Hafza Khan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest hospital and best doctors I have ever experienced in my life. They way each and every staff member treated me in this hospital for a sec I thought I am dreaming.Such a nice staff can’t exist in real. I went to hospital in extreme pain. They found out that I am pregnant with ectopic pregnancy.Got my surgery done and sent me home same day.I really can’t thank enough the stuff. My prayers and I thoughts will always be with you guys.God bless ya all.LorraineOn 2/5/2020 during the hours of 8am and 2pm, my child went to Brooklyn hospital emergency for respiratory treatment and it was the most disgusting place ever. The staff was so inattentive and unprofessional. They were actually talking about their personal lives and how they are supposed to be doing other stuff and not taking xrays. I just can’t believe this hospital went down so bad.Miss OronsI’m only giving one star because it was the only option available. This hospital is horrible and should be closed down . Came in with excruciating pain and never got seen by triage or anyone. When I asked the triage nurse when I would be seen she stated that she was busy at the moment. I can’t even begin to explain horrible this hospital is. You could walk in die and the staff would sit gossiping as they do.nikki dupreeWorst hospital ever. Sent me home with gas medication when I was throwing up blood. Had to go to another hospitalAna HernandezHorrible emergency room. 12 to 15 hour wait for bed upstairs. I was tired and said to the PCA I need a fall hazard band for my mom and that I was gonna go home to rest. She said she needs to be watched I said this is a hospital she said we are short staffed. The same lady handed a man a pee cup in the middle of the floor when I said something she closed my mom curtain.Bi Algalal⭐️⭐️To the hospital administration there is a laboratory neglect there is a lack of commitment in working hours. The lab does not have anyone working hours of the day and most of the times not availableNia BlessittWould not suggest visiting this hospital. To begin with this hospital is very noisy – the last time I visited someone was pretending to throw up and making extremely loud noises, the entire emergency room could hear him – this happened continuiosuly for two hours. The second time I visited (three months later) there was a person in the emergency room who keep screaming about needing a cigarette (for 30 minutes), a person screaming that the police were trying to attack him, and a person talking loudly on the phone. In all of these instances – the staff handled these people with disregard and attitude. In terms of my sistuation- after asking nurses to find a calmer and more comfortable way to draw blood from me (they were trying to find a vain but in each one no blood came out) they got offended and ignored me for the rest of my time there, I asked my doctor to give me my blood results when I left and she (of course never did), I didn’t see a doctor until I was in the emergency room for 45 minutes – although I was the only person in the emergency room for 30 minutes, and nurses did not give me my medicine (second dose) until about 50 minutes after my doctor requested it I beg of you DO NOT GO. DO NOT GO, save yourself, your time, and your emotional well being.Jonathan BumbleI would avoid this place if possible. In October 2017, the emergency room personnel failed to properly address my situation, allowing me to fall into an emergency diabetic situation…. in the waiting room!!, where I further injured myself. At the time, Saturday 9AM….they were not busy; there was only one other patient waiting, and I had already filled out paperwork alerting staff that I was Type 1 and was a Diabetic in trouble.. This emergency room provides inadequate care for patients in an emergency. Because of this, I further injured my dislocated shoulder, and now possibly because of this situation will require surgery…. I blame the emergency room front-desk staff & personnel for not attending to me properly. I have more info if anyone is interested…..T’iajuana Tee-TeeTRAIGE NURSES ARE MOVING LIKE SNAILS! USUALLY I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 2 HOURS WITHIN SEEING TRAIGE AND THE DOCTOR BUT TODAY I AM WAITING ALREADY ONE HOUR IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND HAVE NOT BEEN TRIAGE YET ALONG WITH 7 OTHER PATIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN HERE OVER 2 HOURS AND ALSO HAVE NOT BEEN TRIAGE. I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS STAFF TO ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BECAUSE THIS IS INSANITY. PLUS WHEN YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION THE GET SMART AND NASTY WITH THE DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE LIKE THEIR TALKING TO CHILDREN!!!! HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE SERVICES WILL BE BETTER BIT FOR RIGHT NOW EVERYONE IN TRIAGE NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED TODAY 12/05/2017 4:40pm. I GIVE THEM A RATING LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!!Hannah MorrisonHeed the reviews. It’s like the Hotel California. Not the nice parts, just that they’ll never let you leaveNathaniel Cuadrado⭐️⭐️They killed me im dead right now texting fro m my grave oh Lorddino manEmergency room is horrible.I go in agonizing pain only to be given a pain pill that doe’snt work and to be told they have a shortage of medications.!Shortage of pain medications????? for that I stay home and take an aleve. when I was finally admitted they said the same thing upstairs, short on meds!! what kind of hospital is this that they send you home still in pain ,no IV when clearly I need hydration. It’s terrible and unacceptable to be treated that way.I guess their protocol is go home and die. You will be sued for many unprofessional talking to the patients and lying to them as well. horrible!!!!Hanebal ElmahdiVery bad service and no one care for the patient if he have pain they will let you wait until 4 hours just for taking a scan pic it’s horrible don’t go there even if you feel so pain they will let you wait and they will ignore you
