But that was fine for me since he was able to breath again… I found the staff helpful and professional despite it being very busy.Monica Alvarez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very professional, nurses were really attentive with my little one. Took its vitals and gave medicine right away after registration. Nurses constantly check on my little one, we waited over 1.5 hour to be seeing by a doctor. Overall we spend 2.5 hours there.Adriana GarciaBeen here for 5hrs now. Dr. Said she was going to be right back, she was going to get a different instrument to check my son’s ear. 1 hr later nurse comes in and asked is the Dr had already done a swab for step throat. Said no and asked to be discharged. Nurse comes back 15min later and asks if Dr had already came in, once again NO. 10 min later later Dr finally comes in and says sorry, got caught up with sick patients. Aaah my son is sick if not I wouldn’t be here at 3 in the morning. I understand there’s other kids needed to be seen but at least use better wording next time. Does the swab 4 times and dosnt get it right, sorry mom it might not be enough. Come on, my 4 year old open his mouth wide enough the first 2 times dont try to blame it on him now. Then proceeds to inform me the other Dr will be checking his ear , I dont want to make him more upset. 15 min later Dr taking over comes in and asks if the swab on the counter is the one needed to be tested? Nope, that’s the 1st one she messed up and didnt dispose. Now it’s been 6 hrs and still waiting on the 5 min results.Alyssa RolleAbsolutely filthy and run down. There was a used bottle and crumbs everywhere in our room. The floor was gross.A WizardFor 1 visit that resulted in 4 stitches, I have received 15 bills, all of varying amounts, totaling 6k. I have really good insurance and none of it is applied to my bill. I just keep getting endless bills, that I keep having to pay. The billing at Radys is fraudulent.Nathalie Phillipshorrible experience with my daughter Tatiana who is 16 and was sent there from the torrey pines urgent care for a spine tap as they suspected she had bacterial meningitis!! got there and my daughter who was very sick with 103 fever, high heart rate, extreme neck and head pain, was told to put on a mask and wait outside in the cold for 2 hours!!! at 9pm!!! FYI reminder you can die of bacterial meningitis within 24hrs and she was on a drip at torrey and had blood work done suspecting that she had it!!! I had to pull up my car and have the engine running for 2hrs with my sick child next to me!!! totally insane situation! then she gets admitted and they ask me if an apprentice can do the spine tap with the doctor overlooking him and telling him ok pull the viles quick don’t let all that spine fluid leak out etc!!! then to top it all off she leaves a bit too early out of the room and I had to put on gloves to help the apprentice compressing my daughters spine so that the spinal fluid would stop leaking as he had to close the vials from bacteria and only has 2 hands!!! Awe Full experience! they never called me back with the spine fluid results yet billed me $4500 with blue cross insurance! that bill is including the level 5 star care!!! well we stayed there a total of 2 hours and I will NEVER go there again if not needed! torry pines urgent care was top notch and if it wasn’t for them moving quickly on my daughter with a strong antibiotic drip for the meningitis and fluids, she might not have been here today! I WOULD NOT recommend that place!!!AnaMaria Del Rosario FloresVery bad service and low informationWesam AltamimiHorrible place ,, waiting time is forever ,, took my 16 months with difficult waking on his right leg ,, it took 1 hour to be called ,, 1 hour to be greeted by a doctor ,, 1 hour to be X-ray , open time to be seen by the doctor to discuss x rays ,, so far ,, I spent 4 hours and I don’t even know how much longer just to see what’s going on ,, what a shame and disgrace ,,
