Rona Nguyen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This is my very first time visiting this facility. I was skeptical due to the poor reviews, however; after my visit I am pleasantly surprised. Aside from the 1.5 hour waiting the lobby, it was a really positive experience. The RN and MD rendered excellent care. My needs were met and I was very impressed. What really blew me away was when the pharmacy delivered my prescription and explain everything to me about my medications. I would have rated a 5 stars if the wait in the lobby was a little shorter. The following day I received a call from a nurse to follow up and that was impressive. Overall I am very proud to have served and to receive the care excellent care.Anthony BucknerHaving diabetes I followed my primary doctor’s instructions and went to the emergency room with problems. After explaining in detail what was wrong ,the intake guy wrote down “feeling off” as my problem. I then watched person after person who came in after me go in. Granted some have greater emergencies but to write what he did and then watch the show I had enough and left. The Emergency room is a joke especially when your own doctor or 24 hour nurses hotline sends you there. I will die before I go there ever again.Tammy SDoctors are ok, but the nurses here work very slow. My husband was admited and hooked up to fluids and his IV bag had been empty for 35 minutes and nobody came to check on him….had to step out the door to flag a random nurse down to see what was going on…. looked out the door and saw most of them sitting at their desks chatting about non work related things….not fun when you have someone thats sick and they cant get the attention they need….hes here for a reason and felt a little forgotten….good to know we can go to urgent care now thats contracted with the VA instead of coming here.jennifer wallIf I could take away stars I would. Chronic back pain and made him sit in a wheelchair for 4 hours before being sent to a room. They acted like they were extremely busy and that wasn’t the case. The ER was barely full!! When walking to his room there were empty rooms everywhere. Waited another 1.5 hours for the extremely exhausted doctor to come in and do nothing but give him some pain meds and steroids. THEN had to wait another half an hour for the pharmacy to bring him his take home medications. All the while the nurses stood around and talked. Extremely disappointed and should have waited until we were back home in Phoenix. Waste of time.Erik ReuterCame in at 4.40pm on a Tuesday…only 3 people in the waiting room…had a swollen ankle/ achilles tendon injury…took xrays and waited 3 hours …nothing …just waited..they said “waiting for xray results”. No answer to how much longer… I limped out, now home with ice and aspirin….oy!RFSTakes HOURS to be seen and if you ask questions you’ll get the run around. 3+ hours and only 10 patients in the waiting room. Operator was extremely rude when asked questionsMonique MaîtreIf I could do this “emergency department” visit over again, I would have taken my husband, who fell off a ladder while coming down from the roof, (10′ !) to the hospital nearest to us. This place is a joke, DO NOT go here if you have an actual emergency! Check in was fast. Off to radiology right away, but after that, it was 3.5 hours of pure NOTHING! The staff did not wear ID badges so I have no idea who was who. A RESIDENT interpreted the x-rays (ridiculous) and told the nurse(?) that there were no acute fractures but there was an old fracture, which there NEVER WAS ONE, but she forgot which foot it was. The nurse went on to say that they were losing a lot of nurses because of the shift change and the estimated amount of time we were going to wait was SIX TO EIGHT HOURS! By this time it was already midnight so we opted to go home. The nurse said, “okay, you’re all set then.” What? My husband asked if there was a form to fill out and there waswasn’t one…WHAT? No check out required. I think this placed is where people go because they have no choice. There were some folks there who clearly had no where else to sleep for the night. My husband served our country for 25 years and this is the way he’s treated? What the actual f***?Paty Ruesga10 hours in the waiting room and nothing happens
