Robin Gardner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my daughter about 2 weeks ago. Professional staff. I only have good things to say about how my daughter was treated from the moment we walked in right to discharge. Everything was explained thoroughly. Thank you Saratoga Emergency Department!Jane CallahanI would give them – star if I could, the most unprofessional uncaring staff ever! I am a nurse and a mom , this place doesn’t respond to anyone in a professional manner , who are these people because they sit and drink coffee , gossiping and ignoring patients who are sick and in pain and get attitudes when you inquire about your care and service, they ignore you and let you suffer. Total in competence, I am going to the department of health! They should be shut diwn!Cooliad XHorrable and unprofessional up keep of who is at their facility. I call to talk to a patient and the operator says there is noone there of that name.Kris WIf you are a repeat visitor. They brush you off and always send you home with follow up. They dont truly listen to your new symptoms no matter how concerning they are or how much pain and discomfort you could be in. My most recent visit . I was placed In The ER hallway in a office waiting room chair for 3 hours before a nurse said .. your ekg looks good. Were discharging you . No repeat patient respect or care even for worsening symptoms and pain .Eugene Luczak⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve always had a good experience at Saratoga Hospital. I was just there recently for a double hernia operation and it turned out great, the operation was successful in that I have no more pain and I feel great.Erica HalbrookMy son arrived at the hospital in the morning via ambulance complaining of symptoms matching a possible TIA or mini-stroke. He was left in the room the entire 5-6 hours without ever being administered an IV for his dehydration, nor were his vitals ever monitored and he was never taken for a CT or MRI scan to see if there was any sign of a stroke occurring. He sat in the ER room for over an hour and a half before anyone came to draw his blood. This young lady was the only bright spot of our entire stay. She was polite, kind, engaging, and very sweet. The other nurse who came in several times after was rude and abrupt, seeming annoyed and offended by our mere presence there (slamming cabinet doors and being very curt with her responses) as was the ER doctor as well, completely devoid of compassion. No one would explain what tests were being run or why. He had been asked to provide a urine sample which he had told them he couldn’t because he needed fluids to which they told him they would bring him something to drink. This took nearly three hours before he was finally given ginger ale and that was after we asked several times to several different nurses. When he was able to produce a sample, it was dark reddish brown which alarmed all of us. The nurse had to be called by the button to come collect it. Within an hour of the collection of this sample, the ER doctor returned to his room and said he’s fine; all tests were normal. When asked about his urine sample, his response was “what about it?” We told him it was the color of coca cola and his reply was, “he’s dehydrated, he needs to drink more…” His solution was to refer Dakota to another program for help then handed us his discharge paperwork and said nothing more. I have to wonder if this was because my son has Medicaid insurance and or the fact he was in there for possible overmedication. The ER staff needs to remember although they may often see patients with these medical issues, the patients and their family are human beings and deserve t be treated with kindness, concern, and compassion, regardless of the reason that brought them to the ER or what level of coverage the person may have…Mike Owen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey were very kind and helpful.Christina StonumThere’s 3 people in the waiting room, I’ve been here going on 2 hours and my fiancé has yet to be seen. I thought living in Saratoga the service would be faster than Albany Med, but money can’t buy service.Wiebke WattsWatch out when receiving your bill. Grossly overpriced and inflated. Plus several items showed up 2 and 3 times on the bill, but we’re only received once. Insurance fraud for sure.William Baker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Friendly, knowledgeable and professional
