Anthony Tang⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe emergency room personnel have all been very kind, patient and understanding. They were always willing to explain what is going on and showed great compassion for our little one. I am so glad we came here. The triage nurse was even willing to explain to us our priority in the waiting room queue so we could have a reasonable expectation on how long it would take for our little one to be seen.Howard Jerome Doyle SR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAWESOME PEOPLE AWESOME DOCTOR’S NURSE’S, FNP, ALL THE LOVE THEY GIVE TO EACH ONE AS THEY COME INTO THERE ARM’SRaphael TerryMe, my wife, and daughter sat there for 3.5 hours and was told we still had an hour and a half wait for my daughter to get called. Unbelievable!!!! There wasn’t even that many people. My daughter had a very bad fever(above 104) and they brushed it off as if it’s not severe.Jr Dahm⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest. I mean the very best Doctors, Nurses etc in the whole world. Most amazing place on earth. My daughter had to have emergency surgery twice here and it was such a comforting, great, positive experience. Would not take my kid anywhere else. Kaylee Yang⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHospital visits are never the best thing to do, but here at Valley Children’s they provide FANTASTIC service. All nurses & Drs are always nice and thorough of what is going on and what they’re doing. Both my kids had been in different times and both times we’ve been here they have been nothing great and respectful to us. They make sure we have everything we needed for the night or anything just in general. I would definitely recommend this hospital to any parents who has childrens that are going through whatever. KEEP UP THE FRIENDLY AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT!Ariel Molina⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The care for the children is amazing, the communication between doctors and nurses wasn’t as great. My son had a 4night stay & they were in between him having surgery & not, so he didn’t get to eat for a whole day when he didn’t have surgery the next, they changed the day and my son was hungry and cranky. The day they said he can eat he had two bites of food, then the surgeon came in upset because she was going to take him in for surgery so they had to make him fast again. it was bad communication. Other than that the doctors were great at explaining what was going on with my son. The nurses for the most part were great with my son, I’ve only encountered 2 that weren’t and had attitude. Over all I give a 4 star rating out of 5.Retroe One⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAlways super fast and gentle .Rose Zam⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe doctors and staff are great!!Ryan Robinson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame in to friendly environment with lots of smiles!
