Ryan Lloyd Waited for two hours in the ER while my wife bleed. Finally after two hours asked if we were going back soon to just find out they had been putting people in front of us! Finally went in the back at hour three. Waited in the back and had standard blood work etc etc done while waiting to get X-rays done. Two and a half more hours pass before we make it to get them done then was told it would be another hour half before the doctor got them. This ER is understaffed and too small. All the rooms were full and people all over the hall ways. The doctors and nurses were great but this hospital has some issues with either bad management,lack of size or funding to staff employees.Lorena Robinson⭐️⭐️Beyond frustrated as we have been waiting for the ER Physician to come back in to get the results of my husband’s blood work and radiology results that have been back for over one hour now. The nurse has asked him twice now that pt and wife would like to see him to find out treatment plans. The worse thing you can ever do is ignore, abandoned and neglect pt care. Communication and pt education is so important. Trust us we only came in to the ER due to my husband is having symptoms again .That has caused multiple inpatient admissions in the past!Michele Reinert Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. This ER is a joke. More than an hour wait. Had a gentleman who was triaged and then put back in the waiting room in severe pain. He laid on the floor for 5 minutes before they took him back again. We only came here because it was closer. I would have been better off going to DMC huron valley Sinai. At least their wait time is less than 30 minutes. Update, after 1 hr and 20 min. They came out and started taking his info to check him into the computer. Would still have to wait to go be seen. We left and went to huron valley Sinia.Doug Moore One the worst hospitals I’ve been to.Try treating your patients like humans.
