Sue Kelley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI want to extend my deepest appreciation to the Emergency care staff Dr Adler, Julie RN, Karla RN and Anna the Tech and the flight for life crew for their superb and professional service they provided my friend on December 26th. They were extremely competent and knowledgable and without their services the outcome could have been very dire. My friend is quickly on their way toward a full recovery! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. SueTerry Boren⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThank you for the wonderful care from the moment ski patrol arrived through surgery and release. An outstanding coordinated effortDean HoffmannOnce again and for the third and last time my blood work is lost. What does it take to get the proper care in this facility? Rude doctors, rude receptionist’s (especially the young man working the desk in the dental office).Heather Morrone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad a bit of a ski accident last sunday while at Breck. Decided to have my knee and leg checked out. I must say we were impressed with entire experience! We went to the one located right at The Village at Breck. Not only were we in and out in less than 1.5 hours, that included check in, triage, x-ray, Doctor consult, fitting for a brace and check out! Every staff that we encountered during our visit was kind, knowledgable, took the time to listen, evaluate etc. We never felt rushed.i can’t recall everyone’s names bit we went around 8:45 a.m. monday February 3rd. We thank you very much for all your assistance! I am now back home and indeed have an ACL tear and will require surgery to ski again.Jerry Eddy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNot sure why all the negative Reviews. I went in for stomach pain and had a very good experience. The ER was not busy at all. I was taken back right away and the staff and nurses were very professional and kind. DR. MClean was awsome. . He saw. me right away listened to my complaints. Ordered a CT scan and tests. I was taken back right away for the CT scan and not even 30 minutes later Dr. MClean was back to tell me the good news. I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THEN a hour and a half. I know this is not the norm. But so glad I didn’t take the negative Reviews to heart. Thank you for your expedited services. Great job you all did for me.YAHisLight 777This place would not even give me a letter for work. The nurse extorted personal information private information off me and stated they would refuse to see me unless they got this private information. The receptionist was extremely unsympathetic towards my situation. A hospital that’s more concerned about making money than doing the right thing, is it corrupt hospital I’ll never visitjohny appleseedHorrible. Drive to Denver before you go here. If it comes down to it I’ll die in there parking lot before I walk in the e.r. They over charge for everything. doctors see you for 5 mins they charge 1000 plus.Joy Millner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI can’t say enough good about my visit to St. Anthony Summit Medical Center. The staff was communicative and exceptional. The service was efficient, fast and impeccable. These visits can be so traumatizing, and I can’t thank the staff enough for making me feel calm and cared for.Carey Bjornnes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had my baby at St. Anthony’s. My husband and son have both been admitted to the ER for illness and injury. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I really cannot say enough nice things about them. However, today, after spending Memorial Day weekend suffering through strep throat, I called in tears and Julie, the desk attendant at the ER, went above and beyond, in my opinion. I was ready to drive over and get treated there, as my doctor wouldn’t see me until after the holiday, none of the urgent care centers were anywhere nearby and couldn’t give me a straight answer as to whether they took my insurance or not, which would mean an hour and half drive with the possibility of a $400 bill at the end of it. I was at the end of my rope and in so much pain I could barely talk, let alone make the long drive. Julie was so very kind to me and told me that of course they would see me, but since I had insurance, had I checked to see if my insurance company offered an online or phone physician option? She went on to explain that a lot of insurance companies now have the option to call a doctor and get a prescription for stuff exactly like this over the phone or FaceTime. No one had told me this at any point in the many phone calls I made over the weekend. It was like a miracle. If it weren’t for Julie, I would have gone straight to the ER, spending at least $100 in copay, not to mention my portion of the treatment, to treat something that is so recognizable it’s silly. I’m so thankful for her help.Brian DiazI visited this hospital earlier in the year while I was hiking the Colorado Trail. I had some GI issues. I would steer away from this place unless you want to be robbed. I was also very dissatisfied with the Dr. who saw me. She immediately blamed giardia for my problems (which I told her was impossible since I had only been hiking for less than 5 days and I treat all of my water), but no she had already made up her mind. I even got a round of antibiotics that I did not take, mainly because all of the tests came out negative. The service by everyone else was great. Nurses and reception. I am mainly concerned with the care by the Dr. and the absurd price and multitude of bills.Steve HysonI was brought to this hospital with a suspected blood clot in my leg. I had to wait for two hours whilst a ultra sound diagnostic specialist drove from home to the hospital, how is this acceptable in a hospital with a trauma unit? In the UK all NHS hospitals with trauma units have 24×7 coverage for all of the diagnostic suites. Once I was diagnosed and the treatment was decided I had to wait another two hours for the pharmacy to dispense the drugs in needed. All in all a pretty poor performance. The only prompt and fast part of the service was the invoicing and payment of the bill. Seems to me at this hospital profit comes above patient care.Carolina Gomez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAMAZING EXPERIENCE. From the front desk emergency room concierge, to the nurses and doctors, every single person we encountered was extremely kind. This is a beautiful hospital, with beautiful rooms. Very welcoming to guests. We stayed because my husband had to get a surgery and the entire process was as smooth as I would have ever imagined given the circumstances. Would totally recommend to family and friends.Cindy NeissWorst experience ever!! Dr. Brockmeier (female dr). I was ejected from a golf cart going 30mph. My entire left side is excruciatingly painful. I have a 4 yr old spinal fusion surgery so my back hurts so bad. My foot was hurt she didnt do a single xray to even check it. Diagnosis was bruised ribs chest contusion and back pain flare up. I had 9 out of 10 pain and she sent me home with Tylenol. I am in so much pain. It’s ridiculous. Im so upset with the way I was treated. Thanks for nothing!!!!! This is why i don’t see female doctors.Deborah Banas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI ended up at the ER late Sunday night, really scared about what was going on. Dr. Kung and the nurses on staff were very friendly, helpful, answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain what was happening. The treatment was prompt and thorough. Overall a positive experience, given the circumstances.Paul Messina⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSt Anthony’s helped us deliver our baby boy and everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The nurses were all so upbeat and friendly, we felt like VIPs. It seems like most of the reviews complain about the cost, our insurance covered most of the bill and the patient experience seemed unbeatable. A big thank you to the labor and delivery team!Daniel McAuliffeAfter failing to get through to anyone in admissions I drove my son to Denver to children’s hospital (where I got someone to answer my question about urgent care immediately). This was ridiculous because I live 5 minutes from the facility in Frisco!Chris Cummings⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy wife was admitted due to a severe ski accident. The surgeon, nursing staff, therapists, and administration were helpful, professional, and caring at every stage of the process. Thank you for taking such phenomenal care of my wife during such a difficult time!George A. Hoffman IV⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas admitted 2/17/19 due to a snowboarding accident. From admittance to discharge a few days later I have zero complaints. The nurses were very attentive and accommodating when needed. The doctors spent time with explanations and were interested in patient questions. I never want to have to return to a hospital, but if I had to I hope it’s one like this.Peter BlackFirst off let me start by saying how rude most of the doctors are here. Sometimes I feel like I know more than they do. If you can stick it out and prevent yourself from dealing with these people then I highly recommend it. Second, the prices that you will be paying are absurd. Try your best not to go to this hospital.Shadofx⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital is awesome! I fractured my leg skiing and they took such great care of me. can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Thank you so much!Sadie PurcellThis hospital is the worst. It’s more worth your time to drive to denver to Lutheran hospital. Your more likely to be seen in a timely manner. The 2 and a half hours I’ve been waiting i could have gone to Lutheran and back. I live in summit county and expect to be able to be seen by my local hospital but i still will never wait here again. No help and an outrageous bill even after billing my insurance.Joshua Lemmer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was here for two days after a ski accident that required emergency surgery. Every single person I met was nice, kind, informative, and attentive. I’ve not spent much time in hospitals so I don’t have a ton to compare them to, but I’m really glad I ended up here after my accident. They took such good care of me and continue to be there for me even now (when I’m back in my own home state working with doctors here). Doctors and nurses and techs are very busy people and they had a lot of patients. but they treated me like I was the only one there. Oh – food was good too!!! THANK YOULakeshore Comm⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent care. Fast, courteous and professional. Busy place with lots of sports injuries, but we could see the staff was working hard to take care of everyone. Impressed.Matthew BurhiteVisited because of how much pain I was in from sore throat and spitting up blood. Doctors recommendations were to do everything I was already doing without any help. Literally named off everything over the counter like I wasn’t trying that already. Still in pain 4 days later with no change in health. Turns out I do have strep and an ear infection. They gave me a $500 bill after doing absolutely nothing and had me there for almost 3 hours. I am very upset at how the visit went. I could’ve stayed just not went and saved the money and time. They will not help you in any wayEcho Nichole⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital is literally the best I’ve ever been to… I was a sickly child, which led to me being a kind of sick adult (amazing what a diet change and exercise routine will do!), but I did have to visit the ER here… The level of care I received was phenomenal… I think sometimes people forget an ER is not for a diagnosis for a complicated illness, just to ensure you’re not dying, until you can get in to see a doctor… The doctor, the nurses, the staff were all on top of it! X-rays, CT Scans, blood work, the whole nine yards… Everyone was professional and kind, and the doctor on duty recommended me to who has to be the world’s best best doctor! Treatment is expensive, but what’s your life worth to you? Having this many specialists and intelligent doctors/nurses/techs would have to be expensive, considering they are close to the best in the business! EDIT: Still a 5 Star place! Today, I went in for surgery but there were some issues with scheduling (unforeseen circumstances on their side) and all the staff was still very helpful and very kind, and very apologetic… Life happens, our reactions are what matters, and everyone involved (from my doc to the nurses) were super kind…Caleb-Stephanie Miles⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWithout a doubt, this is the best hospital I have ever been to. Anyone who says otherwise, I am not sure what else they expect from a hospital. The most attentive nursing staff around, without question.Chris Harrison⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAmazing hospital visit! Had to bring my wife and daughter in after they where thrown off a horse we where in and out with a cat scan and x ray in 2 hours. The staff was amazing in comforting us and kept my 4 year old calm and happy.Tiffany Weber⭐️⭐️My first visit was good but my second was TERRIBLE. I broke my wrist two days ago. When they brought me in I was bawling in pain and they did everything they could to make it tolerable. I went back this morning because I was in so much pain and the surgeon hadn’t even called me back to schedule my appointment yet. The Dr I saw was Joseph Richard Pelli. I told the Dr I had taken the medication as prescribed by their Dr and that it had run out last night. I told him I was in immense pain, my splint had come loose and I did not have surgery scheduled yet. They took new x-rays, the radiologist told the Dr nothing had changed so he told me to call the surgery center and schedule an appointment. I asked about pain until I see the surgeon and the Dr just said, “The surgeon will talk to you about that.” He also said that the amount of medication THEIR Dr told me to take was “too much.” I asked him to re-do my splint for me and he said, “It’s fine.” He also did not even offer to give me any ibuprofen or Tylenol or any other pain management, even nonprescription. I am not drug-seeking. I have a broken wrist! The surgery center you referred me to has still not scheduled even an intake appointment. You are not willing to even give me over-the-counter drugs to help alleviate the pain. I thought that’s what the ER was for? I am disgusted with Joseph Pelli and I will never go to this hospital again.adam aThe hospital staff were nice but the EMTs were complete jerks. I was having seizures at my parents place and when they came to pick me up they we’re nothing but rude to me. I have an extreme fear of needles so when they told me they had to put an IV in me I freaked out. They were giving me a hard time about being 24 and scared of needles and just kept telling me to calm down. On top of that the EMT sticking me with the needle told me it was her first day on the job and I was her first patient, I don’t understand why you would tell anyone that. With her telling me that I went into shock which caused a 3rd seizure. Worst experience of my life and I would never call for an ambulance again from here again, I would literally have an Uber take me then deal with these horrible EMTsRylie Holcomb⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe Urgent Care here has the kindest nurses I have ever experienced. I was brought here while visiting from out of town with a pretty serious medical condition. I did not have anyone with me and was pretty alone and scared with what was happening. The nurses here gave me the best care and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their uninterrupted attention and kindness. I will always remember the caring experience that I had here.M Clary⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAt the end of June, 2018 I entered the EMG room complaining of what I felt was a heart attack. Other than the front desk person in the ER, I had absolutely the most attentive and professional treatment at Summit Medical ER. It was quickly discovered through an EKG that I was in fact having a STEMI and I was airlifted down to the cardiology unit at St Anthony’s Lakewood hospital. Sadly I do not remember any of the names of the doctors, nurses, techs or the helicopter pilot. All I can say is that they were all fantastic. I was most scared of having to take a helicopter flight and the pilot couldn’t have been nicer and more careful to minimize bumps due to turbulence (I think the ER doctor also helped by giving an anti-anxiety med 🙂 I can highly recommend every ER and Flight For Life staff that I encountered during my emergency treatment at St Anthony Summit Medical Center.Paul Boettcher⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe went in to the urgent care last night and were very impressed with the immediate attention and care we received. The staff were professional, kind and respectful. We were not treated as just the next case, but people whose concerns were valid and important. Thank you to the amazing staff of nurses, doctors and administration!Mr. RandomAvoid this place like the plague. Our son had a cough and the overly cautious camp nurse took him here. They looked at him for 5 minutes, gave him an inhaler, and charged our insurance $4300! The hospital facility charges alone were $3100. If I broke my leg skiing, I’d get back to Denver long before I would ever cross their threshold. I’d give zero stars if possible.Henry FSt Anthony’s frisco is remodeling and has the ER check in desk in the normal hospital checking area . Fighting a lung disease I have had to use this facility many times. Last time I was here to have a CT to check for a blood clot a few days after surgery and in great pain the girl st the desk went to let someone know I was there, she became distracted and stood in the doorway flirting with the security guard for 13 minutes until someone else asked me if I need help as I looked horrible.. the girl still stood flirting for another 5 minutes as I was being checked in. Today a different girl at the ER desk sat there eating her lunch , yes I said food ( soup) at a hospital desk. She pointed me to another little temporary desk to sign in. 5 minutes later when she finished eating, she walked over to me and gave me papers to fill out.. Summit county is a hard place to higher good front line employees for many reasons which include pay and the high cost of living. The management of the summit county st Anthony’s facility is an issue and had created a dangerous culture for those in need. I was also unfortunate enough to use the ER and have to find my wife passed out on the ER bathroom floor . The ER doc labeled her as a drug seaker and faking it and ignored her. Turns out she had a liver issue from a past surgery. Tried to report it ant the “ house mom” . Would not let me fill out any paperwork to report the meglance and possible head strike and fall… Once again… this facility is dangerous and with three distinct issues from one person I hope someone reads this long rant and inspects the management ..Kaileen GruberDon’t waste your time, I’m a teen and I went in for an appointment and I was in the waiting room for an hour, then I got into the room and waited for another 30minutes. The price for them to give me a shot was outrageousMary Bare⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband came to St Anthony Summit Medical Center with a STEMI – the worst kind of heart attack. All the staff were exceptional! The condition was diagnosed within minutes and 15 minutes later he was in a Care Flight helicopter on his way to St Anthony’s in Denver for interventional therapy which saved his life. He is doing well now and we are very grateful to all involved!Kim Fenskethis is the WORST hospital EVER!!!! I sat in my little ER room for over two hours. I saw the doctor when I first arrived and NEVER saw him again. It took them over an hour to give me a tylnol. I was in SEVER pain. Then I get my bill…this place is a price gouger…stay away. God only knows how much it would be to be admitted to this joke of a hospital.Debbie SiplesIf you have thousands of dollars you don’t know what to do with, feel free to come here. Otherwise, I’d recommend you head down to Target, get yourself a bottle of water, some super glue, and a bottle of asprin, and hope for the best.Nick Reeves⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe were on vacation and our son was not well (we thought it was altitude sickness, ended up being pneumonia.) When we got to St. Anthony’s, they were incredibly kind and professional and got us in immediately. The intake nurse had a great rapport with my son as well as the ER doctor. They were efficient, patient, took time to answer our questions, and made us feel cared for. By far and away, it was the best ER experience we have ever had.Courtney Kaczmarek⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have a horrible phobia of all medical doctors/facilities and had originally denied being taken to the hospital in my instance. I had eventually given in and was taken via ambulance to Summit ER. There, my treating doctors and nurses were amazing. Grant and Tori were both extremely patient with all of my questions re. testing/results and understanding of my fear of hospitals/doctors/needles. They kept me calm during my stay and made the environment comfortable. Although, I’m sure there were others who treated me, Grant and Tori you rock! Thank you! I would highly recommend this ER.Cameron LaFont⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have never met so many different people in all aspects of medical care that were so genuinely concerned for my well being and showed so much empathy. Dr. Dorf, the surgeon was excellent and his PA, Kelly was great at explaining everything post op. I had a really bad femur fracture and was home in within 4 days. Excellent care!Srikanth DharmaWorst hospital ever. It’s a very small facility, we went there for my son’s ankle twist , got an Advil and Tylenol. When we came back home and saw the bill, the amount was ridiculous it was more than what we spent for flights and hotel togather. Avoid this hospital at all cost, search for an urgent care in that area that will work out more cheaper and better. They filed insurance claim as an emergency visit which is a big joke. Call center won’t listen if you ask them to change the claim to urgent care.Ken Kalaf⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAfter being pinned under a truck I spent 4 days at the hospital. I have never had that level of care in my life. Amazing, caring people. Pretty good food too.Scott Shilling⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI can”t begin to explain how great this place was. Courteous service. Quick service. When you are on vacation and feeling bad, it’s never good. This staff of professionals provided immediate relief!sarah palyjin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff! Very attentive and understanding as we are here from FL. Nurse Jen rocks! 🙂MARK BAKER⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest OB floor ever. Rock stars. Each and every one. From housecleaning to Doctors, words do not describe the quality care and love you get.Jie LiI had a tailbone X-ray at this place called itself non-profit Catholic care provider. They billed my insurance $2820.34+$35 for a X-ray. While, when I did a little research, I found out a tailbone X-ray cost patient a few hundred to a thousand dollars the most nationwide. I read previous reviews and found out I am not the only victims. I wish I read them before I walked into that door, but it is too late. I am just wondering why the authority in medical field can let this place charge those vulnerable patients two times or three times more than it should be. I filed an appeal and will update here later……Bobby Walters⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Came in with dental pain. For many years dentists made me feel uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth. So coming in I was a little hesitant. But I was in and out super quick, wasn’t offered unneeded pain pills and they stayed all business. No talk about bad teeth.stephanie Thiel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMost wonderful hospital experience I’ve ever had. Very attentive and responsive nurses and staff. Also, Dr. Dorf did an excellent job on my surgery and came to check in on me before I discharged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs care in Summit County!Kevin Kenealy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWithout any reservations I want everyone reading this to know emphatically that I owe my life to St Anthony Summit Medical Center. They literally saved my life after a severe skiing accident I had back on April 21, 2018. I can never, ever thank them enough for saving my life and bring me back to whole. Everyone that was involved in my care from the all the amazing doctors, to the all super talented nurses, to the fantastic caring nursing assistants to the physical therapists to the occupational therapists, to all the respiratory therapists to the x-ray technicians and the housekeeping staff were all truly amazing and each one took an important roll in saving me. On that Saturday April 21, 2018, I fell while skiing at Arapahoe Basin towards the end of the day. The injuries I received were substantial. I broke 8 of the 12 ribs on my left side of my body and of those 8 breaks, 6 ribs were broken 2 times. I also broke by clavicle (collar bone) in 4 places. All told I had broken 18 bones from that one accident. The pain I was in was absolutely staggering. I was very scared and happened be skiing by myself for the day. I had the ski patrol from Arapahoe Basin call my son to come by with me and let him know about my condition After I was found by some fellow skiers, (I was unconscious) the Arapahoe Basin Ski Patrol arrived on the scene shortly after I was located, and at the same time I become conscious. I group of 5 or 6 Ski Patrollers then got me stabilized on the mountain (a monumental feat in itself with all my broken bones and the pain I was in) and then they brought me down in a toboggan and transferred my care to the Summit County Ambulance Service. The SCAS ambulance service arrived shortly after I was brought down to the First Aid The ER staff, the hospital doctors and the support staff got me admitted into the hospital and from there a staff of 6 people brought me up to ICU (intensive care unit) and got me stabilized, comfortable and brought me up to date on severity of my condition. The decision was made the expert advice of my team of medical doctors, anesthesiologist doctors and surgeons that I needed to have my ribs repaired and plated ( as many repaired as possible) and I need to plate by collarbone, which was broken in 4 places. My surgeries (rib plating and collar bone plating) took place on Tuesday, My rib plating surgeon was Dr. Jodie Taylor along with assistance by Dr. Hall during the surgery. Dr Radcliff was there to guide my recovery during the entire week. Dr. Taylor did an amazing job with my surgery that was very successful. My collar bone plating surgery was done by Dr. Janes, who did an fantastic job. Both are healing very nicely, My anesthesiologist were Dr. Beneke, Dr. Peterson and Dr. Jenkins, the Head of Anesthesiology, who assisted during my epidural installation Nurses and Nursing Assistants – The line up of talented of nursing staff ( Haley, Kelly, Kelly, Dori, Kholton to name a few) at St.Anthony’s and Nursing Assistants is truly impressive. Each day of my recovery presented new challenges. The Nursing staff was with me ever step of the way. The got me up and walking right away which I know has made a huge difference in my quick recovery. I have been at St. Anthony’s for approximately 15 shifts and each set of staff including the nurses to the housekeeping crew have more than been terrific. Cuz of all of them I am all set to be discharged tomorrow. Recommendations – From family to friends, I highly recommend this hospital. They take a 100% Whole Person Care Team approach to patient care and I felt well cared for every step of the way. Send your family members to St. Anthony’s for amazing care. They saved my life and I love them for itJennifer HarrisonI was forced by the Dillon police to go to this facility because I was sitting in my car crying over a broken relationship after having a couple of drinks in a bar. I was in perfect physical health yet was charged over $3,500. They took my insurance info without my knowledge. I had to pay to get my dog out of a shelter and hitchhike 8 mi
