Temple University Hospital Reviews

Before you go to Temple University Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Philadelphia emergency room think.

S Bruchbocker We only came here b/c my husband is a patient at Temple Cancer Center. For some reason we thought he would get better care here as opposed to a local ER. They couldn’t even find his chart! This despite all his Dr.s being Temple docs. Very rude to family as well, just whisked my husband away without telling me why or what .they were going toRamon Hamlett⭐️⭐️You get here you have to go thru weapon detector atlease security is very kind. but than you go no further than the door where you stand in line to speak with someone that everyone else can hear all your business, and he has a mask on as if something in the air. after waiting here after 15 minutes I left the hospital. someone need to review how this hospital treats the residents/patient of Philadelphia seems the only ones to treat well is police officers and young children.CWIZ US Today I felt a sharp chest pain and I wanted to make sure that I don’t have a heart attack. I usually go to another hospital for emergencies, but today and sue to the severity of pain, knowing that I had some heart issues, I decided to go to Temple ER because it is close to my home. After checking my vitals I was instructed to sit in the waiting area until I would be called to see a doctor. The waiting room was almost full when I arrived, it is extremely slow process to be called in to see a doctor, some people got irritated, some even left without being seen. As for me it is almost 4 1/2 hours since I came to the ER and I am still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen as if no one cares how much pain I have, maybe they are waiting until I pass out or stop breathing to have me seen by a doctor!!!Shay O Extremely slow!! People that came in after me was being seen before me. Then my name was called like a hour ago and I was told to sit right there. Well, I’m still sitting. Long wait for no reason!!Lisa Weaver I gave a 1 because you can’t give a zero. Never Never again. Waiting for a room for over 8 hours!MsFragileleft⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI brought my son in for a broken wrist. Very fast and courteous staff members. You could be the only person waiting in for ER and they never call you. Also, security threw out my personal item for no reason.Salahudin Muhammad⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy favorite hospital. The staff is amazingBeautyBySarahV Terrible place. Was waiting for 7 hours. Rude workers.uneak josey I came to the ER due to a severe car accident I was not seen until three hours later. I complained of chest pains and they did nothing no chest X-ray or cat scan for my head nothing just a prescription for Motrin smh.Salimah Jackson The wait is terrible !! They won’t see you unless you literally pass out or die in the waiting room. It’s dirty and they have no kind of sympathy for the clients !! Customer service is rude and don’t take you serious even if you were dying they wouldn’t care. I will never go again! Don’t even waste your time here like me. Just go to a better hospital like chestnut hillShakeena Jones I had me sitting in the waiting area for 2 hrs. They don’t care about the fact I’m 12 weeks pregnant and in pain
