Before you go to Washington Hospital Healthcare System, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Fremont emergency room think.
olga chiriacUnprofessional, discrimination. It’s all about money. Nothing else. Very dissapointed. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They will treat you like an usefulness material not like a human, who needs an emergency health care.Jeffery Perry⭐️⭐️The ER was empty, so it didn’t take too long to get in, but that was it. Nurses are standing around. No doctors around. Finally get to see the doctor and he is friendly and orders medicine. A little while later he checks back and decides it’s time to discharge, “let’s get you out of here!”…. 2 hours later, they finally get the discharge papers. There’s literally no one around and it’s not busy at all.Karl Karnadi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent here to check on our newborn. The nurse was absolutely amazing, very savvy in taking care of our baby, patiently took her time to answer our questions & explaining (even better than our own pediatrician). The doctor came & quickly fix the problem in no time. With everyone, the receptionist, nurses, doctors, we were very satisfied on the service we received.paresh chauhanIt says Emergency but every time we came here it is minimum 3-4 hours of wait, until you see a doctor, its because they have enough staff but no doctors specially during night time there is only 1 doctor. I wish they at least have 3 doctors on site so patients don’t have to wait and Suffer.Wei-Chuan Sun⭐️⭐️Effective patient admission, but poor quality of patient care! Wait time were short, patient quickly admitted to have the vital signs taken, blood drawn for testing, and any other necessary tests. The nurses, technicians, or doctors came to exam, most of them didn’t bother to introduce themselves. The place is clean and spacious but the feeling was cold!Anza⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas disappointed that they couldn’t sign my paperwork for medical leave but its fine since the problem was solved. I came here on July 11, 2019 since I was feeling so weak and was about to faint. They got me in right away and put me on IV. The left needle hurt since the assistant said my veins weren’t popping out. Overall, they were patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns I had. The blood work was interesting since I don’t fear needles. Haha. Thank you Dr. Toshi Hiraoka and the rest of the people that helped me.Ahaid AliCame here with an ankle injury while waiting some other family comes and they decide to call his kid to the back before me and it was upsetting considering I’m sitting here with an injury that physically limits me and I live alone while the kid has none of that and his family is there to support him. I guess you have to scream in pain and agony for them to realize how much pain your in.Paula Ibonie⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy son came in badly injured as well as uninsured. Washington Hospital did everything they could for the imeadiate emergency, explained how serious it was and sent us off . It was all very kind and caring. We really appreciate the level of care givenFahad Khan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedJust came in after horrible flu like symptoms from a trip abroad. Was very happy to get fast, courteous service at the ER. Saw the physician Dr. Bhatti and was treated promptly, and with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Would definitely recommend them to family. Great job to the whole team! Thank you.Dylan Chang⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was born here 11/10/2005Buddy DavisUPDATE While the ER is new, fundamental problems continue to plague it. Waited 6 hours for a bed for an admission — and despite the ER doc writing med orders, the staff never administered the meds (they were too disorganized). The new “state of the art” building seems to have been poorly designed from a functional perspective — nice to look at, but glaring operational issues such as no vending machines or cafeteria (so visitors have to pack their own in or walk all the way over the the old building), no direct parking nearby (you have to walk all the way over from the main building for anything), doctors are all focused on revenue and CYA (you should be sure to triple check patient billing), their “pain management staff” are focused on minimizing liability at the expense of and regardless of patient comfort (God help you if you have any type of pain or procedure requiring anesthesia — you will be made to suffer unbearably or you will wake up during the procedure), the patient “ombudsman” just mimics the above policies, there is no option for complaints (you have to contact a lawyer if you need a patient advocate)….sadly, the list goes on. As this hospital has evolved, it seems to have forgotten the reason it exists…..sad…..makes me wonder what Morris would say….. Prior review The new emergency department is well-organized, well-staffed, and well-maintained. The entrance can be a bit daunting — think TSA on uber-steroids. Not sure why they feel the need for such rigid entrance security checks — I’ve had an easier time getting through TSA to catch international flights…..Daren CourterFours hours and counting for stitches. Horrible!!Robert Ham⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe took a trip to the emergency room at Washington Hospital after a family member had a tough and painful sports injury. Doctors, nurses, staff were all very responsive and caring. And, the treatment for the injury turned out to be very good medicine. Five stars.Hashmat Rasoolkhan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe best
