Before you go to Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Roswell emergency room think.
Faith HinesI went to the emergency room for a migraine head. It didn’t take long to get a room, but the first problem was the doctor came in my room mistaking me for another patient. Then they gave me some type of cocktail for migraines and send me on my way. So when I looked at my paperwork I saw my blood pressure was 190/109 so I googled it and I found out that was too high for them to be sending me home so soon. They didn’t tell me my blood pressure was high and they didn’t check to see if it was still high before I left. Then on top of that the medication they gave me didn’t work at all. Do not go to this emergency room.Shreekant RangrejWellstar emergency is the worst hospital. They charged me more then $3000 to treat urine infection with just tablets and a shot. Also, they charged around $700 for physician cost which is not covered by insurance. Total amount $3000 I payed from my pocket apart from insurance claims. This hospital made me bankrupt, I will never visit this hospital in my life time. Better try small emergency care hospitals, don’t go to these big emergency hospitals. They charge you to maintain their big establishment.Anna Grace⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI am very happy with our ER visit and the follow up surgery! Waiting time : 20 MIN, Professional and courteous staff. Newest technology. We arrived at 12 AM to the ER with a bleeding head wound and the Doctor on duty right away ordered a CT scan and after consulted with a surgeon and a Trauma surgeon. Calm relaxed friendly atmosphere. Very friendly Admin. Staff. We got a follow up visit and Surgery scheduled for the following week. Thank you North Fulton Hospital!!!Brian Sims⭐️⭐️⭐️This is for the ER only: ER means emergency, not “wait in line” and we will try to get to you soon while your possibly bleeding internally. This place is understaffed and feels like a 3rd world country. Please get this place fully staffed so an emergency can be treated as an emergency. Unacceptable to all citizens. The Dr. In the ER was good and very nice.Edwin RichardsonThis ER is the most unprofessional lazy not equip facility I have ever encounter. My Fiancee came in from as Ashma Attack where she couldn’t brief…Literally gasping for air.. Every time we ask for help.. The front desk lady very words were I don’t know, please seat down. At one point we were about to call the ambalance from the ER to get help. …2 HOURS latter we final got into the back where there were no room available and One Doctor on staff… And we still waited another 30 minute before we had to act a full to get just a breathing machine.. Still didn’t gey any breathen treat to 3 HOURS latter! Wellstar Corporate, staff and all aveliates you be a shame of them self! You hold people redicoulusly to set around for hours while I walk around and saw the staff talking and laughing actually checking people.. But littarly seeing the laziness of the staff with inappropriate time being spent more on them talking to.each other than tending to patience. WE DIDN’T GET OUT OF THER FOR 4 HOURS. The reason that there were no rooms wasn’t because of them being busy, it was countless amount a patient like us waiting to get discharge…I saw it and they knew I was looking to the point security was call on me just when I was about go viral on what was happening.. DON’T COME HERE IF SICK, THEY DON’T CARE AND WITH ALL THE MONEY THIS PLACE MAKES IT CLEAR THE MONEY IS GOING NO WHERE IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CARE HERE…I even saw tape holding together a scanner by computer.. You Guys are pathetic and have no business doing business on the community. I will reach out to the medical board , Congress in district and/or who ever else will listen to make sure this doesn’t happen to another famity.Tatiana2⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad my first baby there 42weeks got induced and because of the great midwives and nurses they were so patient and knowledgeable that I was able to have a unmediated vaginal birth we all know being induced can lead to having a csection but not here they told me options and they took care of me to have the type of birth I wantedJeri Graham⭐️⭐️Do not recommend. Let me alone in an exam room with no call button. I had to disconnect myself from all the equipment to go to the bathroom. I was able to reconnect 3 of the 4 tubes. About 15 minutes later some one finally comes in to reconnect me. Took about 4 hours for a staff member to realize I did not gave a call button. Horrible!!!Katie TerleckyBetter hope you don’t have any of these people. Been waiting 3 hours just for an IV and some meds for dizziness and nausea when I came in here a concussion. Too busy gossiping rather than taking care of the patients.Dave DowTwo hour wait in the emergency waiting area and then was examined on a gurney in the ER hallway.Bill Beck⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas in and out in under an hour at 9PM. Had a great experience, provider was very professional and attentive.Tyler Clackum⭐️⭐️I have a broken collar bone and they’re taking A LOOOONNNNNGGGG time with only one other person in front of me. I’ll never understand the inefficiency of the typical emergency room… Everyone’s just chilling – I’M HURT OVER HERE – GEEEEEZZZ!!! Get off Facebook and take my X-ray so I can move on with my life already 🙂Joel RabeMy gf and I came here (emergency clinic side) and was in serious pain – something she had been taking medication to address.at 3am she woke up and it was bad. We drive to this hospital – my idea. I NEVER go. Now I know why. 4 hours later and we are still waiting to be seen. Within 10 min of arriving they took vitals etc. then hours later we are told (upon asking) “just a few minutes”… now another hour has passed and I’m like – seriously? Could have drove to Atlanta by now and went to Northside. If it’s not an emergency then by all means – explore other locations!Cherise WilliamsI have been here for well over an hour and just had vitals done. Nurse stated 10 minutes and it’s been over an hour. Haven’t gotten a room and they are stating anything. I’m going to leave I have too many ailments, I’ll go to another ER.samyukta basnetI came here around 8:30 pm with a 21 months old baby and they took me in after an hour for vitals and another hour to be seen by doctor. I really feel bad to give bad reviews but unfortunately I’ll not come here if an emergency comes.B’ SimoneWHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN EMERGENCY ROOM IF YOUR PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 HOURS TO BE SEEN!! I would NOT recommend anyone to go here, especially if they are in extreme pain. I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all, they don’t deserve that!! They have provided the absolute WORST service I’ve ever experienced and based on the other reviews sadly I’m not the only one. The staff is standing around bullsh*tting, and the excuses they come up with for their sh*tty service is just pathetic. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to get serviced in a timely fashion.Nathan SmithPretty terrible experience. And I keep getting bills I already paid.C. Matthew PriceI arrived at the ER to be confronted with an empty chair, which laid empty for nearly 15 minutes. When someone finally came to help me, it was like I was there bothering her. Attitude, ugliness and just plain disgusting behavior. I was truly sick and drove a great distance to use their facility. Even if you have to drive an extra 20 mins to go somewhere else, I would. Sad thing was this place was the extra 20 mins added to my 30 min ride.JoesBabydoll52⭐️⭐️Usually good caring service. Gone down tremendously since they started this “quick clinic”! Minimal care even after asking me real issue and ruling out cardiac problem…my issue was extreme shoulder Pain, coughing sob… this was never addressed Xrayed or discussed properly…sent home with DX of EXTREME FATIGUE!!!! Go figure! They need to Tighten up! Still in Pain my common sense tells me orthodox Dr! Not feeling this place can’t do again! disappointed after all these years!!! MY review!Tatyana Bondari⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame in with my son. Saw a doctor with in 10 min.Darel WashingtonWorst ever, Doctors don’t know anything. Stay clear of this place if you want to live.Felicia ColemanI wouldn’t give them one star if I didn’t have to. This is one of the worst hospital visits I’ve had in GA .neil boan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended(Translated by Google) Ty (Original) Ty
