St Bernards Reviews

Before you go to St Bernards, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Jonesboro emergency room think.

Tabbatha Dale⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI unfortunately had to go to the ER for myself recently. I was seen by Dr. Dusty Boyd. They were very quick to get me relief of pain I was experiencing and the CT that was ordered was quick and results came back quick as well. Everyone was caring and attentive. The doctor showed his concerns and answered all my questions professionally with great bed side manners. This is my hospital of choice. I’ve only been in the ER this one time and they are just as great as the labor and delivery that I’ve been so blessed to have got to experience. Thank you for being such a great hospital!Denise Strickland Sat in the emergency wait room for 2 1/2 hours in pain and they weren’t busy the nurses and drs walk by laughing and talking as if no one is here in pain I literally had the worse experience there literally wished I followed my first mind and went to Nea.!Brandon Aslup To slow and they only have one doctor in the emergency room and that’s is terrible. There was people walking out, and walking up to.the desk asking non stop cause they had been here for so long and the doctor didn’t wanna help me or anyone else and was very rude!Michael Guthrey 2 trips for review: Few years ago I cut my finger open and cut an artery. I’m in their ER for almost 50 minutes bleeding all over their floor while the lady at the front desk was making a (very obvious) personal call. There was one other person in the waiting room. After I used all of their paper towels in both bathrooms to hold blood, I put my hand over the ladies desk and told her I needed to get back there now! In triage the lady was great and said she had no idea why I waited so long. I passed out in the ER from blood loss. I said I would never go back. Years later here we sit my wife had to come in and we have been here for going on 5 hours waiting on lab work that should have taken an hour. Have seen NO doctor, they didn’t clamp her IV, the room is dirty with tape residue on the walls and guck on the floor and no one has come in to check on us in 2 hours.F 150⭐️⭐️There are absolutely no doctors or clinics open on Sunday in Jonesboro (Craighead county) if a child has an issue that could easily be looked at by their PCP you have to wait until Monday at 8am. If your PCP offers emergency calls on Sunday they may not answer or you might get over looked. So if your child is running a high fever/lethargic/unresponsive, has asthma and ran out of the inhaler medication and pharmacy is closed, you have kidney stones and child is in pain, young teen has a UTI that is now affecting her kidneys, a baby comes in after vaccines injury and rashing all over. All on a Sunday where and what are he parents to do? Try and nurse their child back to health as best as possible and just wait until Monday morning? I was recently in the ER and overheard a parent being turned away because her Medicaid doesn’t cover non emergency visits. Mind you the child ran out of his inhaler medication and was having breathing issues. Am having major panic attacks. Another child next to us had flu like symptoms but tested negative for the flu. This patient and the parent were turned away as well because Medicaid does not pay for non emergency visits. I understand that Medicaid does this so parents aren’t just taking their child to the ER for everything under the sun. However their are parents that are not educated enough on medical care and freak out easily then the medical staff. However there is not one clinic open on Sunday. So what are these people suppose to do? As for the staff we were treated very nice by the nurses and doctors on the floor however the nurses up front are rude and seem unhappy.joshiX86 There’s a reason this place has such low reviews. Hateful lazy and rude, the staff just makes the whole experience so much more unpleasant than needed. The room was dirty and had bugs on the walls. The majority of the staff in the ER seem to be under the impression that your emergency isn’t their problem. They are extremely unprofessional and extraordinarily confrontational, probably because they know they are in the wrong with their behavior. Administration just makes the problem worse as they don’t want to hear any problems and do absolutely nothing to resolve anything. Despite their Christian background I’ve heard nurses say swear when they had to get up out of their seat up front and go help a patient in pain. The problems start at the top and go all the way down. If I could give 0 stars I would.maternal mystic Went in for pain. Basically said I’m not dieing and sent me home, with no effort to figure out why I was in pain. It’s terrible how they can deny care to people like that.Dylan Tribble⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It can seem a little crazy in here but they get the job done. The people are the best at St. BernardsNicole Trevino Lazzzzzzyyy staff and doctors!! They gave my daughter a prescription for Tamiflu today without testing for flu or anything else for that matter! No swabs, no blood drawn, no chest x-rays, NOTHING!! After waiting for 3 hours in the lobby this is what we get… A bunch of lazy asses who refuse to do their damn job!! Dr. McComb, specifically!!Neo One st bernards is the worst 100%Tonya McDonald⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great service!
