Ann S.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSt. Margaret’s Hospital goes above and beyond to help their patients. I received care in ER and nurses, CNA, doctor were absolutely amazing, professional, kind and compassionate. My dad was admitted to 2 nd floor and again nurses, doctors and all staff were kind and professional. The room was private, clean, and quiet. I am so grateful for everybody who helped us. God Bless all St. Margaret’s staff. Thank you!jeff hallGood treatment but once you get the bill they turn ugly. Whatever balance you have whether its 100 or 100,000 they want it paid off in a year. They wants 900 a month or it was going to collections. Who can afford that!?! Going to ivch from now onmike holt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEmergency room staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Pleasant experience. Considering.MCS Advertising⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe LOVE working with the marketing team at St. Margaret’s!Teresa Pinter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSMH works hard to provide quality care to their patients. My Extended family tested this recently, SMH passed!! ED and Dr. Bailey were incredibly helpful and understanding. Thank you!!Paula Gilligan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat visit with Dr Tun, very compassionate and took lots of time with me to explain my health condition.Linda Burt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad a total knee replacement done at St. Margaret’s in May. I was back to work in 2 1/2 weeks. Had a great experience . Was only in overnight. Done with therapy in one month. I feel like I got my life back. Cant say enough about all the staff pre-op, during the hospital stay and post op. I strongly recommend Dr. Perona and Mako if you need hip or knee replacements.Christine Hermosillo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have had a great experience here with all aspects of my care.Mega Thirst⭐️⭐️Haven’t had much luck so far..last week Sept 30th the late night ER doctor. Dr. Fahad said i refused treatment after coming back about a week later oct 8..the ER doctor here tonight acts like i was lying about it..why would i come to a hospital at 3 in the morning just to turn around and refuse treatment and help? But there doing tests on me now since the pain hasn’t went away.. have two small hernias and a UTI, which they told me i need to have a follow up with my primary in 4 days. Till then i have to suffer with this…Grumpy CrowWe have just had a baby and my wife was so excited to start breastfeeding. Come to find out the nurses on shift decided to ruin the entire experience for her by bottle feeding the baby without permission and giving the baby a binky whenever they did checkups which reinforced the bottlefeed. Now I have to go out and get formula for a baby with a devistated mother. Worst place to have a baby cause the nurses berade you and don’t even listen to simple requests.Katelyn Stadel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve always had wonderful experiences with all the Doctors and Nurses at St. Margaret’s! Dr. Tun, Christine Hermosillo, Dr. Chilson, Dr. Sweetland are all outstanding physicians.Breanna MellentineIf the Illinois Valley people know what’s good for them, they’d get out of this area for medical attention PERIOD. I hate to see what it will look like if IVCH and St Margarets combined. Dr. Bailey was the ER doctor over the weekend, had seen me for 17 years of my life before he dropped me as a patient for not coming to ONE appointment, REFUSED to come in the room to speak with me. Sent his nurse practitioner in that hasn’t ever really taken care of me before. Dr. Bailey KNOWS my medical history. I’m super confused on how anyone calls this proper care. Just goes to show he never cared for me as a patient.Philip Hugheshorrible horrible horrible. went in for a bad toothache they didn’t give me anything for pain doctor was talking to me like some kid. nurse was being really rude. never again man god rather drive to the other er in peru or something. wow.Annette YoungThe hospital does not treat psychiatry in ER. Did not tell us that until after we signed admittance papers. Told them at front desk patient was not taking medications. Bipolar and in maniac state. Waste of time and money. They should have done the right thing and forward us to nearest hospital that does treat mental disorders. If this is treatment you seek you need to go to Ottawa hospitalDiane Wheeler⭐️⭐️The word care should be taken out of “Healthcare” when dealing with this group. No level of concern for their patients. Orders get lost, no follow up when a care giver leaves to be sure patients are taken care of, total disregard.Tyler WaltersBeen to this hospital a few times. It’s full of judgemental staff. Girlfriend and I aren’t married but have a daughter together. Took our daughter in because she was sick. Was told by a “doctor” to stop breastfeeding because it was making her sick. Took her to ivch, found out she had RSV. Instead of worrying about people’s marital status and viewing it through your religious beliefs, TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENT. Another visit to the er, got there at 6pm, didnt see a doctor until 1 AM, and got sent home with 2 ibuprofen. If you can make it to a different hospital, GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL. Ignorant, judgemental staff, total lack of care. Even for a 6 month old girl.Sable CavazosWorst hosiptal ever. Every nurse has a attitude problem. They judge everyone. Its crazy.Jenna TonozziHorrible service— concussed patient was asking questions and the nurse told him “no more stupid questions.” Just overall very rude staff for the most part. By the time we left, the nurses had not applied any ointment or treated any wounds.Larry MalaiseI drove an elderly lady from Ottawa to see Dr. Perona with a 1:45 pm appointment. After we left Ottawa her husband was called by his receptionist that she was late for her 1pm appointment. Again her appointment card said 1:45pm. We arrived at Dr. Perona’s office at 1:35 pm. on time for her 1:45 pm appointment, and was told her appointment was at 3:30pm not 1:45pm as indicated on her card. Both receptionists were belligerent, and unapologetic. Said they would try to work her in. She was finally worked in, and I do not recommend anyone use this Doctor’s office until he straightens his receptionists out. They said mistakes happen. Ha!! 3 of them in less than 1 1/2 hrs. NEVERMORE.Cindy PetersenHorrible service. Long wait. No help. Heading to Peoria. Shouldn’t have wasted two hours of our time here. Never again.Brittney ErwinAs my uncle rushed my grandpa into the ER not thinking he had long to make it my sister mom and I rushed there to see him incase things took a turn for the worst and that was going to be the last time we got to see him and some woman sent us out of the er saying only 2 per room when I’ve been in there before and never has there ever been that rule and another woman said that’s only a “rule” and now my sister and I are leaving and if something happens to him and I didn’t get to say my goodbyes I hope that woman who wouldn’t even let me give goodbye hugs and kisses let’s that sit in her mind for all of her life, I’ve never been so upset in my life before I hope that that woman is put in the same spot and gets to suffer, I’ve never been so disgusted before in my entire life. And to top it all off we called ahead to make sure someone could help my uncle take him in and instead we showed up and everyone was walking around just standing there!Angie Gil⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Oh wait it was a long wait to see dr. perona he is a great doctor I almost left before I got to see him because the receptionist was so rude she called me up 17 different times to the window insisted my insurance was no good even though it was made me call them and of course they told me it was fine ask me if I had Medicaid Medicare wasn’t sure she told me I should know what kind of insurance I have but when your husband don’t let you get involved anything you don’t know anything then she acted like I was just the biggest pain in her butt treated me so poorly it’s like she was trying to run people away from the doctor not bring them in so look out for the receptionist which one it is shouldn’t be hard to figure out she’s absolutely miserable and tries to make everyone around her Miserable as welltammy stachowiak⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have been going to this hospital for 20 yrs and I have never had a bad experience. They have always tried my family and me with the utmost respect.Brittany SteinbachDo not choose this hospital to deliver your baby. I received horrible service from several nurses in the OB department and from Dr.Whatcott. Required to have a c-section from unknown doctor who took 2 hours to complete a simple surgery. Given the flu while in the OB with a new born baby and sent home to suffer. My whole experience at this hospital sucked.Connie Kohl⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI Was Born at this hospital 51 years ago and they took really good care of my mother and me when I was born. thank you ST. MARGRETS HOSOPITAL..THANK YOU YOU HELPED BRING ME INTO THIS WORLD. CONNIE LEE KOHL (HALL) ( Evanston,, WYOMING)Dotty McKinney⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey have always taken good care of my husband when I took him with heart problems. Plus the ER was very clean and the nurses and staff helped out as much as they could.Angel RodriguezI dont remember this hospital but I was born in this hospitalMarlena Johnson6 hour wait in ER with special needs son, no help was given. Asked for help got no help left without help.Stan AnthonyTerrible Hospital. They demand payment when you register even if you have insurance. Also it is a dirty place.
