Before you go to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Santa Rosa emergency room think.
Ron Haas⭐️⭐️The reception staff and intake nurse were awful! I was having heart palpitations and was close to passing out. I expressed my concern and they could care less, they just went through the motions. I ended up sitting in the waiting room having to google advise and found some techniques to help calm my heart and breathing. This is something the staff should have done seeing i was in a panic. Once i was admitted, things got a lot better. The nurses and doctor were amazing. I would have given the hospital a 5/5 if it wasn’t for the horrible reception. To be fair, the hospital should be ashamed of the initial service people are getting when entering this hospital. Healthcare in America is getting worse and people like the ones who greet you in this hospital are why. I have a number of family member that are nurses and they are the most caring, loving and informative people i know, unlike the acceptance staff at Memorial.Joanne T⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great care fine hospital. I don’t understand the negative reviews we live in Santa Rosa for 30 years and our family members have always trusted memorial hospital they are caring and compassionate. Our family doctor Dr. George bisbee would make the rounds at the hospital before his regular office hours at see his patients there.Hector LunaThe Hospital offers a lot of services, but the staff just make you have a horrible experience. The staff are so rude & sassy. I couldn’t get a room to myself so i had the doctor tell me sensitive confidential information infront of everyone. Nurses really lack empathy and kindness. If you are able to go to a different hospital ya should.Maria Orantes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey along with Petaluma hospital and Petaluma paramedics saved my life. I had a heart attack Petaluma stabilized me and I was transferred to Santa Rosa Memorial for emergency surgery if not for the great service by all the medical staff I would not be here. Thank you everyone. ChrisJR DGThe SRMH ER is woefully understaffed, and provide little if any emergency care. My mother was in the ER recently for 19 hours during which she was “seen” one time by a physician, who did not even examine her. At our request the hospital did a CT scan. Then, the ER doctor advised she did not meet criteria to be admitted to the hospital, even though her primary care physician was insisting she be admitted to the hospital. Finally, they admitted my mom only because we were able to establish they were acting well below the standard of care for basic health care.Mehdi PazokiChecked in and I have been sitting here for over 3 hours now and I am in pain. Couple of people came after me and got in. They didn’t seem to be in more pain than I am. Will update this ….IloveitasasuBeen here 7 hours going on 8.. Fiance has been crying in pain since we got here and the best they can come up with is “we could give you tylenol”, but that was 2 hours ago. Honestly the absolute lack of communication between staff is insane, as well as the fact that we are left alone for hours on end when we are in an ER/UC Facility, is beyond negligent!Shana Ruth-SeminaraAttending physician and nurses have about as much compassion and bedside manner as a brick wall. Misdiagnosed for 4 months, went straight downhill from there, almost lost my lips.Natsu Dragneel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey were nice and understanding. Quick service.Maria VillagomezWe where there waiting for a family member to come out of the emergency room and they allow 2 visitors with the patient and this very unpleasant receptionis by the name of SONIA has no manners or way of treating people the excuse they give us for her bad actitud was that she was under estress that is not an excuse, she was yelling like she was at the futball game. Please chose your workers and make a test to make sure that they are a good fit for the job obviously she is NOT. GET HER OUT the last thing family members want to deal with is some one like her.Alexander JuarezTheir Performance Great But They Gotta Ease Off The Visitors Being There They Gotta Understand That Patients Would Be More Comfterble With Their Peers Or Family Members Coming To See Them 1ce In A WhileBreannaMy mother was a patient here and they moved her somewhere else without calling me or giving me any kind of,information this place is a joke and I will be in contact with a lawyer.MultiMedia Works SFThey let my friend’s appendix rupture right in front of them as she screamed, convulsed, cried and begged for fluids and meds for nearly two hours and they did absolutely nothing. Nurses were extremely condescending when I begged them for help. Suing for malpractice!!!Charles BrushwoodI brought my friend over and the reception lady (a middle aged blonde lady with short hair) was very rude, had no patience at all, and didn’t seem to care about my friend at all.Beauty xCrystalWent in for my son to be seen, triage nurse with short blonde hair was being completely rude to this little Hispanic lady who brought in her daughter with fever I tried to ask if I could help with translation but nurse shook her head she didn’t need me & the other lady said she needed help so i helped, then another couple came with a tooth ache and question why they were even there, just completely rude, makes rude facial expressions when talking to patients & has no Patience.Michael Ragen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was treated for Renal Failure and dehydration in Oct 2017, the care was stellar !!
