Before you go to Valley Presbyterian Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Van Nuys emergency room think.
LexiMoonBearHorrible experience almost every time i have to go. The staff is uncaring, and do the very least. The only person that was caring at all was the women who took my insurance info. Besides that they discharged me without even telling me what was wrong or the outcome of the x ray. Id suggest to just go somewhere esle.Jill Wilkerson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent hospital. Saved my life.Diana BarcenasI swear worst experience ever like my finger really hurt and and they wouldn’t attend meYessi EscobedoThis Emergency room is the worse hospital Ive ever been too. The waiting time is ridiculous.Juliana HernandezIs terrible to be in this hospital.shrimp lover B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr Pheiffer and her staff were so kind, so helpful and so positive .. Very competent staff and top notch .James Colemanworst hospital I ever been to!!!! They don’t listen to the patients. They’re there just for the moneyMichael DiehlI went in there for a seizure and had about another 15 while sitting in the freaking waiting room for 6 hours and being told that I was at the top of the list to be seen. That place is a sick joke. I don’t even feel right right now, because I couldn’t stay there anymore. There was only one nice person in there. I don’t even know his name, but if I would I have put him in employee of the month awardJenny HedstromConsidering I wasn’t the only one screaming and crying because the decisions that were being made today at this ER SUCKED, Elizabeth Hartman and Cynthia Pfeifer need to get FIRED AND STRIPPED OF THEIR DEGREES SO THEY STOP MAKING SICK PEOPLE’S LIVES A LIVING HELL!! SHAME ON THEM!!! WHY CHANGE TREATMENTS THAT WORK!! BEING UNIQUE AND “SMARTER” THAN THE OTHER DOCTORS AND PRACTITIONERS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE BETTER!! YOU ARE THE WORST AT THIS EMERGENCY ROOM!! FIRE ELIZABETH AND CYNTHIA SO PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO SUFFER MORE THAN THEY ALREADY ARE SUFFERING!! THAT SUCKED SOOOOO BAD!! I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!Jenny HedstromJissille Rama is another practitioner who needs to be FIRED! However, Melody G. and Chad A. were AMAZING practitioners. I went in, told them what was going on, they trusted and believed me. I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN I’VE WANTED TO ESCAPE MY BODY FOR THE LAST YEAR AND IF MY PAIN IS NOT UNDER CONTROL, I GET PANICK ATTACKS. I’m waiting on a surgery. What am I supposed to do until then? Keep punching my legs and stomach to change up the pain a bit? When you are using pain to escape your pain, you might need some help from a doctor to control it. These two practitioners made me feel loved. What Jisselle Rama and Elizabeth Hartman don’t understand is that they work for their PATIENTS. They don’t work for themselves, they don’t work for the hospital or the state, they work for their PATIENTS. They serve their PATIENTS. I shouldn’t feel like a criminal or be forced into a panic attack because they feel like playing Nazis. I hope they all lose their jobs because we don’t need people like that on this planet in position where they are supposed to be helping people. They need to be cleaning toilets so they learn how to be more humble and figure out the true meaning of life. This life isn’t about making money or controlling others. This life is about helping other and making them feel loved. THANK GOD FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH!! Every time I come across people in the medical field like this, I will call them out on their crap and report them every single time. Humanity doesn’t have time for their crap. Life is hard enough.Bethany StarbucksIt totally sucks I was screaming in pain ripping my hair out and they didn’t even CAREFrank Hernandez⭐️⭐️The wait is awful. Feels like a spongebob episode: “so much later that the old narrator died and they had to hire a new one.” Then you get called.Oscar Melendez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIt’s greatIsmael Colocho⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery well taken care of service and thanks
