Andrew Bumbernick⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe ER staff was friendly, provider was knowledgeable. Later in OB we had another great bunch of staff members take care of us. Was nice to have caring people on such a bad day.Mr EverythingThis hospital keeps expanding but doesn’t seem to care who they hire. The staff is about get you in and out ASAP. I have been attending this place for over 20 years as it’s the only hospital/ER in my area. They never seem to care or run any kind of helpful testing. They are known for not caring about their patients.Dena SwordI have a lot of pain and doctor said he can see that after he reviewed my ct scan and he said he couldn’t help me but with a couple of tramadol thx Doug ducey for leaving people in pain and suffering I would also leave less than a star if I could. Will go to Valley next time. Patient advocates was quick to my complaint. But don’t go here.Phyllis Lundyworst healthcare experience of my life. Er visit today with upper respiratory issues and asthma. I’ve treated myself at home for almost two weeks with little relief. Since I’m 71 and live alone, I thought I should be seen by a physician. I waited over an hour to be triaged and then the triage nurse/person told me it would be another 3-4 hr wait due to a new “system”. I told her I couldn’t sit and wait that much longer today….sick people don’t feel good enough to sit in uncomfortable chairs with a stupid TV show blairing in the room that long. She said ok, you can leave. So I did. About an hour after getting home I got a phone call from the ER saying I needed to come back to get my ID and finish paperwork! I told her I didn’t feel up to driving back today but would come in tomorrow morning. She put me on hold to confer with someone and then told me my ID would be turned over to security and I would need to find a security person when I came tomorrow. Would think the nurse or whatever her role was that told me it was ok to leave would’ve told me the process required for me to leave???:??? Rude, uncaring people.Kandy AshI will keep this short and to the point. Check the BOMEX website about your hospitalist at this hospital.ALBINA SYLAJ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent staff. I always have a good experience. I have to say thank you to NP Nickki I believe her name was, for taking such a good care of me at the ER last night.Mr.ParanormalDon’t go here if you’re dying they will send you home. You have a better chance of surviving by driving 3 hours to the valley to a better hospital. Dead serious.Rori Day⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The emergency room he is usually very busy efficient although you might wait a few hours. The staff nurses doctors and everyone who work and for hospitals are very friendly getting what the patient needs. The doctors are very knowledgeable they don’t listen very well to their patients however can be frustrating for patients The cafeteria staff is great the variety of foods is awesome. Friday at lunch time. Beer batter fish They have ice cream frozen yogurt, roasted chicken different vegetables and soups each day and the cafeteria staff receives to diet from your doctor they help assist you in maintaining that diet even though I don’t like most people in the medical profession the doctors nurses clinicians, staff, everybody works very hard so s the patient gets great Medical care even being 4 hours from the Valley.Hustlepuff 420Truly awful here. Brought my girlfriend to the emergency room with post pregnancy problems and had to wait for hours before even any talk of resolution. For them just to tell us there’s no anesthesiologist in the whole facility. On a Monday. At 4:30 pm. If I could give less than a star, I would.Micaela MartinI went in for kidney pain.went in at 4 and still sitting here 5 hours later and nothing !!no results from my test ! Iv had my nurse come in once and give me motrin! Watched my doctor and nurse walk around for hours but never said a word to me. This is the worst hospital iv ever been!! I’ll drive 4 hours away to Phoenix then spend another minute here .Martina HardingTheir labor and delivery is horrible and so rude I’m glad I’m going back home to TexasKitty Katt⭐️⭐️⭐️The public restrooms are scary here… ES needs to do more rounds in the ER areajj bassett⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent team!
