MJ Rampani⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMonday mid afternoon early evening packed, but after the shift change things really started to roll more. I want to give a shout out to the ER staff from that helped make my stay more comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was truly a blessing as well as my nurse. They both made me feel comfortable, were genuine and pure in heart. Made my night actually. So thank you for your service to our community and the special attention you give to your patients. You deserve this reviewScott MoyersThe wait time, service, care for patients and just the general attitude of the individuals working the ER was absolutely awful. Also understand i wasnt the person waiting to be helped. I expect the employees at mcdonalds to have bad attitudes and be bad at their job as a result but this was worse. If i could have given 0/5 stars i would have. I asked how long the wait was after 3 hours and they the nurse looked at me like i was asking for her SSN; i also had to stand there for over a minute waiting to speak with her while she was texting (for perspective, only 4 other people in the ER waiting for help at that time). Remarkably, right after that a Dr saw us. So… i guess they are just lazy and actually do not care about patients. Then they said “well we conducted a blood test, looks normal, seems ok, how about something for the pain?” As though some pain pills would solve any problem. I cant imagine having to have any sort of procedure done at their facility. But the Dr. that did eventually see us was very nice just did not adequately try and resolve the physiological issue. She didnt attempt to find the problem. I could have googled the chief complaint and got more information than she gave or cared to diagnose, troubleshoot or otherwise. Recommend just going to urgent care because you could literally die before anyone at SSM St. joseph health center will notice or care. The most in depth part of any procedure that was conducted was the billing portion, of course.Wendi BlyI waited for over 4 hrs in severe pain trying to get help was ignored contacted the staff nurse and nothing to be done. told me I had to wait for my Dr walked out 1 and half hours later still no help. if I could rate this negative 5 stars I would I will never take my children or spouse to this place you could die in the waiting room eat a joke.Gina FallerSurprisingly service is unprofessional/ staff ignore the needs of patient. i been in bad shape of pain due to my GAPA they don’t address my complaint…Gabriela SchlatterFirst and LAST time we ever go to this ER! Apparently this hospital is unable to do a simple ultrasound (to check for appendicitis) and flu swab!!! Seriously? We were sent all the way to downtown for those two simple tests on a child. What’s the point of having a pediatrician on staff? I can understand that they aren’t equipped to deal with that on a child it that is the case, but not even run the tests? We’ll stick to Progress West!Stephanie KingWho lets a patient sit for 90 minutes who is complaining of throat tightness and painful breathing…. not once was I seen by a doctor, PA, NP, or nurse! People wonder why the ER sucks! It’s service like this! I’m pretty sure anaphylactic shock should take a priority!!!!Theresa GiancolaHours spent in waiting room, just waiting to be seen. Six hours! Finally took my friend to a different hospital so he could receive proper care. Unacceptable on every levelKen H.3 hours still waiting in the waiting room not really all that busy I didn’t think maybe I’ll put another review in when we get in the back…. at this rate should be a year older. Oh I don’t think that signing in online is going to be any faster.
