J A Okura⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ER check in line was long – one staff member checking patients in – but were taken back right away once that was completed. Rooms are spacious and modern and staff is great. Dinner was a problem. Au Bon Pain Cafe Bakery advertised they were open until 9 PM every day. Thursday night at 8:45 PM they were closed. Friday night at 8:30 PM they were closed. Saturday night at 8:00 PM they were closed. Bistro 1889 (the hospital’s cafeteria) is open as advertised, but most of the specialty dining stations (pizza, deli, Mexican grill) close at 7 PM. Nothing was open Saturday night at 8 PM except the vending machines.Adam Jarboe⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent last night with severe back pain impairing my ability to walk. I was taken straight back to a room and attended to almost immediately. Dr. Boyer and the RNs Heather and Sarah, as well as the PCA Jessica were all phenomenal! Highly recommend and will make the 40 minute drive from Batavia if I ever need Emergency Care again! Thank you!Melisssa gertzDr Joseph n Nurse Gwen treated me the worst I ever been treated in my life and I am talking to my uncle who is a lawyer about discrimination….dont go there they are worst ever ..if you value your health go to Bethesda North they found my small intestine to be thickening and this could be found months ago im still sick but hey Dr Joseph knows everything and wont listen or care just judge you by his standards and hersMac 4g52I worst hospital experience I have ever had. The Dr. Fritzpatrick was in a bad attitude and was not attentive to medical issues. He was judgemental because of my looks.Shelly Byrne⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my dad here after he fell at home. They were excellent, cheery, and took great care of my dad. Gwen, Dr. Joseph and all rest of staff were sweet and accommodating, tori StewartMy husband has been sick for 2 months. They’re telling us that he has non- alcoholic fatty liver disease, which can become serious if left untreated. He has seen a ridiculous amount of doctors, and nobody seems to care that he’s in so much pain that sometimes he can’t talk. We decided to take him to The Christ Hospital ER last night in the hopes that they would do something that St. Elizabeth wouldn’t, but they did absolutely nothing. We waited 4 WHOLE HOURS in the waiting room, and watched as they took people that arrived after us back to a room that were complaining of minor aches and pains. So much for triage taking the most severe cases first… When we finally got to a room, we were disgusted. There was trash all over the floor, some of which had blood on it, and it looked like nothing had been cleaned for a week. And to make matters worse, there were nurses standing around the hallways talking and making jokes! The doctor finally came in and explained to us that there was nothing he could do. I’m sorry, DO YOUR F***ING JOB! He is in so much pain!! He’s pale, sweating, can hardly talk, and you can’t do anything??? I call bulls***!!! Then you tell us that he can’t be admitted because you don’t want to run a bunch of tests and he doesn’t have any serious issues. HE HAS A LIVER CONDITION THAT’S ONLY GETTING WORSE!!! I refuse to sit back and watch the love of my life die because you’re too lazy to do your jobs! I will be blowing up social media, Google, and your phones with this story. And if he dies, his blood is on your pathetic hands.Mc GuyI have been waiting for over 3 hours. I am tired and going home. Probablu will never come back.Angie WMy Grama was sent here by her Doctors office and we have been sitting here for almost 3 hours. They have taken everyone that was sitting here when we walked in and EVERYONE that has come in after her. I know what that means, she is not considered an ememergency. I asked the lady in front why we were sent here if she is not an emergency. She would not answer. She just kept saying “I am so sorry” over and over. Hey lady, that doesn’t answer my question.Ida VeasleyThis review is only for The ER on Mon May the 27th. It takes me quite a bit of time to get dressed to leave the house. I’m in a lot of pain and have lung disease. So when I took the trip to Christ yesterday, I was in pretty bad shape. I felt the here we go vibe right off hand. You know the “suuure she’s in pain”. Hooked me up to the monitors, threw me a Norco and disappeared. But I knew once the xrays came back, they’d see something was wrong. I came to the er because the night before I coughed, felt a pop, could barely move and was in pain. Well I was told by Dr. Timothy Fitzpatrick that everything was normal. That it was good news and I was lucky to get to go home. He tossed me a couple lets just get her out of here meds, and left me sitting there. I was confused, embarrassed, humiliated. I left the way I came, in pain. No taken serious.Beloved DaughterWaited for 3 hours (while waiting and suffering I got to hear the dr and the nurses discuss their favorite shows on Netflix they had been binge watching in the hall) for the dr to tell me “unless I had cancer or I was dying he couldn’t help me”. Then got charged $1200 for literally nothing. Go somewhere else where doctors actually care about patients.kevin oconnor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedChrist hospital is awesome all the nurses and the CAT scan people are all great I wish I could remember her name thank you for helping me In my time of need thank God for a Professional hospitalhospitalKoko BangzThey gave me meds that they know I’m allergic to CVS knows they should too especially since it WAS the only hospital I went to then would not change the meds unless I came back which meant another 600 out my pockets money hungry leechesAngela⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe doctors and nurses were amazing at this facility.
