Joey Miller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedA very good hospital, emergency room can be packed. Had to be in a stretcher in a hallway until a room was available. There was also a delay getting a bed in the hospital, that sometimes happens. But they did above & beyond with me, thank you.Tiana Salgado⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGoing to the ER is never a fun thing to do, especially when it’s for something not “visible” but having a place that takes your concerns serious makes it much less stressful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and almost immediately brought back to be seen. During my few days admitted in the hospital I was extremely surprised at how well I was treated by everyone. It’s one thing to do your job but the doctors, nurses, food staff and even housekeeping always came in with a great attitude, a smile and if I wanted to share a quick conversation they welcomed it. My guests that came to see me were also treated just as well as I was. I am extremely happy with my decision to choose UM when I needed help.Silvia GonzalezMy name is Silvia Blanco. I went in to University of Miami emergency room today at 6:51 am and wasn’t taken inside till 10:30am after my sister called and gave a complaint about the long wait. After I was taken inside after the huge wait time I was seen by a Dr. Sara Jean Eletto DO who made a remark of how I pronounced Gilbert’s syndrome which I didn’t appreciate at all. Who is she to correct my pronunciation? Laying down in the hallway in a stretcher she took me to a room and performed a rectal exam and said I needed to go to a GI doctor for rectal bleeding (GI bleeding) which was what I came in with. Nothing resolved out of this visit pointless. She wasn’t at all interested in finding out what caused it or doing other tests. No other tests were performed and dispatched me out of there faster than I waited outside in the waiting room. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! DONT COME TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!!!!Rafael AreceVery poor patient compassion nurses are very rude i came in with gaut crisis in severe pain and not even a tylenol they gave me ill never visit this hospital againLuis Echeverri⭐️⭐️⭐️Good base personal,Kirstin team the best, but bad service’s for specialists,6 hours to show up and urologist poor resources for emergency patients, huge difference with anothers in um health facilitiesNikkea GaiterStop here for chest and back pain and was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I walk in it was only 1 person waiting to be seen. Left and went straight to Mount Sinai walked in and before I could sit down they were taking my vitals as the nurse was looking at my vitals she was talking to me. What a difference it make at another facility. They care UM don’t.Antonette FrazierWorst hospital EVEEEEEERRRRRChristopher Longsworth⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve been to many hospitals dealing with chronic back pain. I am absolutely shocked at the level of service and kindness I experiencing the University of Miami hospital last night when I rupture three of my tasks and came in off an ambulance that rushed to get me there. The nurses were absolutely phenomenal oh, very comforting and very attentive. Dr. Vanni is it really a professional who took the time of day to talk to me and walk me through the situation even though he was late for a family event and should not even have been on duty. what’s more is that you was also not supposed to be on duty on a Sunday give me your cell phone number, left his family event just to come check on me for an hour. this is unheard of with other hospitals especially with the neurosurgeons who tend to be ultra arrogant and self-obsessed. When this gentleman was talking to me I felt like a human being not like a child being spoken to. I will never go to another hospital as long as I’m in South Florida and I truly appreciate the kindness and service ever seen for the last 48 hours. My accident rendered mean in the worst pain of my life and I thank God for allowing me to end up in this hospital with these wonderful people.Erilyn Costa⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent in at 5am on a weekday so it was not busy at all. Every one here was super nice and very professional. From my RNs Ron and Henry, to my doctor, I was nothing but pampered during my stay and taken care of in a promptly manner.Mary Carmen GarciaIf I could just give Digna Sanchez zero star to at admission process I would be honor to give it. She can not think out of her box. It is like she had learned some lines to do The patient admission, but she doesn’t have any solving problems skills. Please, please, please train your people in order to be problem solving persons or at least a little creative The worse experience at UM.Moise⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIt’s goodcandy AndradeOn 04/03/18 I went to your emergency department for pelvic pain and uncontrollable bleeding. I had blood work done and a pregnancy test. After 45 min waiting this so called doctor came into the room and said that based on my last visit to the ER I had the same that she would give me 2 Tylenols and a Toradol injection for pain. I was in shock how can you go based on a visit that was 2 years prior and it was for pelvic pain for a procedure I had done??? I explained that to her and it didn’t seem relevant to her and informed her I was going to complain about her service and she answered” I can’t wait for it”. She didn’t even examined me or take any history. I got the Toradol injection and got discharged home after 10 min, with the same pain.Pascual AlvaradoWorst ER waiting time extremely loñgSandra P Quintero PEmergency Room the worst place to arrive in a real emergency staff the lousy my husband Ruben Mugica is a patient of UM with ALS although having a medical history was not admitted immediately even when he was screaming in pain and his vital signs were falling rapidly, finally I had to take him to Baptis in Kendall where he was admitted immediately and was operated for appendicitis Loida Lobaina⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery good
