Shay⭐️⭐️Just recently moved to the area I decided to go to st Mary’s Livonia. Well all Was a waste of my time. The doctors were nice but said they couldn’t do anything for me and to follow up with my pcp… after I already said I went and seen her two weeks before and she said if it gets worse go to the er . Patiently waited for labs for over 3 hours and asked the nurse if I could get some pain meds not talking about strong stuff.. Tylenol something…asked twice and she said she would ask doctor… next thing I know I was discharged bc there wasn’t nothing they could do for me… never again. I will drive that extra 30 min to the hospital I have always used. Ps.. I will admit my tech was a very nice older gentleman that acted like He truly cared to keep making sure me and my husband were okay.A St Went here on request of urgent care doctor for suspicion of blood clot, which is a potential life threatening situation. I arrived at 2:30pm and was told it would be quick for an ultrasound due to the concern. Much later, waiting, I was told it wouldn’t be until 4:30pm for my ultrasound. Around 5:30pm and after being rudely disregarded when i asked when my test would be multiple times, I went up for the ultrasound (I was led to believe that someone forgot about me and the test) where i waited in the hallway. It wasn’t until 7pm when i got my positive clot results and was discharged (4.5-5 hours later). The physicians and residents were good but the remainder of the staff left more to be desired, they were extremely rude. I am an ICU Nurse at another facility and so my expectations are not high, just to the standard that I expect of myself and that of all health care persons. For over 3 hrs and never got seen.
