Before you go to West Littleton, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Littleton emergency room think.

Jeff Ponder⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHands down the best experience at an emergency room I have ever had. From walking in the door to being discharged, everything went smoothly. Reception was great at getting me checked in and everything was made clear. Dr. Mauck was not rushed and took the time to listen and respond to any questions appropriately. The RN who placed my IV did a great job. The other RN who spent the most time with me, Lenny, was top notch. He was professional, informative, had a great sense of humor, and made every effort to keep me happy and positive during my time there. While I hope I never have to visit this place again, it will be the first on my list if emergency care is needed! Thank you to the staff!Eliza Albin The nurses were cold and borderline mean and rough with me when taking my vitals. I came in for an ankle injury and the doctor literally only looked at my ankle and ordered X-rays and when those came back okay he sent me on my way. He did not check my range of motion or palpate the ankle. As an after thought he asked if I wanted the next to days off from work to try to make it better. The X-ray technician was lovely though. She was friendly and kind. Everyone else here was awful. I was not asked about how I was managing my pain or if I had taken any thing for pain and overall I’m am very disappointed with this ERD B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDiagnosed me with very serious condition and transferred me to Littleton Adventist. I’m appreciative of all the care I received as it turns out my PCP missed the diagnosis altogether.Mohamed Kariyeh⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery nice place and friendly people who works there. Definitely love it this place.B. Liggett⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI cannot say enough about this facility. They saved my life. I had chest pain two months after a major surgery and my daughter took me to West Littleton ER. I was so well cared for and never felt ignored. The staff was so compassionate and caring. The physician came in several times to make sure I understood my treatment and what results we were awaiting. Then he gave me options for my care. I have never been treated like this by a physician before. From the simplest things like a warm blanket to a recliner chair for my comfort. I am doing better now and am so happy to have such a lovely group of Doctors and Nurses right near our home to care for me when needed. Thank you so much!!!Justin Morgan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My experience was VERY pleasant and positive as they helped my wife and I determine that our 22 month old did NOT have a concussion from a fall earlier in the day. The building is brand new, clean, and feels secure so that is why I would recommend going there if needed. PLEASE NOTE THOUGH that his is truly an ER only and will be billed at your insurance’s ER rate. My wife and I misunderstood the building’s classification and, even though I would pay thousands for peace of mind that my child is ok, hindsight is 20/20 and we should have just driven the 4 minutes further to have a bill -75% LESS that what we paid. If you dont have an urgent matter on hand, there are two other Urgent Care facilities within a few miles of this location and you will most likely receive the same service for a fraction of the cost.Dawn Chavez⭐️⭐️I usually do not put reviews up but I am very upset because when you go in to the er it’s for a reason, believe me I was seriously debating on going in however The only reason I did is because my throat closed up and could not breath out of the blue, no for reason on Saturday, yes I should have gone in then I did not because it would have been The Same thing as yesterday and now regret going in,The reason I’m giving this a 2 is after the episode on SaturdayI nowhave Pressure all around my head, I feel light headed and my lower back is acky, so I thought I should figure out what’s going on, don’t get me wrong everyone there is nice however, instead of doing any testing except seeing if my vocal chords are working properly, they brush me off saying it’s probably a cold, really a cold, no I do not have a cold no signs of a cold, I no what a cold is and feels like, they did not do any kind of test to figure out anything. There is something going on and yet no one will take the time to figure this out, I did not know Anywere you go, your medial history records they look up and they did at the er, and DIDN’T look into any further just said to me your probably combined down with a cold,so they already new what I have been seen for with one dr, at Denver health who never examined me or did any mri or blood work or spinal tap,he only looked at old mri’s and didn’t check to see if things have changed just put in notes it’s not ms, and at this er they looked at that and said well there’s nothing wrong with you and DIDN’T do any work up to see if things have changed and why did my throat close up this is why people die they try to get help and no one takes it seriously, what if this happens again and I don’t come out of it like I did this time, but I still have the pressure in my head and lower back acky. Update, the Dr. Told my daughter my lady mri was lady month she obviously did not look at the notes very Well, I my last mri was 1 year ago on my brain and 2years ago on brain and spine, this is why I’m so upset they assume and don’t listen and even try anything to figure out what is going on, still this morning I have pressure in my head!
