Sutter Davis Hospital Reviews

Before you go to Sutter Davis Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Davis emergency room think.

naghman afzal⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have visited ER few times, much much better as compared to neighboring cities, doctor with Spanish name(forgot his name)very humble kind and down to earth,ER thank youJuanita Polanco⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI grew up with Sutter and my mom and sister passed away there and we had excellent service.beatrice gomez My son has chronic asthma and we drove to Davis to get away from the smoke from the fires in Sonoma county. I was told to ask for a small I 95 mask for him as the ones they sell at hardware stores are too large for a child. I came here hoping they could sell me one and they turned my child away and told me to go to his primary care provider. I told them they were closed due to the evacuations and power outages. They basically said that isn’t our problem and we can’t help him if he isn’t our patient. I was willing to pay to be seen and buy the masks and they turned a small child with asthma away! This is very disappointing!Dj Aman It took them 3 hours to just tell me that my ankle is not broken Imad Luqman We came here because my daughter attend UC Davis. We registered at 6:00pm and now it is 1:00am and we are still here. My daughter waited 3 hours for ultrasound. After that, they said 1/2 hour fit the result which more 2 hours. Very slow!Janice Park If you are in Davis, don’t waste your time here and go to Dignity Health ER in Woodland. The nurses here, the doctors here will treat you horribly, I don’t know if they only do it to everyone, but personally I had a horrible experience with their lack of insight and refusal to treatment. They were so rude to everyone I witnessed and to me. I was so surprised by the nurse yelling, and the doctor walked out of the ER Room mid-discussion because I refused to believe I just have stomach problems, because I had my whole face numb, throat, ear, and chest pain but no stomach pain. They said they won’t do any blood test on me, or anything. I wasn’t yelling or crying but the nurse said “YEAH YOUR SYMPTOMS? ANXIETY CAN DO THAT”. I completely wasted my copay there. The next time, I went to the Woodland Dignity Health Memorial ER. They checked up on me so often, ran every necessary tests on me, and made sure my symptoms were stabilized before I went home in 3 hours :’). Because of the lack of treatment from Sutter, my symptoms worsened and had to go to the ER again for a heart condition. Thank you Sutter!! Go to Woodland. Sutter ER Does NOT deserve 3.4 stars at all.Olga Ruelas I would like to make a comment about your staff in evening shift I went to take my little daughter and we got there we was served by a nurse Michelle and she was very rude to us I sense right a way a very negative attitude to us the way she acted and treated us I also asked for an interpreter and she act very bad and slammed the phone she acted like din’t wanted to be there like she was having a very bad there my baby had dawn síndrome and sometimes my little girl don’t tell me right away when she need to have her needs so she had a little accident and I didn’t have the chance to take her to the bathroom right a way jus right before we got there and she even pointed that to me her expression was “ you see how she pee on her pans” I feel really bad about that but an fortunately I wasn’t in my house when this emergency happened to us emergencies are like that just happens so we run to hospital to get treated like this by this nurse Michelle I am so disappointed so is the rest of the people of my family and the love one the are close to me and my baby girl. I just like to point the a am not talking about everybody else in the hospital just in especificly this nurse Michelle the rest of the people the come to us was so nice and beautiful to us am not the type of person the those this type of comments ever but am still hurting about that so whenever happens something to me I deal with that but when something about my kids is a not not not so this is not right hope hospital does something about this so for a future visitors doesn’t go true this type of experienced ever again.Basu Dhakal⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBiggest Hospital in Davis.Emergency Services and Birth Center.Comunicare at the North Lot.Brantlee Griffith Sutter ER was the worst experience I had at a hospital. The facility is not equipped to handle the needs of the community; there was not enough staff or rooms to accommodate all the patients, and the wait time to see a doctor was much longer than it should have been with an emergent matter. In addition, staff was dismissive and not friendly towards patients. Despite the severity of the issue, they played it off as no big deal and refused to run any tests. Instead, they made assumptions about her mental stability, which I found appalling. We went twice, and both were bad. Next time, she had to go to a different ER because her physical symptoms worsened. They actually listened and did not make assumptions. We will never come back here.Jillian S⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAbsolutely incredible and caring staff! Prompt and efficient service, very unlike any other ER. I really cannot say enough good things about this place.Monicum Guzzlr⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGoing to the ER is never fun! However, the staff here most of the time, tries to make your experience pleasant as possible. Last night was there for an extremely long time due to all the tests they wanted, which didn’t bother me at all for I wanted to know the reason behind all the pain I’ve been having. Last nights doctor was very amazing, took the time to listen and evaluate every possibility that could be wrong and in the end came to a clear diagnosis. nurse was very nice and they followed up with me this morning to see how I’m doing. Very awesomeRyan Connelly My recent visit was nothing like everyone else who’s been here. It was miserable and if I could put negative stars I would. First of all, there was a nurse or doctor lady who was walking around in a crop top with her big belly hanging out and drug addicted looking face walking around. I brought my girlfriend because we thought she could have had a hematoma in her brain from a severe head injury. No one cared. We got there at 7 pm and didn’t get seen by a doctor until well past 10pm and didn’t leave until after 130am. He was too handsy with my girl for no reason at all. Completely unessesary unprofessional gestures from the male nurses. I was there for a total of 5 and a half hours, I got to speak with a doctor for 10 minutes and never saw him again. After having to constantly wait for everyone with my girlfriend having a terrible headache, nothing ever happened. And at the very end of it, the doctor didn’t even come back to discuss the ct scan results, he typed it out on a piece of paper that half of the sentences were unfinished, spelling errors out the ass. She then got prescribed nothing for the pain she’s been in, instead, she got prescribed Xanax for no reason, I know what it’s used for and it is not for pain. The room we were placed into also still had the previous patients trash everywhere. All in all, this was a terrible experience. I’d suggest going to a different hospital.M Culb Every time I’ve been to this ER the front desk nurses are rude, unprofessional, not empathetic, and snobby. I threw up on the floor and the nurse told me to clean it up and that I was disgusting. Another time a nurse told me my issue wasn’t her problem and I’ll see a doctor later. They also take 3 hours to see you.
