Teneha B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCan I just tell you about the TOP NOTCH treatment I received here during my time of illness and discomfort. Well, the start was in the lobby at the front desk. The sweet lady asked my name & complaint. We continued this line of conversation, and she then directed me to the examination room & intake area. I was instructed to give a urine sample & have and seat in the waiting room, to which I did. After having a seat, I noticed a mobile phone charging unit on the wall. There were iphone & android chargers… What a novel idea. The continued process was just as seemless & the care takers were EVER SO SWEET, CONSIDERATE, INFORMATIVE & CARING. I mean, I get it, they were doing their job, but the kindness was well beyond “just doing a job”. While, I don’t want to return anytime soon, if I had to make an emergency stop in to an ER Department, this is where I’d be.Mysteria TrueDo not go here they are very rude disrespectful and malpractice . I advise anyone who visits to put they phone on record and expose the way medical proffesional treat patients even patients like me who was being very RESPECTFUL and Polite despite the pain I was in simply wanting to figure out what was going on with my body. From this point on any hospital walk into I will put my phone on record before entering.Katie Henderson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI wasn’t in the ER. We were visiting a family member admitted to the hospital. The doctors seem very knowledgeable. Overall we are satisfied with the help we have received so far. They need more rooms for family members who are admitted to the hospital for unforseen circumstances who live 5 hours away instead of just for people who know ahead of time for surgery. Everyone has been very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable, especially front desk security Lee. I hope we don’t ever have to come back but if we were sent here again we’d be happy.aliensarereal90The nurses are extremely rude and the place is absolutely terribleNellena MartinI’ve always had positive experiences until 2/1419. I visited the Orthopedic department for xrays only to be looked over and watch other patients who arrived after me be seen. Once the very professional MA noticed I hadn’t been seen and inquired I was more afraid for my life than being seen. Racism has reached New heights ,I’m advising African Americans to seek treatment elsewhere for your safety and we’ll being. I personally don’t trust Tulane Hospital anymoreDebbie Tye⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI dont understand all the bad reviews this hospital has gotten. I just left the emergency room and had the best experience ever. From walking in the door until I left every person was amazing. I was treated like a person and not a number. I like all the security this hospital as well. You are buzzed in the doors and security checked. I’m very impressed with the speed of treatment. This hospital is well run with amazing doctors and nurses!!! I saw other reviews complaining about the waiting room and being treated there. I would rather sit in the waiting area and be comfortable watching TV, than stuck in a room on a uncomfortable bed. Yes its wierd to have them come up and medicate you while sitting there, but not a huge deal.debra rodriguez⭐️⭐️Treating you in the hallway. Nurse practitioner. No doctors. Charging you for ER RIOOM though. And took my five year old granddaughter for fractured foist. Treated her in waiting room too. Unreal. Weren’t really busy. But don’t put you in a room. People with flu just get a mask go put on.. go to NOE HOSPITAL. REAL CARE.Melissa JonesI went to er for an absest on my gums and I was treated like I was a druggie made me feel really unwelcome there so I left without being treated I will never go back there I will not recomend anyone going thereImogene CargoDO NOT GO HERE. FOR ANYTHING!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU SUFFER FROM A MENTAL DISABILITY. Dr. B. Madison is so unprofessional and doesn’t care about her patients. She let a woman suffering from antidepressant withdrawal that was making her anorexic and resulting in fainting spells and seizures walk out of the ER with nothing after promising to help her get her meds when actually they had no intention of helping and instead of giving her her paxil script they decided to prescribe her heavy anxiety meds that are a controlled substance but refused to fill an antidepressant that isn’t a controlled substance and lied and told the woman she could go across the street and get an appointment the next day when actually they weren’t accepting new patients for 8 weeks… Worst experience ever. Now the woman who they turned away is in the hospital after fainting on her walk home and getting severely hurt. This hospital is negligent and a nightmare DO NOT GO HERE. Akatrina swantonAbsolutely the worste place for care . Would give no stars ..
