Sue Nicolette⭐️⭐️⭐️Went to ER in extreme abdominal pain and nausea. Dr. Was very nice but staff somewhat unfriendly. The pain was so intense that they gave me a morphine shot shortly before discharging me with a kidney stone diagnosis. I was very surprised that no one offered to wheel or walk me out after being given such a strong pain killer. I staggered out and no one checked to see if I actually had a ride! Shocked! Also after vomiting no one offered me some water or a towelette to clean up my face. And I had insurance! Maja Ceranic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThank you SMH ER team on 1/2/2020 for managing my severe shoulder pain. Very quick and helpful visit.Emily GomezHorrible ER nurse interaction ever experienced. Nurse jane, the worst attitude told me why I was even here and she stepped outside I overheard her say I had an attitude, how unprofessional to say that to someone who is in pain and I just bursted out crying in pain too. First time I’ve ever experience something like this. So unprofessional.Jeanenne R⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBy far the best ER we’ve ever been to. We showed up in the middle of the night and we were seen immediately. All the staff, from the nurses, lab techs, and ER doctor were so helpful, friendly, and caring. I felt that they were giving my husband very thorough care. When they decided to admit him to the hospital for longer term care there was no wait whatsoever.M Cheese⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBy far the best ER experience I’ve ever had!! Every person was super personable and attentive. I had a multitude of tests and x-rays done very efficiently and felt the doctor spent a good amount of time listening and explaining my diagnosis (pneumonia).LawrenceThe worst Sharp experience ever.Kim Coulson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery happy- the staff is warm, friendly and professional. Doctors seem well informed.Jose Reyes-Herrera⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOne of the best Hospitals in San Diego, I always get treated with respect.Rayzell Simpson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This hospital in my opinion is the 3rd best hospital following Scripps lajolla and kieser permenente. Those are hard acts to follow and sharp holds it’s own. I unfortunately have had to come to this hospital to many times to count and they always take really good care of me. Today I was in and out with a diagnosis and 6 perscriptions in an hour. Thank you to all the staff for being awesomeBreeanna Elwood⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love coming here! Whenever I have an emergency need they are always on top of their game! They have a sense of urgency and its 5 star quality all the way around. I never leave disappointed! Thank you to each person in this ER, the way you care shows!David Levin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to ER here on vacation bc my wife twisted her ankle and thought her foot might have been broken. Staying in Rancho Santa Fe. Looked at google reviews to pick an ER and this looked the best. Worth the 30 min drive. Super efficient and friendly service. Arrival to departure was 90 minutes. Check in 3 min. Saw a triage nurse within 10 min of arrival. Brought to room and doctor arrived shortly thereafter. X-ray, readout, arrival of crutches, boot all quick. Great staff – doctor, nurse and everyone else. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Debi RiveraI had to take my son to the emergency room for continued treatment after original treatment at urgent care in Sorrento Mesa. He was having extreme stomach pain and was nauseous. The check in nurse was rude, she ignored the paperwork that we were give by urgent care. Once we were taken to a room this nurse just followed suit. Needless to say the service at Sharp by the nursing staff is totally UNACCEPTABLE. We go the Sharp because of insurance coverage only. Their customer service SUCKSJessica Wayman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to have my appendix removed a few weeks ago, and the care was excellent. All of the nurses and doctors were very informative, and did everything possible to make me feel better. All of them had really great attitudes also, even though their job has to be exhausting, and sometimes frustrating.Briana Sanchez⭐️⭐️I went in for severe wisdom tooth pain because I was unable to see my dentist due to it because a holiday. Repeatedly told the staff about my pain and discomfort during my visit and it was never addressed, nor were many of my concerns. I went to the ER because I thought they would help manage my pain there, instead I sat there in pain for three hours and still left in pain.Mike Ganley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMom had major back pain while on vacation. We were in and out in under a hour. Staff was very understanding and kindMichael Wells⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is the greatest hospital ive ever been too. Not only has the staff been amazing, attentive, and quick to act on my emergency. The office is helping me with my bills because my insurance company didnt cover me. They have bent over backwards for me and everyone ive interacted with has been just fantastic. The rooms are huge and plush, visitors are allowed 24/7 and they go the extra mile to make my guests feel comfortable. This is the barometer by which i will judge all hospital experiences in the future. And if i ever have an emergency in the future i will be coming here if i can.ms ramirezVery uncomfortable emergency room, staff was disrespectful and did not care as they would have during the day. Tired-looking nurses making rude expressions towards me and overall first time experience of going to any hospital unfortunately this one was horrible.tiffany martinHorrible experience.
