Twin Cities Hospital Reviews

Before you go to Twin Cities Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Niceville emergency room think.

Sue Brooke⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone from the ER to the floor personnel were very nice, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. It’s a nice smaller facility with the ability to do what needs to be done to get you well and home. I was impressed as I actually live 500 miles away and had a fall. The doctors, nurses, techs, aides, etc. were all great. Better experience than in the larger hospitals where I live.Evelyn Byrd⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis was the first time I have been to the Surgery Clinic. It was an absolute great experience due to the employees and the clinic atmosphere. Everyone was caring, compassionate, efficient and fast. The clinic was spotless! Kudos to all. Keep up the great work!linda harper⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy experience was great at Twin Cities. The entire staff worked beautifully together. They made me feel safe and comfortable. When I ask questions they made sure I understood and was satisfied. It was also very clear they were in communications with Dr. Ruttig, who also is great above and beyond. Keep the good service ongoing.sandi capra⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe ER was wonderful and truly saved my life. Cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to the wonderful doctors and nurses who quickly diagnosed my condition and started my treatment. I had a very short wait and they have both a nurse and a doctor in triage. Highly recommend.John Edward⭐️⭐️Speedy service but… Release my 8yr old with antibiotics, next day ended up going to Pensacola children’s sacred heart hospital and diagnosed with twisted intestines, white cell blood count below 2. And am currently waiting for surgery… Doctor here say if we waited another day he would be DEAD!! Nurses Need to go back to school.Linda Umbarger⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe people that I’ve met have all been exceptional. Kind, considerate, and caring. What more can you ask of health care providers? I felt like they saw me as a friend as well as a patient.Lori⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy ER and hospital by choice. I have never received bad care. The PAs in ER are fantastic. The Nursing staff in ER and on floor are top notch. This is a smaller hospital, but the quality of care is much better then I have ever received in larger hospitals. I recommend to everyone.Renee Cochran⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff were friendly & helpful and I only had to wait a few minutes before the technician was ready for my mammogram. She was very kind & considerate about my comfort and quickly put me at ease. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Twin Cities Women’s Health & Imaging to my friends.Jessie Hovatter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTwin Cities Hospital is the nicest and friendliest hospitals I know. You know that your care and comfort is important to them. Every member of the staff shows their concern for your health. This may be one of the smaller hospitals in the area but they have the biggest heart! If I should have the need I will choose Twin Cities Hospital in the future!Celyna Wade⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe brought our almost two year old son here, he was not feeling well. They were extremely caring and helpful. Ran multiple test and gave him an in with fluids and an anti oniony in to start treating him quickly. They made an ER visit worth it.CHAOSNCHECK T⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIn for a hip replacement. Spent just one night but the entire experience with Twin Cities was positive; from the pre-op visit to the day of surgery, to recovery. All of the nurses who helped me were great but a particular shout out to Jami one of my night nurses and to Drew the Physical Therapist.Statia McNeese⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad some lab work done. The check-in process was quick, efficient and professional. The lab had several people waiting, but the employees were very efficient in attending to each person. The blood draw was painless.M.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWhatever they are doing, management all the way down to the techs, keep it up! We were previously at Sacred Heart & hsd a terrible experience & had to go back so we picked Twin Cities…it was night & day! The nurses & on call doc gave excellent patient care! Sacred Heart/Ascension could learn from this model!Robin Garriga⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy visit to Twin Cities Lab was fine. Couteous person greeted me in lobby and nice individual checked me in and directed me to the lab. Lab was painless. I was in and out.Leslie Maddocks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone in this hospital is caring, efficient and instill confidence in the patient that they are professional. I also like that it is a fairly small hospital and you are treated like a person not a number.Donna Gibson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to go to the ER this morning and chose Twin Cities. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out I was treated with respect and care. The entire staff was so good to me, they listened (which is what I felt no other hospital around really does), when they had to do a small procedure everything was explained to me before she done it. Thank you to everyone I encountered but I’m especially thankful to Laurie Daigle who took care of me. Thank you so much you are so appreciated by not only myself but my husband as well.Martha Dancy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very nice atmosphere. The staff was very kind and thoughtful. Quite accommodating to my needs and concerns. Thank you for a memorable experience. That’s my go to hospital as long as I am here. I was referred to them by a doctor that told when he or his family are sick that’s where he goes. And it’s clean.John Radke⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My operation and stay at Twin Cities was good. Admission and pre-opt went well. Dismissal was fast. The night crew was much faster responding than the day crew which I thought was different.Cynthia Phillips⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFANTASTIC Doctors, nurses and staff! The ICU nurses were so kind and loving to my dying father. And so sweet to me during this sad situation. WONDERFUL HOSPITAL!!!Mark Whittle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCustomer Service at front deck, Check-In, and Radiology is outstanding. I have never waited less time to be cared for and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.Ocie Baird⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAll went well. Nothing very complicated. Was seen promptly . Procedure completed quickly Interaction with all personnel was very pleasant.Lindsay Currie Hands down the worst hospital ever. I got there at 1230 with what seems like pneumonia – fever, severe cough with mucus, body aches, shortness of breath, etc. I sat there for THREE HOURS and never even got triaged… when I asked the lady up front if she knew roughly how much longer or if I was next, she said they do it but who is critical, which I understand. However, there were people eating candy and soda who got called back before me. One guy hurt his elbow and acted perfectly fine yet he was called before me. The lady at the desk was extremely rude too. Even though they have signs saying chest pain or difficulty breathing to let the front know, they clearly didn’t care. Awful service and awful employees.Cheri Davis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFriendly staff. No long wait! Definitely don’t want to go back but if I had to Twin Cities ER would be the place I would want to goRandall Anderson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to the ER for a kidney stone, and I could not have asked for better help. From the ER to the OR and Recovery, the experience was more than I could have hoped and asked for, other than not having a kidney sone. Thank you, and I would recommend Twin Cities Hospital to all.Gwen Hornsby⭐️⭐️⭐️I wanted to make an earlier appointment for my annual mammogram than Sacred Heart could accommodate for me and that is why I went to Twin Cities Hospital Women’s Center. My first impression was not a good one when I walked into the office and the carpet had stains all over it in the lobby/sitting area and the entire place had a feeling of being shabby, old and worn out I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment and expected to wait that 15 minutes but I waited another 5-10 minutes after appointment time and then one of the ladies that had been sitting behind the counter the entire time that I had been there (with her back to the window), got up from the desk, stretched and said “ok Mrs. Hornsby are you ready?” – yup I had been ready for 25 minutes while she was just sitting there as the 2nd lady was the one greeting patients/clients, getting forms signed and taking money etc. – I don’t understand the point of that at all – was she napping? The room to change out of my clothes had nothing to put my removed clothes and purse into nor a place to lock them up so I took them with me and she said I should have just left my “stuff” in that open (only a curtain) room – that didn’t feel like a safe environment for valuable purses etc. to be left. Overall I was not impressed at all – I think a decision maker on your board should visit the Olsen Women’s Center at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast and see how clean it is and how efficiently that place is run.Lynn Routhier⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff was professional and courteous. Registration was quick and efficient. My comfort and concerns were foremost for the technician and I was kept well informed throughout my testing. Will always go to TCH for my needs.Virginia Meeker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As always, my recent visit was smooth as I signed in and proceeded to the next level. There is no need to go through my latest visit to Twin Cities Hospital as it was handled, as ‘usual by well trained, ever courteous staff who responded to my needs. Thank you again for the care I received once again.Shannon Anderson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey were all outstanding. Did not talk down to me as some other places. They also did a follow call to make sure I was doing ok.Paul Junior⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe vista was good and went well just waiting on the results…from last wensaday had the had the front and rear done but havent heard anything yet …Healing Paws for Warriors⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They were having a bad day. Check in slower but efficient as always, lab area disorganized and chatting among themselves while people waited, xray was good and quick. Labs not the norm for TC.GMP⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedER visit and two-day stay for Dad ER team was fantastic…medically professional, friendly, caring and sincere. Dr Rich Hughes and Nurse Isabella treated my Dad supremely well. After being moved to a room, Nurse Alexis and Dr Cunningham also treated my Dad magnificently and me too, duriing a difficult time. Everyone supporting them I encoutered was caring and professional. Thank you. GregPatricia Grim⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTwin Cities Hospital is the best hospital I’ve ever been in! Excellent Doctor’s, equipment, staff, etc. TAKE ME TO TWIN CITIES HOSPITAL ALWAYS!!!Judy Wendel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIf you Can love being in a hospital, then chose this Super Special Hometown place. Every Person that is involved with this Hospital is a professional, that wants to put your needs (or wants) first. Besides all of that, the Food is good. Don’t hesitate!Jacqueline Bell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe care I received while I was in Twin cities hospital was wonderful all nurses , doctors were very professional and caring and made me feel comfortable, I had everything I needed I know they went over and above what they were expected to do and I am so thankful for that. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go.Thank you to all the wonderful nurses and doctors at the hospital. All the staff that works there were great, again Thankyou all so much. Jacqueline Bell.Michael Maxwell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEvery staff member I encountered while hospitalized acted very professionally and compassionately.Rebecca Hollenbaugh⭐️⭐️⭐️I like going to Twin Cities to get labs drawn or other tests because the people are so nice and everything gets done in a timely manner. However, it takes forever for my Doctor to get the results sent to the office. I see the results on the patient portal within a day or two. Recently I noticed several of my labs were abnormal and when I didn’t hear from my doctor I called them and was told that they haven’t received any results from Twin Cities. It’s now been over a week later and they still haven’t received the results. This is not the first time this has happened. I had Labs drawn in May and I saw the results on the patient portal and all was normal so I didn’t think anything about it when I did hear from my Doctor. Recently when I saw him and told him my last results were normal he looked on my chart and said he never even received those results. Why is it my job to call Twin Cities to find out why my results are not being sent to my doctor?Anna Arnold⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was so happy to have chosen Twin Cities for my emergency care. All the staff were awesome and so friendly and helpful. My visit was quick and less than 2 hours I was out of there and that included xray and 2 CT scans. The PA Laurie was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was pleasant and asked questions and genuinely concerned over my well being. I will be sure to use this hospital if I ever need help again.Susan De Garmo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone I came into contact with, from admissions to discharge and all in between were the best of the best. Everyone took very good care of me. Thank you!Gail Bortner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFriendly and knowledgeable administrator staff Health care providers are superb—superior Follow up texts and phone calls asking how I was doing. What more can I say? Oh, yes the cleanliness of the facilities in the waiting room and awaiting for the procedures. Okay more thing…everyone appeared to love their job. Well done TCH Conni Foxworthy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff, from sign in to nurses and doctors! I always go to Twin Cities Hospital when possible and have always felt well cared for!Dan Clark⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCouldn’t have asked for better care. Katie and the other nurses on my care team made my routine stress free! I’ll be back for another procedure this week, and am looking forward to it!Bill Thaler⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI came for an A-Fib attack and was immediately taken in at the ER. My care was top rate, and much appreciated. Special shout out to Dr Morobel and the nurses who took time to explain to me what was going on what options I should explore. Thanks for everthing.Phillip Polk⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas a little concerned about having Thyroid surgery at a smaller hospital but proved to be a great experience. The staff were professional, skilled and courteous. I absolutely would recommend Twin Cities Hospital.Kimberly Ramey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy care team in Pre-Op Kathy & Melissa were exceptional. Very nice and extremely professional and accomadating. I have special needs in which they had no problem making adjustments to their normal routine to allow me to be comfortable. They made me feel like a person and not just another patient. Sharon, Rachel and Thoni were the OR care team – not that I remember too much of them – what I do remember is that they were super nice as well. Twin Cities Hospital has an amazing staff. I would highly recommend this facility because of them…Bruce Sava⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedA great experience, well organized, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, with almost no waiting for anything.Tammy Kelch The pre-op staff were wonderful but then it was horrible after my surgery and stay in the hospital. The nurses were awful and incompetent. They do not check on you and do not respond timely when the call button was pushed. When I got to my room, the nurse hooked me up to the leg compressors but must not have turned them on. 6 hours later when I became more awake and aware of my surroundings after anesthesia, I noticed they were not squeezing my legs. So up to 8 hours after my surgery I did not have my compressors on that help prevent blood cots. I ousted the call button and I had to ask the nurse to turn them on. She then turned them in but just made excuses that I didn’t really need them instead of apologizing. Of course that was an error. Physical therapy did not come like they were supposed to while in hospital. The discharge process was a joke. A “charge nurse” came in and just read off a paper and said I could leave. No wheelchair, no assistance. I was left to use my walker to walk to the parking lot after having hip replacement the day prior. Most horrible experience ever. Discharged med without checking to see if I had walked enough with PT, learned how to get around properly, or even had if had a bowel movement before leaving. Dr Fox was the only good experience so If I have to have surgery again, it will NOT be at Twin Cities in Niceville. Horrible hospital.John Kirwin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEvery time I need to check in for anything everyone is very friendly. And who ever I have to see is extremely nice.Timothy Agius⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The hospital staff was awesome, I was cared for well and constantly checked on to ensure every thing went well. I rated a 4 only because of the screaming and yelling of the violent patient in the next room. I understand it’s not the staff’s fault, however I feel they could moved her to a less populated area of the hospital.Jamie Stewart Nurse had no bedside manners at all, I advised her the turniket was hurting my harm to the point I was in tears and she nonchalantly said “sorry gotta get blood”Enid Woodworth⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe ER is operated efficiently and quickly with patient care in mind!!!Gwynn Alcorn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad to get blood drawn, and I was so pleased to actually have someone who knew how to draw blood without hurting me. Thank you.Daniel Dickey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was very pleased with the care I received in the ER at Twin Cities hospital The staff was very caring and compassionateLinda Joubert⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff is real friendly and helpful. Fast service. Enjoyed experience. Will be going back.Donna Rice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas there for knee surgery and spent one night. From admission to discharge everything was great. The staff, from nurses, techs, dietary, housekeeping and the physical therapist were VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. My day shift nurse, Nikki, and my nightshift nurse, Brandon, were both GREAT!!!!!Carissa Shankle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGoing in for something that I was embarrassed of- anxiety and panic. I wasn’t going to go in but I had to at this point. 4 days of just pure misery. Even though they were swamped with patients, the lovely Ms. Daigle and her nurse Kate, really really helped me out. They still took amazing care of me while they had a million of other patients coming through. Anyone smart can be a doctor or a nurse. But these two ladies are the “unicorns” (lol) that are rare. Two women that actually GENUINELY care more about the patients and less about the money. They do an amazing job! They made time to show me I’m not alone and ways to get through all the loud background noise in my head. It’s been 4 days, I could’ve gone to white Wilson, I could’ve gone to sacred heart.. but there’s a reason why God brought me to Ms.Daigle thank you so so so much ladies. From checking in, to triage with this sweet man (I wish I remembered his name)… I’ll always be greatful for y’all. Everyone was so kindMarie Stills⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe doctor and nurses were excellent.Timothey Kennedy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWell organized & professional staff. I was treated very well by extremely knowledgeable technicians and subject matter experts. My compliments to the upper management officials of this facility. Keep up the great work!Mel Addison Dottie and Kim, at best, are inept, untruthful, unprofessional and uncaring. The Dr in charge of my friend’s care was as uninformative and cruel as Dottie and Kim. This hospital’s only concern is money, money and money. To be told by 3 different staff members that my friend had “the wrong kind of medicare” and that was why he was being discharged. This is patient abandonment at it’s finest. To get proper care drive over the midbay bridge to Sacred Heart or go west to Baptist. In my opinion and experience avoid this money grubbing group.Joseph Parker Youngblood⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had two back surgeries in 3 days. The staff was amazing. The nurses took really good care of me and made my stay more than comfortable. The entire staff, doctors, nurses, dieticians, etc were all so kind and caring. I’ve been treated by hospitals all over the world and I have to say this was the best experience. Thank you Dr. E, RN Kristen, RN Keila, RN Michelle, RN Holly, RN Chrissy, RN Alexis, RN Lissa, RN Matt, and anyone else who made my stay more comfortable. God Bless!Richard Konkolewski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSurgical Ward and OR staff were extremely professional and showed that the patients comfort was most important.G’ma Glows⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent expiernce all aroundRICHARD O’NEAL⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCheck in at business office and subsequent visit to lab were timely and pleasant. Thank you.Virginia Ryals⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️With all the drama going on concerning local ERs, I was pleasantly surprised with Twin Cities ER. I went there after getting in an accident. They were pleasant and showed concern for what had happened and what I was going through. I was in and out in no time. Although I was given a little something for pain before I left, I recommend some professional development in how people in pain act. Not everyone cries or gets hysterical when they are in great pain. Some have learned to breath and stay calm.Maria Rechichi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOmg the best in services. I finally got some real food and it was great! I had to be on a special diet but they made it extremely tolerable!. The great experience began in the Emergency room. I began a bit skeptical when I arrived the young men asking for my personal information was a bit rude with his responses but that was the last place I received a negative feeling and sarcasm. I was treated by ER Doctor and was treated with respected and great care. Stayed for 6 days started on September. It was a great experience though I was ill treatment was not the negative things I heard. The nurses were fantastic always on time when possible, the one nurse that worked very hard and treated me very very well was nurse Pulley, the dr was Herf plus 2 other very nice doctors. Just saw Dr Herf on 9/30/19 for a follow up. A complete package was given to me with appointments plus totally explained by Nurse Pulley. What can I say??? Not a negative experience at all. Oh also a visit by the food dietician with great advise also the Nurse Administrator. I have passed on this info to all my family and friends. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!!!.Bob & Donna Cushman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI couldn’t have asked for a more organized system for my recent surgery at Twin Cities, It made me feel very confident that I would be getting the best care possible. Everyone — and I mean everyone — from the receptionist to the doctors — were fantastic!Sally Dixon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe MOST Caring people in the world work for Twin Cities Hospital! I’ve had two surgeries there in the last two years and they are professional, friendly, capable and caring. This is who I trust for my medical care!Randall Schamberger⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAfter falling while working in the yard, I experienced a swelling in my left arm and hit my head in the grass when I fell. I went to the emergency room soon after and was ushered in to the examination room. The ER doctor stopped in to see me and immediately ordered an x-ray of my arm and a CT scan of my brain since I am on Coumadin for AFIB. They also checked my INR ( a measure of blood thinness). Within an hour, I had all the diagnostic tests performed an I was given a clean bill of health to go home. I have always been impressed with the quality and thoroughness of care I receive at Twin Cities Hospital. And the staff, from the techs to the doctors are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my healthcare needs.Ron Raite⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI rate my stay at Twin Cities Hospital 5 STARS! From check in to prep to procedure to recovery to check out. Everyone treated me kindly and kept me informed on what to expect. Very professional, yet they care about you also! I highly recommend Twin Cities Hospitalmrdeveault⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIn to the ER on Mon 7 Jun, admited to hospital later that day. Discharged on Thursday. All Employees were absolutey super friendly and totally professional. A very pleasant stay for a not so pleasant reason. ThanksGreg B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have an unfortunate habit of falling ill when on vacation, and have needed to visit a few different hospitals around the country over the last 10 years that were away from home. I can honestly say that my visit to Twin Cities blew away my expectations for both service and care!!! From the staff, the doctor, the timeliness of treatment, and the digital update board in the room that showed the progress of all the tests that were ordered for my care. They even offered me a 20% discount on my standard co-pay if I was willing to pay it up front rather than wait for the bill. I didn’t even ask, they just offered it!! Needless to say, I was completely blown away and impressed with everything about this hospital!Kerensa Slay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everything and everyone were fantastic except the person who handled the stress test. She was rude.Sara Carver⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedClean, professional and pleasant hospital. From beginning to end, ever person was great.R G Kuhn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent care.
