Joyce Rohrer Terrible. Couldn’t diagnose my daughter. Wasn’t taken seriously and wouldn’t send lab results to our pediatrician.Maekena Kolb Never been to the emergency room before and was referred by my primary doctor. Disappointing is an understatement, it was a complete joke. The doctor acted like I was wasting her time and I came in for an issue I’ve had for 5 months. They basically told me I was fine and they didn’t know what was wrong, and prescribed me pills that were completely unrelated to my diagnosis. I don’t know how I’m going to be able to go back to work or live a productive life, my healthcare system has failed me.Morgan Satterthwaite Horrible staff. My husband had fallen and had a fairly deep cut on his arm. No urgent care near us was open so we came here. When we were taken back to the room the nurse removed the bandages. She stated she needed to get some soap to better clean them and left the room. After an HOUR I left the room to find a restroom. Our nurse was sitting around talking to coworkers and taking personal phone calls. She looked at me several times and continued what she was doing. After almost two hours of being there and not being looked at we left. Our nurse watched us walk off as she smiled and chatted with coworkers. My husband eventually walked back in to tell the receptionist why he was leaving . Another nurse came out and told him that his injuries weren’t as important as people having heart attacks. And overall was just rude. The entire staff was hanging out talking and doing nothing the entire time we were there.hailey smail OMG Chelsea er is horrible takes way to long to get a bed and see the doctor I highly recommend faking a heart attack to get seen fast no jokeTammy Pomorski Absolutely horrible. Their whole emergent department needs to be revamped. They do not triage and get the next urgent patients in to be taken care of first. Apparently from what one staff member told me was that they only have two physicians and two PA’s on staff. We have been here for hours with my husband who is in excutiating pain, so bad that he cannot sit. So he has been trying to stand, lean, do whatever he can. As I have been sitting here observing, I have noticed alot of staff, standing around in the emergency room drinking coffee, chatting, ect. One of the physicians comes out to the clerk, stand and chats for about 10 minutes ( about her family and facebook ) yes it was in ear shot. Then he just walks out to go get his coffee. Staff are walking around on their cells phones. This is ridiculous. Not just my husband, but all patients here need better care. From here on out we will go to U of M where they actually care for their patients. Not where staff only cares about cell phones, Facebook, chatting and coffee.
