Doug WoodmanI went to have back surgery done on 1/20/2020 the surgeon was rude he got mad at my wife and daughters cause they left the hospital to get something to eat. My discharge nurse was extremely rude she was criticizing me and treating my daughters like they didn’t know anything and was making some very rude comments about my wife and she also told me that it was a good thing that the Dr, was not keeping me there for the night because when she had her back surgery by the same surgeon i had and that she had to say the night and that she had lousy care this coming from one of their own nurses. I will never go back to this hospital for any thing.Amy Swain⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey took very good care of my husband who had to be hospitalized. The hospital staff and ER staff were caring, respectful and knowledgeable.Rachel Minscer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This review is for the inpatient services after My husband’s back surgery. My husband and I would like to thank the staff that cared for him after his back surgery. It was very clean and all but 1 nurse was fantastic. A special thanks to Carli, Jessica and Dee that stood out the most and made sure to always make sure my husband was comfortable and well cared for even thru out the night. Most all the staff we interacted with were friendly but as far as nurses, we just can’t thank those three enough. I hope that someone higher up sees this because those nurses should be recognized for they’re hard work. These are the kind of nurses you want caring for your loved one. Only thing (which is minor) that didn’t care for at this hospital is the cafeteria only offers diet pop and has no reg soda for ppl that don’t drink diet pop. Would just suggest maybe having at least 1 soda machine that gives other options. Other than that which isn’t a big deal, I (we) were pleasantly surprised of the care that was given. Also a special thanks to hubby’s surgeon Dr Pinto and his assistant (once again) for doing such a good job. We just can’t thank everyone enough.Amber⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFirst time ever going to Urgent or ER for myself today… so a new experience for me. I did the online check in- i got there 15 mins early and before i could even sit down in the waiting room after check in, they called me in for consult. I planned on going to Urgent Care and ended up needing to go to the ER so.. I am thinking “great, its gonna take all day!!”- NOT AT ALL!!! I was in and out in an hour from check in and walking out the door! I had AMAZING service from all employees I came in contact with today. Even though I was there a short period of time- I never felt rushed, they listened, answered my questions, explained exactly what they were doing and my aftercare & I felt comfortable being there. It was a great first time experience- if needed- I will definitely come back- but let’s hope I won’t need to go to UC or ER. Ha Ha!MC Prime Consultants⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey are always so thorough and quick in their Emergency Room.Kelly Novotny⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff at St. Francis was the best very friendly. My day nurse Allyson was the greatest made my stay almost like a hotel stay.Joe Himmel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe live in Burnsville, but go to this ER due to the difference in care! So much better than Fairview Ridges! Dr. Souchtchenko and his nurse, Lindsey, were amazing with my wife!! They actually cared about her pain and wellbeing! Thanks to their efforts, she is finally on the road to recovery! The lab technician and radiology staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!!!Lana Phalaket⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff are AMAZING here! They treated me like they actually care, not like most places I’ve been to. Super patient with me. I want to thank Doctor Clarkowski. And the RN Nurse Elyse! The whole staff are awesome! Lastly, Erin, you rock! Wish you the best in your future and I know you’ll be Great in whatever you do. Thanks again!!Mikazuki ShiroyashaBad service and management.Blake KrehelyThe emergency rooms doctors and staff don’t know how to treat patients that have had bariatric surgery, and they don’t take complaints seriously. They just send you home without any treatment and they tell you that they do not know what is wrong with you and just sends you home. Perhaps one of the worst hospitals I have ever been tooJacklyn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff is incredibly caring and mindful of all your needs, I felt very safe in their hands.DRoy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They always do a great job, I wish it was quicker though.Reylin LeinThis place is sad.. They wouldn’t let our service animal in and I was all ready in discomfort. Both my husband and I have severe anxiety, they asked for our medical paperwork to let the dog into the room with us! Then when we show our card they say he is a companion animal when the card never said that.
