Before you go to San Gabriel Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this San Gabriel emergency room think.
Frank L.This ER is some of the most crooked emergency rooms I’ve ever been in. I had to go in twice for a medical emergency over six months ago and I’m still getting new bills from them from various things hey did and it’s all $300-$600. I’m perpetually on the hook with these guys! Even my insurance is even saying, “Okay, that’s enough.”Alison KangThey kept sedating my aunt and she died because she wasn’t conscious for 3 days. They didnt give her the proper medicine from St. Jude and we had to go OURSELVES and get it from them. Her blood is on their hands. They show no compassion or anything whatsoever. These people are evil.David ZhouTerrible nurses who don’t care patients at all!susan findleyThe administration at this place is the most uncompassionate I have ever seen. I actually worked in the medical field for 30 years and have seen and delt with a lot..but never have I experienced such uncompassion as Dr. Chow showed to me as a patient. I needed 1 day to be able to get a ride to be with my family and Dr Chow actually said and I quote “This is not a hotel..this is a business..it costs about 3000 dollars a day for this room..do you have 3000 dollars to stay till tomorrow?” “You are discharged as of right now so you need to make arrangements to get out.” I was floored at his words..B-dizzelWorst place ever! They don’t really care about you! Brought my girlfriend here because she was having chest pains and they just acted like it’s no big deal and didn’t barely give her the medical attention she needed! This place is a joke!betty vero⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was super happy with their service ❤️Janeen WoodsDon’t let your loved ones come here! Their Social Worker De DelAngel is an angel of Saten! She ambelance dumped my mother and less then 3 weeks later she died.T HWho in the right mind gives a 4 year old child Tylenol with codine and 400 mg of motrin. You wacky doctors on crack!Patricia Krause⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My husband, David had the bariatric surgery on Aug 31. He received excellent care from the surgery to the nursing staff. Deanne from the fourth floor helped us by calling the pharmacy to locate the pain medication I had hard time filled. Unice also did great making sure my husband was comfortable and showed compassion . Thank you for all the wonderful care you’ve given my husband.Cri Neda⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m only giving it 3 stars because of the doctor that attended my father. In my opinion, the nurses need to communicate with each other and avoid complaining about other patients. Also, a nurse did share a patient’s personal information with a loud voice which I thought was disrespectful because the patient could have wanted certain information to be private. I understand the doctors seem to be upset with the disorganization in this emergency room. I hope there is someone that can help manage this place and help organize to make it much easier for everyone to do their job because I am afraid that someone will be given an incorrect diagnosis.Victor Zhang⭐️⭐️2-2-18 Went to the emergency room because of stomach pain turns out it’s appendicitis. Some staff are really nice…. others not so. My nurse didn’t treat me well. They prepared me for surgery without my permission or consent. One dude give me a chest X-ray and said it’s for FEVER, but it was for operation use! Another dude was gonna draw 4 small bottle of blood and he said he didn’t know what it’s for, but it w also for surgery! When the surgery doctor came, he almost harassed me to do the surgery and said I’m gonna die if i don’t do surgery because my appendix might explode. AND HE SAID “I COULD HAVE WENT HOME AND HAD DINNER WITH MY FAMILY BUT I GOT A CALL AND I CAME.” I mean who cares about ur family? U choose this job and this is what u do! Doctors name is Dr.Tran he is Vietnamese.(I’m not racist, just giving u all a heads up) honestly I felt threatened by my nurse and the surgery doctor. It was like they want their money so bad. PLZ DO NOT TRUST EVERY WORD THEY SAY. THE NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE BIASED AND THEY WENT TO GET MORE MONEY SO THEY MAY WORSEN UR SITUATION. I WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ONLY THEREFORE I AM NOT SPEAKING ABOUT EVERYONE IN THE FACILITY. I really hope this can help other people.Ashely HuangTerrible serving . Nurse are not willing to help . When you use call light . They are trying to solving all problem on phone. Not willing to help. Does not care your needs. If I m good to discharge ,why I m need to stay inpatient? ? ? ?
